Where do I start? From start to finish my experience with VMS auto body was immaculate. I have an Audi Etron that I've kept in pristine condition and I take care of all my vehicles and only trust certified shops. My first initial interaction would be when I called to get a repair quote with Vicky, i was down the street when I called and I expressed how frustrated I was with the vandalism on my vehicle. (My car was keyed in multiple places and I had chipping of paint from door dings and objects all over) -- I decided to come in shortly and have her take a better look for understanding and explanation of what had to be done. During my visit, I also met Rick who specializes in European and German vehicles and he assured me that the repairs will be done precisely and I felt very confident after my interaction with him so I was happy with my decision on going forward with my repairs with VMS because of the detailed consultation that they had during my estimate visit.. a few weeks later.... Vehicle looks great and completed ahead of the date given. There's no indication that the vehicle was rear-ended by a semi-truck. Swirls can be seen in the ceramic coating, but since this is an auto body shop, I'm assuming they don't specialize in ceramic coatings like the place that did the original ceramic coating on the vehicle. read more

Rick was horrible and refused to budge on his overcharged estimate or waive the storage fees even though no actual work was done, they held my car hostage so I couldn't go get a second opinion. Now my drivable car is a total loss for no reason. I recently just got my repaired at VMS and they were so proactive with communicating the progress with the repairs. I had picked up my car and they were sooo nice. To elaborate how nice they were.. after driving off with my car. I had encountered electrical problems with my door handle. Prior to calling them I I had attempted multiple times to make sure there was a malfunction before contacting them. I had called notified the problem. Not a single judgmental comment or any accusations. A simple "no problem, bring the car back" was the only statement. When I got there I again checked the door handle and OMG the freakin handle worked. I embarrassingly walked up to the counter and apologized. Everyone at the front was so kind. At first I was going to pay out of pocket, but then Rick went above and beyond to investigate further. After we spoke I realized I had collision insurance that should take care of it.
