Krystal was the one that has helped me with all my insurance needs and 6 months later I realized she wrongfully insured my car. All my cars should've had full coverage and she never added full coverage to one of them. When asking her about it she disregarded the question. I asked to speak to the agent or manager and Pablo Sanchez never acknowledged my complaints. I finally spoke to the "manager" Bri Estrada license #0L38746 and she was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and dismissive, and customer service was clearly not a priority. Her way of communicating was poor, aggressive and questions were met with attitude instead of help. She stated "Krystal has been with State Farm for many years and she will never make a mistake". Clearly, she did. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, she made the situation more frustrating. I felt disrespected and disappointed with this office. I would not recommend this business. I ended up switching agents and I am now happy with Lucy Rodas in Downey.

Avoid working with the subordinates in this office and Farmers all together. I could forgive the…read moremisleading information, because it's their job to sell, but we called to cancel days before our policy was renewed after they raised our prices, and the bozo over the phone didn't cancel our plan. So fast foward a couple days, and we got charged about $400, which is more than we were billed for. We called their generic customer service, and their very frustrated rep informed us the office rep failed to cancel our policy and that he was sorry. So he cancels it himself, but farmers only issued a partial refund of $250, so now we are still waiting on the phone for multiple hours, after multiple days, for the refund that shouldn't even have to be issued. These reps are either scumbags, idiots, or both.
