This is my mom and I's fourth of fifth visit and it has been amazing each time. We both get the Halo Pedicure w/ regular polish. Each time we have been taken care of by phenomenal nail techs. The chairs are high end and comfortable. The atmosphere is so peaceful and warm. Recently we have been getting taken care of by Sunday and Nova. They are so sweet and thorough during the whole process. I will keep coming back! Don't hesitate to try them out. read more

Normally I'm not a complainer, however I've been in a few times and really liked the salon but every time I end up overcharged. I asked for dip on my nails, with a tip and design so I was expecting to pay a little more. The employee working on my nails kept pushing Gel-X on me. I told her both times my nails always pop off from Gel-X. She did not tell me it would be an extra $30 to have 2 coats of dip on my nails before adding gel polish. I was charged for dip, gel, long nails and a design. At $95 for just my nails I think I'll pass on coming to this place again. Posting for anyone who feels ripped off. read more

I got my nails done by Andy today and I'm in love - this is my go-to nail spot. The interior design is so beautiful, aesthetic, and super clean, and the employees are always so kind and welcoming. I always get a full gel-x set with chrome and it lasts forever. Today I got a pedicure and it was so relaxing. Next time, I'm hoping to bring my mom and my sisters to this place for a girl's day. There's a reason it has 5 stars. And honestly if I could give more I would. I went last week as a walk in for a pedicure - got booked with Sunday... OOOOOOWEEE! I did the blush pedicure with gel I felt treated like a queen with that package! And Sunday gave theeee best calf/foot massage, had me melted in the chair from how relaxed I felt!. lol I'm already counting down the days to book again- actually let me go make my appointment now... My boyfriend and have have come there 3 times now. The last two times have been AWFUL! He gets a pedicure and I get a gel pedi and dip nails. We pay lots of money for the last two times with Jasmine my nails have turned out like shit. The last time she argued with me about the color I wanted. This time she didn't let the matte dry long enough, told me to wash them as she rushed away to another client and I had nail polish ALL over my hands. When I asked the girl working the front counter if this was done because polish was everywhere she went and found the girl doing my nails. She then proceeded to tell me "it was my cuticles"...literally the nail polish was all drown my fingers. To much money to spend for me to get home and have my nails look like shit with everything sticking to them because you didn't cure them long enough because you were to busy to get to the next client. Hands down the most relaxing experience I've ever had. I tried the headspa for the first time and wow. It's something I never thought I needed but I am so glad I tried it and I think I will most definitely go back for it. I think I want to try with my boyfriend one day so we can do it next to each other since there was two beds next to each other. The salon is beautiful and very lux. It's definitely one of the most aesthetic salons I've been to. Very modern. Very demure. I will definitely come back for nails next time. The pedi chairs look clean and comfy. I started going when they opened and it was really nice, however the nail tech I used was always late but I overlooked that. My last two appointments have been a nightmare! First time they had to reschedule cause my tech had an emergency, booked me with someone else, got there and they said she already had someone else booked so I waited and was late to a previous appointment I had. Booked my next appointment with the same tech because they didn't know when my regular would be back. So last Sunday they called and said that tech had an emergency and wouldn't be back for a month, so I said book me with my regular tech, everything is good, they call me on Friday to confirm my appointment for Saturday then call me back a few minutes later to tell me my regular is booked and switched me to someone else. I get there at my appointment 9:30 and the tech is 30 minutes late, by the time I was done, I'd been there 2 hours and the job done wasn't that good and the poor girl beside me had to leave with only half her nails done because she had to go to work, she'd been there 2 hours too! All the while I saw my regular tech sitting in a spa chair on her phone. Needless to say, no matter how nice the salon is, I won't been going back!!!! They also have a 24 hour cancellation policy they have you agree to but don't respect your time!!! read more

I can't tell you how many times my wife drives to Dallas for her nail appointment. She occasionally drags me along and I don't want to drive 30 minutes just for a pedicure, I don't want. We happened to find Esme off the main road when they were first building. We decided to stop in after their opening. This spot is clean, warm, well designed, and well vented. I refuse to walk-in in any other ones that I can smell nail polish. She seems to love Esme so that saves me 30 minutes. read more

Alex really took her time to make my set PERFECT, the worst feeling is leaving the salon criticizing your nails thinking they're crooked or not right but thankfully the salon has skilled artists that go above and beyond what you want!!
