They didn't know what happened or why we were stood up, but they apologized and scheduled us for another estimate today. Again, no one called or showed up :( so we got stood up twice - Lexi B. Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy.
