Wow! I had been searching for some time for a web site developer for my husbands apparel business and a face lift for my own dental office website. I came across esp in my searches and liked the look for their websites. One of my friends, a plastic surgeon, had just built a site with a local Beverly Hills company for $25k. Tim and his team completed much more than a face lift for me (charged me the same price as they would for a face lift of my current site). Web site development is a pain in the ass. It's time consuming for both developer and developee. I learned that if you want someone to hold your hand, walk you through each step, and extract your exact vision into the perfect site, you will be paying $15K minimum. I didn't have the budget, so I searched a long time for a web developer that was affordable, and knew how to walk you through the process efficiently. For our 3rd site, we used ESP Interactive. The process was not without it's ups and downs, but in the end, they stepped up and took care of business. I am giving them 5 stars because it's with patience and integrity in sticking with a client, and making sure they are happy (even if you have to rework a problem) that defines customer service. In the sea of web developers, all of whom make the same promises, ESP has come the closest to what they advertised of all the companies I've had the experience of working with. My advise to anyone setting out to create a site for the first time is 1) to stay on top of correspondence, 2) have a clear vision, don't rely on the developer, 3) have at least 80% of your content filed and ready to provide to the developer, and 4) be ready to do QA right away as features go live. Shawn and Zehra are very friendly but branding and design are not their speciality. I decided to go with ESP Interactive Solutions after researching three other companies. They stated they would be able to meet all my requirements, including logo design and branding. However, after almost a month I was left with something less than a logo, and a static web but mock-up. They did not do what they said they would do, were not attentive to detailI, and I had to repeat myself a few times. I told them I wouldn't use any of their design, and offered to let them keep $1000 out of $2000 of the first payment, even though the logo design was $250. Shawn said they would contact me to discuss a partial refund. It has been 2 weeks, and I haven't heard from them. Again they are really friendly and eager to sign you up as a client. The. Worst. Ever. The entire job was mistake after mistake, big, small, and everything in between. They were under contract for a simple mobile app. When it came time to publish, they refused to migrate the back end to my private server, as stipulated in the contract. They were only interested in having access to my future clients personal info. Fired them for breech of contract. I had to hire a new company to finish/publish the app, and their code had to be completely rewritten as what they had done was so sloppy. Keep away. read more

About a year ago our company was in need of redesigning our website. It had been several years since we did anything major to it. We decided on ESP because we were impressed with the sample designs they gave us and they had better than competitive pricing. From the start of the project to completion, ESP was very professional, knowledgeable and probably above all had great communication. They were only a call or email away, and responded relatively fast. They also guided us through every phase of the project from the design to construction and to publishing the website. There was a lot of back and forth to get the website the way we wanted which is the reason I greatly appreciated the communication with them. Along the way, we were in good hands with Randy, Tim, Zehra and Younis. Our new website has been up for a few months now, and even after the initial project ESP has been very helpful in making sure our website is up and running. Our main contact now is Younis, and he continues ESP's communication by answering any questions we may have or need assistance with updating the website. There was a recent emergency related to our web host company, and thankfully Younis was there to help us through it.
