I don't get into car accidents but I did have a few dents and scratches especially when I tried parking in a space too small, resulting in an abrasion down to the metal. The proprietor, Dan, was very straightforward and honest. The car was ready as promised. I am thrilled with the results. My car is 5-1/2 years old and when I picked it up it was like in showroom condition. I strongly recommend DG Collision and I will be bringing my wife's car in soon. I was hoping not to come back to DG Collision again but, an Uber driver rear-ended me while I was sitting in my car parked with the engine off. SMH. DG Collision replaced the entire rear bumper and performed all of the necessary work to get it as you can see in the photo's. And, while they had the car in their possession, I had the driver-side door and left rear door redone because the clear coat was terribly worn. I estimate 40 percent of both doors were badly damaged. As you can see from my photo's, everything turned out great. Couldn't be happier. My mom's Lexus was hit in the rear (the driver didn't leave a note), and she's bringing her car here in two days. But with extensive damage although not enough to total it. I had it dropped off at DH Collision for a 2nd opinion due to the extremely low initial offering. DG collision has gone above and beyond. I must start with the staff friendliness and proper reception. However, I was totally dissatisfied with the outcome of the cost. The initial estimate was accepted, and they told me that it may change due to new findings, but I was unpleasantly surprised that the change increased the cost by a100% which, in my opinion, is totally unacceptable. I would've expected a 20%, 30% and even 50% increase, but a100% is not at all acceptable, especially that the damage was done to the door and nowhere near the engine area where one may expect substantial unforeseen damaged components. At this stage they informed me of the increase, and I gave them the go ahead because I felt trapped and did not wish to lose more time without my car. Then when the car was ready to be picked up after the service was completed, they unpleasantly surprised me again with another increase of around 100%. Now this is outrageous, especially since I was not told about it earlier. To end up with around 300% of the initial estimate can be attributed to different reasons, and I leave it your imagination as to why!!! I am totally dissatisfied. read more

DG Collision was recommended to me by my mechanic. My mom's Lexus had a front fender and side mirror that needed to be replaced. DG was so efficient in this process.... I was amazed. They completed an estimate in 15 minutes and I paid for and ordered the needed parts. They called are a few days later to come in to color match the parts so my mom wouldn't have to leave her car there for several days. The color match was done in 10 minutes. Two days later the parts were painted and ready for install. We dropped her car off in the morning and it was done later that day. Just one day without a car for bodywork is unheard of. Having a car accident is always stressful and unpleasant. I was not happy to have to shell out a deductible, lose my car for some unknown amount of time and then be told by my insurance that I mysteriously don't have car rental coverage. I've ALWAYS had rental coverage. I let it go. Dan Hansen happens to be in my neighborhood and also was highly recommended by a close family member of mine. I was glad he could take my vehicle in on a Saturday especially since he just happened to be exactly 1 mile from my home. He assured me he was up to the task, never seemed put off by my unhappy demeanor and ultimately did a perfect job on my 2019 Volvo XC60 Sport. Which, I knew would be complicated to source for parts and skilled labor. I have it back now, good as new (so far as I can tell) and in only 1 month and a two days! Sounds long and is long but if you have had an accident before, you know it's not bad really. I highly recommend this facility because it's owner/manager gets things done, and properly.
