It sat inside the trunk for 5 days before I noticed acid draining from the trunk--I only noticed because it had eaten through the drain plug! After cleaning the area thoroughly with baking soda, I saw that it had corroded part of the tire well. Nikki hooked me up with an appointment the same day. Kenny explained that he could sand it, put some rust proofing, and spray it with primer to make sure it doesn't keep spreading. They knocked it out in less than 24 hours and made it look brand new! I was impressed with the quick turnaround, the quality of the work, and super reasonable price. Having to go to a body shop always sucks because it means something went wrong with your ride, but these guys honestly made it painless from the drop-off to the after-hours pickup. The fact that I didn't have this hanging over my head any more within a day was the best feeling. Next time you need a body shop, look no further!

Where can I start... An experience that no person deserves…read more Ill write the experience just like occurred. I would love to see what the place has to say after. My brother crashed my car while I was out of town. Range rover velar. Never had to deal with an accident so had no prior experiences. A close friend happen to had an accident as well, 2 weeks before. When he saw what happen to my car, he told me about 2 guys who stopped in the freeway after his accident and offered him their services to fix the car. They immediately got a tow truck and took the car to their shop. They stated that they own 2 shops really close by. They were nice and seem knowledgeable. Since he had this good experience, I had my brother check 3 different places to get an stimate. Schraders Auto Craft been one of them. He took the car to their shop. They did a visual inspection and took him to their office upstairs where they came out woth a stimate of $5500. Couple days later they contact us back stating the parts where ready to order and they were ready to move on. I had 2 other estimates. 1 for 8k and another one for 5500$ as well. But since theu seem ready and they also txt us that the car would be ready that friday no later than next monday (7 days later) I decided to move ahead with ​Schraders Auto Craft. Well. 7 days later and no call. I waited 2 more days and I find ally contact them since they didnt. Schraders Auto Craft said that the bumper they order was the wrong one, so that got them behind. I understood. Didnt believe them, but I also knew that 7 days were too fast. At this point I was paying 42$ per day for car rental. That week ended and I didnt hear from them. So once again. Next week. 16 days after delivering the car, I contact them for an update. This time the excuse was that the headlight they order was also delivered wrongly lol. Now at this point i realized that i was not at the right place. The 2 items that need it to be change, were both delivered "wrong" worst pasrt was that they had no stimate of when were they going to be able to receive the right items. That friday, almost 20 days afyer delivering my car, i decided to call the owner and asked him to please return my car and the money I give him (dont ask why, i give them 3k out of the 5500$). I told him that i obviously made a mistake and ill assume the loss of 3 weeks of rental, but ​I wanted my car back so I could take it to a real, reliable, serius place. Here is when I got scared of what was going to happen. This guy was super unprofessional. He told me that it wasnt his foult the parts were the wrong parts and that also wasnt his foult that my brother crashed the car lol. He was not going to give me the money back, he told me he was going ro help me with the car rental and give me a date of completion by monday. Well. Obviously he didn't call me back Monday or Tuesday.. they called me Wednesday just to let me know that they were still waiting on the light. By now I realize I need it legal advise and professional help. They had my car under the sun and water, at a junk yard. I open a claim with the BAR. And I open a small claim case. Their response was, a txt message with a new stimate, now for 9800$!!!! Stating that they found a lot more issues when fixing the car. I obviously denied the extra charges, and few days after they finally send me a picture of the car "fixed" so 5 weeks later they installed an use bumper and an use headlight. They left broken censors, broken grills, cover, broken fog lights etc. Things that were obviously part of the initial stimate but since they had to over pay for use parts, and they were taking too long, they just decided to return the car like that. I was ok with that. I just wanted the car back and now im just waiting on small claims. It was a learning experience. I have all the conversations on txt but I learn that stimates have to be in writing with the details of what includes. Unfortunately you cant trust anyone. This people seem really attentive and nice. So just protect your self and get everything in writing. PS. My friend car is still there. Lol 8 weeks later. :(

I'm the girl with the orange bmw e30 they painted I waited over 1 year to make my review :) to give…read morethe best honesty especially paying about 7.4 k on a whole new paint job with body work Main complaints as a vintage car owner they threw away things that didn't need to be thrown away OEM Items They threw away my OEM EMBLES They threw away my engine bay hood heat shield when it was in perfect condition and they didn't replace it They threw away my indoor window seal strip that attached inside my door cards ( they were not cracked and did not need to be thrown away ) They cracked both of my rear clear taillights and didn't tell me until I noticed the next day after I picked up my car and I did mention it to them . The thing that pissed me off the most because they weren't honest or discussed about it to me at all until I paid the rest of the balance off in cash is my muffler didn't allow my bumper to fit right which they let me know i told them you don't have to weld it back on you can leave it off I can go to a proper muffler shop and get a whole new exhaust and muffler & they said we will try our best to make it fit don't worry didn't say anything that they were going to charge me money to do the whole reweld of my muffler it pissed me off that they charged me an extra 240-270$ to trim / re weld the muffler to make it fit and I was made aware of that the day before I was going to pick my car up ( I could've have gotten a new exhaust at that price ) so yes I'm mad that they weren't honest upfront that it was going to be an extra charge for something they could have just left alone I paid them the money with no complaint because I'm not about to go back and forth with a guy but be aware if this happens to Quality of the paint I would say it's 5/10 I love the color and I love my car regardless of what color it is and what it used to be but for the amount of money I spent there should be no reason for my paint to be bubbling , having chemical reactions and no reason for my paint to be chipping in places where rocks don't even hit the car and my paint keeps cracking After the paint was done they buffed / polished my car and there was very visible swirls marks and a lot of product residue in places that even after many details on my car it's still there lol I would say every time I mention a problem to them as soon as I had my car they were quick to want to fix it but that's only because the paint has 1 year warranty ( other shops I been to offer 5-10 year warranty ) but what happens after 1 yr and my paint continues to crack ? I probably would have to come out of pocket for an issue that is due to poor quality / prep work I did end up going to another shop and it fixing all the mistake Also they said they would repair / fix the rust and they didn't they just painted over it
