We had a 2019 eGolf tinted here a few months ago. We received wonderful customer service, and have had no issues with the tint. We felt comfortable getting a second car tinted here, but this time we went with the higher quality tint. They have a great selection of films to suit your price-range, and of course the higher quality tint costs a lot more than the lower-quality one. It's great to have options and pay for what you feel most comfortable with. I've had two other cars tinted in the past at other places of business, and I think the prices here are more than fair. Very unprofessional customer service. We live all the way South, the first time we went there they only gave us a price quote and did not even work on our car because they said the person that will do it is not currently there so they made us come back another day. Then we went back on the day we was scheduled an appointment, just to find out they are now trying to upsell the price from the original quote they gave us. The drive going there is far and not easy, they could've gave us a call ahead of time if they were trying to upsell us so we did not have to go through all that troubles wasting our time to drive all the way just to find out what we originally came for, won't get done. Plus, it doesn't help either that my husband is a mechanic and they were trying to tell us stuff they need to do on the car that requires us to pay more. But my husband, as a mechanic, knows exactly that they do not need to do all that just to put a tint on a car. So obviously, they're trying to market wrong products to a wrong customer. This company's customer service is very poor and the way they handled conflicts with their customer is very unprofessional. Do not event try to bargain or do business with this people. They will lie and try to upsell you. read more
