What sold me the most was when the owner mentioned they take pride in paying attention to the smallest detail - which they honestly did. Not only did he text me updates almost everyday on the status of the repairs, he gave me options in either replacing certain parts like the frame brand new or would look for one to lower the cost. Something hit her car on the freeway, the insurance company gave her an inaccurate evaluation on the damage and she was pretty much stuck with the bill. When she brought it to the Epic collision center, the team here had my mother's insurance reevaluate the damages. This helped my mother by getting her car done quickly and no money out of pocket. All with the help of the collision center. When it was all said and done she told me how great of a job they did so when I had my little accident I knew where to bring my car. My insurance wasn't able to cover these damages so I came out of pocket for the work done in the photos. The owner evaluated my car himself, was extremely patient with me (I can be a handful) and helped me by working the price the best way he could. I couldn't be happier. The work is great and I didn't break the bank. He got my car in tip top shape and even fixed one of by break lights out of his expense. Our family will be taking our cars here for life from now on due to their kindness and customer service. Most importantly they honored the price and time table given to me on day one. Great customer service! Great prices! Amazing work! They did an absolutely amazing job with my 06 corolla S! I had a pretty bad accident that pushed my fender up behind my my door that wouldn't let me open my door all the way and the front corner of the radiator support was pushed back. In about two weeks I got my car back looking like it just rolled off the show room floor. The paint blending was perfect! They even cleaned my engine bay! read more
