It hasn't been smooth sailing completely, but for the most part they've done a fairly good and consistent job with leaf collection and lawn mowing. Things I appreciate: :: The customer service: Emilio is super personable and is super proficient in English and Spanish. For the most part he's been reliable and easy to work with. Instead of coming weekly, I am asking that Emilio and his crew make it every 2-3 weeks instead. :: The speed: They have many houses and lawns to mow through the day, so they don't waste time (#1). From start to finish, there are several people working in tandem and in just a matter of minutes, the bulk of the work is done. Some folks might not like how speedy the process is, but it's been solid work most of the time. :: The prices: For $30 for front and back, I'm not going to complain. One could argue that it's only this affordable due to having a small front and backyard. (#1) Cash only homie. Things I'm not so fond of: :: They never announce when they're coming over. I realize that my property is likely a part of some schedule, but whenever the show up I don't have everything unlocked for them to access the entire property. So the backyard might have some extra leaves laying around because they didn't give me the heads up. :: They never remember my name. That's not an issue per se, but it feels strange when I've been confused for other people (#2) and whenever I call that they don't recognize my number or my voice. Just the address. :: They've been accidental mishaps that included cracked windows (due to flying rocks), misplaced bricks, and patio door malfunctions as a result of equipment misuse. Emilio has been very diligent about working to make sure things get replaced ASAP. Overall, I'm satisfied to work with them.
