Escueta is the best! In late July I got into a car accident which totaled my car, and by early August I had everything settled and had bought a brand new car. They worked super fast, had great communication, and were really thorough. When I learned my car was totaled, within a week they sent me a check for the worth as well as paying off however much I still owed on it. Bad experience. I called Jennifer asking for a quote gave her all the info and was told to come in the following day and she would have it ready for me. I have four insurance policies. When I got to the office I was referred to a different person, nothing had been done regarding my phone call the previous day. I sat there for sometime while she worked on my first policy, A hitch came up and she had to call her boss regarding one of my requests, she carried on her conversation with her boss in Filipino in front of me. These guys are great. Super friendly. Very efficient and straightforward dealing with them. They really understand the services/products they offer. And, the best part, they're great with emails! My auto liability has been insured through them (Mercury) since 2012 and, aside from one or two office visits, I've conducted all of the following with them over the phone or over email: 1) 3 address changes 2) multiple insurance coverage changes 3) I called in an insurance claim on my cracked windshield --- they got me set up with my new windshield next day, no questions asked, no paperwork, no busywork, no physical inspection!! I just showed up to the shop they told me to go to and everything was taken care of (aside from me having to cough up my deductible). 4) added a car to my coverage 5) removed that car from my coverage 6) I received my initial quotes and signed up with them over phones and email 7) adjusted my annual mileage estimates 8) enrolled in auto-pay I can't think of when I've had to actually pop into their office --- maybe once to get a physical inspection of my car and the odometer. But that was it. Again --- super friendly. Super cordial. And they reply to my emails almost immediately and get everything worked out with a minimum of busywork, paperwork, etc. Just plain English emails without any weird jargon or annoying forms to fill out --- and everything gets handled. I ask for something to get handled and within the business day I'll get an email saying they've taken care of it --- amazing! I've never missed getting my insurance cards in the mail. As soon as anything gets updated (address, coverage, etc), I receive my new cards and explanation of coverage within a few business days (just confirming everything they spelled out very clearly over email). read more

Mercury is the insurance provider for both my auto and home insurance. They were able to provide the cheapest quote for my home insurance. They answered all my questions about whether or not to file a claim when my house was broken into or when we discovered tree roots in our pipes in a logical and professional manner. Additionally, they try to make sure I get all the discounts that I can qualify for and are easily accessible. Fortunately, I have not had to file a claim (knock on wood), but if I did, I feel that they would help guide me through the process if I had any issues. read more
