Unfortunately, Uber failed us -- they couldn't find a driver -- so we just waited, and waited, and waited, while our food got colder. Finally we just went to the restaurant ourselves (it was just down the road, and we actually wanted to pick it up anyway); They got us our food and were very friendly. The food was good, but not great. The hollandaise sauce was a bit bland, so I would skip the benedicts. The specialty coffee was fine but not the best I've had. Probably our favorite was the 3 cheese bacon omelet, which had a lot of flavor. I am not opposed to Allegro -- it looked like a cute interior with lots of pastries, and the staff were friendly. But with Belisario right across the street (whose food was *awesome*, and who had great outside seating and above-expected service), I just cannot recommend going to Allegro.
