However, as I was waiting, the line went almost to the door and all the waiting area seats were taken and the waiting area is a bit tight to be honest. This was around 30 or so minutes before closing. They can't kick you out when you step foot in, but just know that you might end up waiting 30+ minutes depending on how busy it is. Despite this, the customer service is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They offer you water and are quite patient (especially after doing an inspection and me not knowing anything about cars). Huge shout out to Priscilla who processed everything for me in record time and was very professional and nice, correct some errors from the last AAA that I went to. Managed to get my new used car registered with plates in that singular visit in around an hour.

He was patient, tolerant and kind....yet STILL couldn't answer my question. He took my information and told me he would look more into it. He had a wonderful demeanor, voice and way with words. Listening to a customer's concerns is first and for most in any sales position as I have been in Customer Service/Sales for 35 years....I get it.
