I was selling another property and just wasn't comfortable with the escrow company being suggested, especially after seeing their reviews on Yelp and Google. I was ready to fall back on one of the three escrow companies I have previously used, but was also surprised to find that their recent reviews were no longer impressing me, so I searched for a new escrow company and came across Lighthouse. There were lots of excellent real customer reviews, and they had a legitimate webpage that estimated my fees, a list of people working there with their bios, and the company felt very professional compared to the others. I was impressed that not only did somebody answer the phone, but they were also able to answer all my questions. After a few phone calls with Lighthouse, I requested them to be the new escrow company and the realtor and buyer both agreed. I can say without any doubts that my experiences with Danylle Hallahan at Lighthouse Escrow and her team were outstanding and exceeded anything I've experienced through several other escrow companies I've used. All the fees were clearly laid out before me, and there were no hidden fees. The best part was their communication. They immediately sent me a timetable informing me of when specific things in this process are supposed to happen along with their contacts incase I had any questions. Everybody was kept in the loop during the entire process, and if I had any questions, Danylle always answered her phone or got back to me shortly with answers. Danylle and everybody at Lighthouse was very professional, very helpful, very thorough and very timely throughout this entire process.
