Both times I emailed my files over and received a response with a quote and additional questions within an hour of my initial email. For the manuscript - whether I wanted the manuscript bound along with binding options, and if I needed a cover for it. Both print jobs were done within an hour or two of my confirmation of the quote. I think the manuscript took less than an hour, and they gave me a timeframe of when it would be done. The posters were ready in 5 minutes. The price seemed fair for both of them. I could have printed the manuscript out at home, but I wouldn't have had it bound. It was *very* nice having it bound. The manuscript was around $40 for binding and same day service. The posters actually astounded me with how cheap they were. 4 glossy 12x17 posters in full color for under $15. Great all around. I'll go to them anytime I need something printed and can't do it with my home printer.

When calling around, someone recommended this location. So glad they did! We wanted 18x24, and they let us know the picture will likely turn out pixelated because the original picture is 4x6 AND needed to be cropped. We said that was fine. But when we came back to pick up the picture, they also gave us a 12x18 that looked great too! Such great service, super considerate. Not only was I looking for flowers, but also a sympathy card. The selection for pet sympathy cards was a little bit small, however, the options that were available were perfect. The woman who was working was very kind and directed me towards the selection right away. The cards I got was also only $4! My program was only 3 page of content and 4th page (back page) nothing Then I remembered Copy World. I figured they do a lot of printing especially for all the Cal students. I went it and the gentleman helped me. luckily I have saved the pages individually on a flash drive and brought with. He told me some of the formatting was off, but he kindly fixed it for me. I also wanted to get a poster for have at the front of the Church pews for people to look at and he said I could have that ready the same time. I went in on a Monday and he told me it would be ready the next day. I couldn't get there until Wednesday, but the programs came out beautiful. In a stress time, where funeral programs are generally a last minute item, make sure you stop here. He told me that they the programs are generally last minute but they always make it work.

We have no record of any estimates or jobs ordered by you," I believe you are tacitly defending a policy that bilks college students out of their money. CC "Regarding your quote, if all you were asking for was printing the files as-is, your cost would be less than $50." And yet, the estimate I got was 3 to 4 times that amount. Now that I've complained, I'm been offered a lower amount. Curious coincidence. "Our most recent estimate is accurate because you asked for formatting 73 individual images, which are all sized differently, and to be printed and trimmed to the same size." Funny thing happened when I attempted to use your self-printing option: you told me I had to use your staff and pay through the nose for the privilege. "It appears you have not taken into account the time it takes to format that many images, but if you believe it's an easy task, please resubmit your files as a print-ready multi-page PDF with bleeds and crop marks." In fact, I did take that into account as I was going to pay to use your Adobe Pro license on one of your computers and where I can do all that myself in less than a half hour. You told me I specifically could not do that in spite that your website specifically states I can. " I'd be happy to discuss with you outside of a public forum, but if this is how you'd like to correspond, I can reply accordingly." Well considering this was your response, yes, I am going to keep this in a public forum so everyone, including, other customers and your staff understand how you operate and how you've treated me. Or, you could promise to conform to company policy and not try to exploit your workers and customers like you have been doing.

Laura Smiley, the manager was super flexible courteous and thoughtful, as was her associate, Ovais Khan, who was so helpful given my urgent need. We gave Jay all the information needed for our funeral program and he gave a suggestion on how to fix the problem and quote on pricing. We did just that. We came back and brought the flash drive and Evan fixed the problem, and Jay made a sample of how the funeral program would look and we APPROVED the proof and before we knew it, all 100 copies were done the same day! You guys are awesome!
