They've been consistently professional, do quality work, and the tint always comes out looking great. My only minor complaint is that they only offer 80% tint on the windshield. I personally wish they would go a little darker, but I completely understand that they don't due to liability concerns. Overall, I've had a great experience every time I've come here. The employees were really nice and helped my schedule my window tint appt over phone 5 mins after I booked my package online for my Acura MDX. I did only the front windows and the top part of the windshield with Air 80 package to comply with CA regulations. But when you experience truly exceptional service, you have to make the effort to recognize it. Still great! These guys went above and beyond for me today. I called on Monday and scheduled an appointment to have the tint on my passenger window replaced due to peeling in the top corner of the window. I dropped it off 1st thing in the morning. Without hesitation they determined it would be replaced under warranty. When they called me to let me know the car was ready for pick up they informed me that they noticed the back window tint was looking blurry and that they replaced it under warranty as well. The staff was very friendly, very professional, and super service minded. My car was in and out of their shop in about 1/2 a day. The tint job they did on my car is gorgeous. I have been super satisfied with my windows and the entire experience. Why the late review? First off, I just forgot to write one, but today that tint job saved my passenger from being showered with exploding glass shards as I was side swiped by a fish-tailing container truck. No joke, the front passenger door and engine panel were impacted, and the window shattered into a hundred million little shards of death. The tint was/is the only thing holding that window together!! My front side windows were starting to separate from the glass, like looking out a window with water running down. If I could I'd do 4.5 stars because I'm happy with the outcome but still upset. To start I didn't know what to get when I arrived. All I knew is I wanted to cut the sunlight & heat from coming into the car as much as possible but still being able to see at night. The nice guy working the front last weekend was helpful & took me around to different cars in the parking lot to show me how each of the ceramic ones looked from the outside. I had asked if all the windows would be done & he said yes. It was upsetting that they told me after they had already starting on my car that the front little windows couldn't be done. I was told on a Facebook group I should've taken my car to another shop. In fact the windows can be done (he showed me a picture of his GTI). Had I known before they started I probably would've found a different place. It doesn't look terrible & you can't really tell when you're inside. But, I thought I'd mention it here if this is important to another buyer with tiny windows (ask before they start & be clear it's a deal breaker). Make sure you inspect the tint before you leave as well. I had to take it back this weekend to get the driver's window redone because it was like a razor had sliced the tint. I didn't think I would have to double check their work. I didn't appreciate the manager insinuating I was to blame. Let's just say I was madder than a wet hen!! Upon arrival after he looked at the tint & he agreed to fix it. He squeezed me into his busy day & was out within an hour. The best part was once completed he apologized for offending me. The website made it extremely easy to order and schedule an appointment online. When I arrived to my appointment, I was greeted by a friendly staff who assisted me to select the right tint for my needs. I explained that I tow a toy hauler with my truck on a regular basis, including at night, and I did not want any tint that would interfere with my vision. The staff understood my concerns and found me the appropriate tint which after application was absolutely the right choice. I chose the highest quality offered for the UV and IR protection. Mr. Tint held to the time estimate they provided to me at the beginning of the appointment and the workmanship was excellent. I feel like I received the value for what I paid. I have many friends that paid less for their tint and were surprised I would pay what appears to be a higher than normal amount. However, once I saw the quality of the product and installation compared to their tint, I feel this is an appropriate price. I will be bringing my wife's new BMW in for tint because I was impressed by Mr. Tint's quality and professionalism. My only recommendation is to offer a walk around of the vehicle with a staff member once the work is complete so the customer can ask any questions and address any concerns. The reason for this recommendation is after I left, I noticed I had bubbling on the windows. I researched when I arrived home and learned this is normal. The brochure I received did not address this phenomenon and it should since it is common and expected. But I was very concerned during my drive and almost turned around to ask the staff. Brand new Tesla Model 3. Specifically asked if they could get it done with out drips or problems on interior. Rear window tint juice dripped all down into brake light housing. Turns out this a very common problem. Took it back and informed tech of problem and told him of my research on how to solve the problem. Rear deck plate and pillar need to be removed to clean (info by Autoskinz) He told me I was out of luck as they don't remove any parts due to liability. Now I have to take it somewhere else and pay to have it done. There was even a defect in rear tint I was willing to overlook , they did offer to replace rear tint on rear window but I declined as I didn't want anymore black funk dripping down inside my car. No offer for any discount no nothing. What a joke. $420 Job read more

I called this Saturday to make an appointment, and due to my busy schedule, I could only get it done on Monday. Robert was accommodating and was able to get me booked in two days. Made a appointment for end of the day after work and they had me out in under an Hour! This is the second time here and pick the pinnacle ceramic again because love the heat reduction i felt in my car last time. Friendly staff and highly recommend. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was shooting for a specific day as I live kinda far south and only had so much free time. I went to do the car window tint finally, the workers there are really nice and professional as I described before. Although, I still highly recommend it and will go there again myself, the job there is still not perfect. I am satisfied with the service, with a few small flaws: 1) the remain of a sticker is not cleaned enough, which left a tiny spot and irreparable; 2) the initial job left several water bubbles under a particular film near the edge, which are repairable and fixed; 3) I find a small air bubble on a side window, but it won't be seen if it's closed, so I am not bothering to fix it.
