I had went though the first interview via Microsoft teams (Zoom) went well she told me I was going into the next steps aka second interview, she said everything went well and she was going to send me a text message so I can send a short video of myself to show the hire ups, I said perfect thanked her for her time! waited 1 day sent a formal email the next morning, no response, waited later on in the day still ignored. In the beginning I was a bit upset with my service but I quickly lightened up when I got Jorge. At first I had a lady and I can't remember her name but it was constant 40 minute hold times to get on the phone with her. She was very attentive the first day only and her customer service declined from there once I because a policy holder.
