Then I called again and got this Shannon person on the phone. He asked for pictures of my screen in porch which I sent him. Then I waited and waited, no response. Then I called him again, once twice then he answered. This was a span of more than a week. When he finally answered he said he had just got home and would work on a quote for me. 3 or 4 days later, I got the quote. Discussed the price with my wife and called him back, also sent a text that we wanted to schedule the service. This was the second or third week. He sent me a text saying he'd call me that afternoon and set up a time. A few more days passed. I contacted another vendor for another quote since it appeared he was either really busy or not a very good Buisness person. Today, 3 weeks since this all started he sent me a text saying he was sorry for the delay. I sent him a reply telling him I had another company coming out to give me a quote and if it did not work out, I might call him back. Then he sends me the following text message, "Haha, You don't need to consider me if it doesn't work out. We are booked out quite far and I dont think we would be a good fit". He may do really great work, but with his response trying to make a joke (Haha). I would not even want him on my property. I would not recommend this person or his Screen Mobile East Louisville to do any kind of work. Give him one star is being generous.

Our salesperson, Jennifer, gave us any number of options, and we went with Roman shades of the same style and motorized as well. The shades arrived quicker than we expected. Because of a problem at the factory (where HD sent us components that obviously did not go together, but no one at that end caught it), our installer worked with Jennifer and us to resolve the issue and install our shades to our complete satisfaction (AND FOR LESS THAN WE PAID TEN YEARS AGO!--how often does that happen?). After waiting over a month I finally gave up and ended up going with Spindle Top Draperies (Joyce) and receive excellent service from them. Update: I have updated my review more favorably after the owner called me and I received a written apology from the sales associate.
