In speaking with the owner, he asked all the right questions, including ones that we had not even thought of. Prior to the team's arrival onsite, we exchanged several calls and email proving that Private Security takes their jobs seriously, doesn't cut corners and truly does their due diligence. The security team (which we had a few over the week) could not have been more professional. They helped to ease everyone's concerns, and were essential on the actual termination day to ensure things went smoothly. Various members of them team even suggested additional measures that we could implement which were all extremely helpful. While we had several quiet days of no activity, at no point did any of the security team become complacent. We were so fortunate to have Private Security onsite when the terminated individual chose to return to our property. A potentially dangerous situation was quickly diffused by the immediate response and action from our onsite security. The manner in which he dealt with the terminated individual was polite, but firm as he escorted the individual off our property. If we did not have Private Security onsite, I don't know how we would have handled the situation or eased the minds of our staff. Needless to say, when we needed to extend our time with Private Security, they acted quickly to accommodate our needs. It's safe to say, that any future security needs I have, I wouldn't trust anyone except Private Security.

Natalie was super informative, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in the classroom training. She went over every module clearly and using current every day examples to make the lesson extremely relatable and easy to understand. The range day was also excellent. The instructors, Richard and Natalie were very helpful always prioritizing safety first. I really appreciated that. They took their time showing everything you would need, from safety, to practicing drawing from your EDC items, to tips for better marksmanship. I can't say enough on how happy I was to have went with them. Now that I was approved for my CCW license, I will be enrolling with them in the future for my renewals. There were two small dogs running up and down a local street that could've been hit by a car and possibly caused an accident, so I pulled over at a stop sign and put on my hazards to help the save the dogs with the help of another local man. After we had finally Rescued the dogs from the street and returned them to the owner, a metro patrol officer finally shows up and starts going off on us for an our poor parking jobs that held up traffic (despite the dogs themselves holding it up on their own). In the process he is blocking the traffic with his car more than we were to begin with as he is pulled out into the opposite lane half way into the intersection. Instead of helping us out this officer waited and began lecturing this guy and myself who were just trying to help out and stop a possible accident. I understand we could've done a better job parking but in the moment we just wanted to help these animals which could've been hit by a car or caused a greater accident with traffic trying to avoid them. Especially because this officer could've help us as well instead of just waiting to assert power over us.
