It was hard for me to look for insurance that would fit into my budget due to my driving record and age and having my wife also on the insurance was pretty high. i called place and it was either pay alot more down for my payment to be lower or my payment will be about the same $20-$30 less and pay still a huge down payment. i was paying over 256 dollars with a poor service company i told Juan about it and he understood me i ask for two things that the price fits my budget with also a good quality company and he deliver. I know Insurance/policy "stuff" can be a pain in the butt sometimes. I remember I was looking around and getting qoutes. The Insurance that I had was just awful and was charging me an EYE for two cars. Thank God, I met Juan! Not only did I get a great deal but also answered all my questions. i was looking for a lower rate insurance i was paying about 850 every six month and i was not able to pay that much for insurance no more so i came in got a quote i was in shock on how much they were gonna save me i paid less then 580 so they are saving me money on top of that there service is great they took care of all my question that i had on my insurance. I had called around for a cheap insurance rate, they offer a good deal at $37 or so a month, I went in and they quoted me $40 I was in a hurry and no time because I needed to register car asap. I signed some papers, by the time I made the payment the insurance came to $48 a month. I know its ok, but in my budget and the type of car I drive I know it can be less. I called my previous insurance, which I know I should have done it before. They gave me a cheaper rate, I cancelled my policy the next day. Juan got very agitated when I told him that I wanted to cancel, he told me that because I requested to cancel policy, the insurance would penalize me and I would have to pay extra, I told him I would have to investigate on that. It turns out the insurance was only going to charge me %10 of a prorated rate of $31.32 that they paid to the company which was going to insure me, which was going to be very minimal. Juan also mentioned that if I get any refund from them it would take 3 to 4 days then at the end they told me 3 to 4 weeks. When I called him back and told him my finding with the insurance company that was going to insure me, he got even more agitated and changed his mind about the refund. I was glad they helped me with the registration but the attitude he took was a little bit aggressive for someone that works with customers. I would recommend to people to please read your contract thoroughly and just know that if there are parts that are not filled out(which I think part of mine was not filled out) don't sign it. In my papers stated that although his broker fee is not refundable, I can still appeal with the Department of Insurance if I feel I was mislead in any way. read more
