Awesome service! We requested an interior and exterior cleaning before a car resale. They provided a competitive quote of 150-250 for 3 hour job (pretty reasonable). Arrived promptly and did a very thorough job removing all the glass shards (had a break-in) and restoring my rims (pretty rusted). Inside was really clean and they even managed to get rid of some of the stains on my door guard. Lastly, they dealt with a particularly rude neighbor who got all antsy about their driveway (even though it wasn't blocked). I am very pleased with the service from Sharky's Mobile Detailing. The quality of work for the price was well worth it. My SUV is a 2005 and many dogs have ridden in it. It's also a typical city vehicle and has been keyed and nicked and bumped. I have had other detailers in the past kind of snug me and not want to work on it or do a very good job because of its condition but they treated it like it was a Ferrari right off the lot. My vehicle is very clean, shiny & a bit glamorous! They worked so hard on getting the dog fur out & paid special attention to protecting my leather seats ,console and dashboard, as well as doing a really nice wax job so my paint will be protected throughout the winter. My vehicle sits outside 24/7 so she really needs the TLC. I am so happy that Sharky's could provide it! It was really nice not to have to drive my car somewhere and wait around or get a ride back to my house. Sharky's truck and equipment is impressive! Long overdue, I had Sharky's come out and clean our Polestar 2. I asked if he could come on Labor Day and he said he could in the afternoon. Steven and his partner (I didn't get her name) worked extremely hard to clean our car even after it got dark. Steven came on time with all the things needed to wash the car including towels to dry the car. I had previously used a different vendor, but they weren't familiar with the Polestar interior material so it wasn't as thoroughly cleaned. I would definitely use them again. read more

A kid vomited in my friend's car. It was a lot, and it was 5:00 on a Sunday. We'd had a car get broken into at the beginning of a winter storm and knew you need an expert with the right tools to wash out a car's interior. Steven got back to me immediately with an estimate, updated me on arrival time, and showed up ready to get the stink out. It was a bigger job (seriously, how much does a teen eat?) than expected, and he was done after dark, but the car looks and smells great. I scheduled an interiorcleaning, mold cleaning, and antibacterial cleaning. After I received only a spraying to stop the mold from growing in which I was charged $100. One good thing is that they did assess the problem regarding the mold. They were able to recommend what i should do next such as consult a mold specialist cars. Thinking they at least cleaned I tipped them $40 each but when I got into my car to my surprise barely anything was done from the initial booking of car interior cleaning. Great customer service from what i experienced however I cannot give a grade on the service. They did come to my residence so they are mobile. I kinda feel like I wasted money but they did spray. I contacted the team to focus on the interior of a Tesla Y along with minor scratches on the exterior. I ended up with interior and exterior cleaning and it was well worth it. Another place said that I would have to go to a body shop for the scratches but Steven made them disappear. The interior is like new and they got all the dirt that was embedded in the carpet. He did let me know that it was dirtier than expected and I could either accept the work that was already done (which already looked 90% better) or have them proceed to get everything out for a small but additional fee. I decided to have them clean out everything and I'm happy they did. I highly recommend Sharkys and will use them again!! read more

I was very impressed with Steven and Pilar. They were a great team and came to my house. They have everything so no need for water or electricity. It was so nice to just be home and not waste time at the car wash. They worked on my car for 3 1/2 hours and when they were finished, it looked like I had just driven it home from the Tesla showroom.
