Of all the locations in the city, the Heights branch is the one I've used the most. Glen is the…read moreman--he's a walking inventory and honestly doesn't even need the computer. It's that true "old school" parts house feel. Brodie is great too, and the whole staff is top-notch. I've noticed that Ferguson alumni who start at this branch and move throughout the city always stand out as the best in the business. There's something about the training or the culture here that puts them at the top of the professional list. If you need to get in and out, wait for the morning rush to clear and they'll have you back on the road in no time. Great for pros, and they're helpful with civilians too!

I'm not one to make reviews but this really rubbed me the wrong way and I guess I don't look like…read morethe typical client who has the means to purchase panel ready appliances. I told the lady at the front I was just at Best Buy ready to order my appliances but they didn't have it on display and saw online it showed in stock at Ferguson. I asked where they had Fisher and Paykel fridge display at and she took me to the area and said the other fridge is over there *and pointed off to the corner in some wavy general fashion* and went to walk off. Before she could I asked is that where the French door one is? She looked surprised and said yes and walked me over. No asking if she could answer any questions I might have, questions of space needed, etc just point and walk off. I asked her to check lead time and she said she would and went back to the desk. On my way back I stopped to look at the dishwasher. I had my eye on the dual drawer at Best Buy but Ferguson had a single on display. A guy stopped asked a few questions, seemed like he was a bit more genuine but then it felt very "this is a long lead time and this is expensive so shoo" vibe. I went back to the front to inquire if our Ferguson Acct would allow dealer pricing and the lady initially said yes but then he arrived and he said no. I figured if there's no benefit to using my Ferguson account then I'd just go back to Best Buy on Richmond and purchase it there with Tom who was super patient and asked plenty of questions to guide me to the perfect pkg. I spent my $10k at Best Buy and got my fridge and dual drawer dishwasher. Appliances arrive in the same three week lead time on the 17th and I had a way better overall experience. Tom at Best Buy even printed me the install instructions for my cabinet maker so he had all the measurements needed to make the cabinet and panels meanwhile it arrives. If you have any sort of melanin steer clear from this racist store. If I could give zero stars I would. Shame.
