He arrived promptly and exposed the dry rot in the areas of concern, developed a material list, and said I'll see you in the morning (on a Saturday). After about 6 hours of his craftsmanship, the identified areas of concern were repaired better than new. Due to his prompt response, the sale didn't fall apart. I'm not one to post reviews too often but felt his service went above and beyond and was well warranted.

I would not recommend working with Edgar Chavez/Echaz Construction again and would caution others…read morebased on my experience. Edgar lacked the knowledge to complete my remodel as seen through his continued breaches of his own contract and his failures. Edgar and his workers failed inspections on rough electrical, rough mechanical, and rough plumbing four times before leaving without notice. He never passed any of these inspections before he left. When he left, he was going on five months past the contract stated finish date. He failed the framing inspections three times. Some of these mentioned failures were repeated failures, which were also failures to follow the permitted plans and code requirements. The inspectors even referenced the permitted plans in the failure notes. My landscaping and lawn were also damaged due to Edgar/his team leaving demo on them for months even after demo was completed. The Contractors State License Board investigated and "determined that the involved contractor was responsible for one or more possible violations of the California Business and Professions Code."

Worked with Jason Musgrave who was professional and always gave me updates, especially when the…read morerain delayed my demo. He provided a free evaluation and went above and beyond--working on proposals during nights and weekends to support my remodel timeline. Lavi is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and hardworking. Alliance Environmental was hired Sept 2025 to remove asbestos prior to the demolition of the house…read morelast week in Sept 2025 after which the ownership received letters from Environmental Protection Agency (Gov) on how the disposition of the asbestos was done, quantities etc all technical stuff which we/clients have no clue that is why we hire " professionals". The clients/us wrote two emails to the Alliance Environmental Group LLC David Mouser twice in October Nov 2025 see attached asking what we need to do and David Mouser never responded " claiming now May 2026 ...that it went to his Spam" My email never went to his Spam when David Mouser got paid close to $5000 for the job..October 2025. Client/Us got final Gov Environmental Agency warning on April 2026 and escalated in April 2026 to David Mouser Manager, Patricia Smrz and Tammy Hurley. Clients/us filed the questionnaire with Environmental agency/Gov May 2026 which charged us a Penalty of $125 for late filing. This fee should never be on us/clients is only due to Alliance Environmental Group LLC ignorance. Client/us never File those forms I never did one in 16 years and now supposedly Clients have to do it as it changed in the last year so nobody told us that this is the case till April 2026. Unprofessional losers considering that non compliance with State Environmental Agency could be criminal in nature besides fines and penalties. Alliance Environmental had just to tell us " File it yourself" that is it. A bunch of losers. Stay Clear. Highly Unrecommended.
