We didn't complain because sometimes stuff happens, and the window is one that is never opened. This year, the techs forgot to clean the gutters on an outbuilding and we had to remind them. Then, one screen blew off three days later; another large screen was dangling so I removed it so it wouldn't be destroyed; a third large screen was loose, and maybe I secured it from the inside. A fourth screen was loose and nearly feel off but we secured it. They asked my wife if she wanted to secure the screens because they were "hard to do" but she refused. Well, it seems no one did it. Now that the sun is out, it is apparent the window cleaning was all that well done either. Cannot recommend them to anyone with screens and windows and gutters.
