I don't know what's changed here. I was a repeat customer, brought 3 of my cars and few friends…read morecars. Brought my car to get all windows tinted. I left the shop and few days later I noticed bubbles, and spots where glue and dirt was trapped. Brought it back, they fixed doors, left the windshields. Now looking at it there is a crease on the window they fixed, again bubbles on the windows they fixed already. Rear windshield tint is bubbling around the defrost lines, front windshield has lines in it. I took it to another shop and they told me it's a crappy job, and cheap material. Hard to see because of the reflection, but if you want your tint to look like crap bring your car here.

In all cases, California Detailing produced fantastic results that made the new cars look better than they were at dealer delivery and the well-used vehicles look as close to new as possible. For vehicles that we've subsequently sold, California Detailing's attentive work helped protect their resale value. Even when we don't have big jobs pending, we drop by their shop a few times a year for installation inspections and touch-ups (no charge during PPF or ceramic coating warranty period). I opted for the ceramic tint, which is a bit more expensive but worth it! I was able to make a same day appointment.The business is located on a corner right across from a Valero gas station on San Bruno Ave. I arrived at my appointment time, but it did take awhile to check in the vehicle given it is only one person that handles the admin tasks. The staff at M Car Window Tint were super friendly and informative. The garage is decently big, can accommodate 3-4 cars. The small office has a small couch and you can get water while waiting. They also offer red bulls and sodas, but you do have to pay for those. The tint job for 2 front windows and the windshield took around 1-2 hours, which was super quick. They were very efficient and professional. My one issue was that there were some left over residue from the application of the tint, but I can overlook that since it was completed fairly quick and it was easily wiped off with a towel. They accept Zelle or cash(preferred) and credit cards(there is a fee for using credit cards). Payment was super quick and simple and they email you a invoice afterwards. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that was done and so far no peeling or bubbling after 2 weeks. Definitely recommend contacting them for your tinting needs! They also offer other services such as wraps/PPF as well.

Neto and his team were super responsive and patient, answering all of my (many) questions even before we committed. We were on a tight timeline to get it done in 2-3 days, and while there was a delay due to materials arriving late, Neto communicated clearly throughout and the team focused on getting everything right vs rushing it. At our follow-up, they also redid the dashboard after we noticed a small nick. That level of outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and accountability is rare.
