Like a superhero arriving to save the day, he showed up that same night and completely transformed our situation. Not only did he professionally mount our TV, but he also brought a better-quality mount than the one we had purchased. What felt like a disaster instantly became one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, efficient, and incredibly skilled. As new homeowners, we especially appreciated all the helpful tips, advice, and insight he shared along the way. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure we were happy with the final result. The quality of his work was outstanding, and we couldn't be happier. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.
