Fantastic breakfast spot. I ordered the Jumbo Wrap with their homemade green salsa and my husband had the French Dip. Added a warm cinnamon roll as a treat, then sat out back where there are three clean picnic tables shielded from the wind as well as a view of the bay. Add that the coffee was top notch and the workers all efficient and friendly. Best breakfast we encountered during our stay at the coast. More affordable as well.

Now this is what I'm talking and yelping about! Really good tasting coffee (Shot in the Dark), homemade bagels, and the house specialty Everything Muffin Top (chocolate chip mix, white chocolate, butterscotch, walnut, coconut, english toffee, and peanut butter cups). Coffee came in a ginormous cup - I didn't realize when I said "large" it meant 24 oz. But no complaints since it was 6:30 am! Strong and flavorful. Super friendly Owner/Manager, Joe, chatted with us while we waited for our breakfast order to be made. I love it when Yelp reviews ring true and either meets or exceeds my/our expectations. Will definitely recommend this place to others passing through or staying in Coos Bay!

Pretty fast for the most part and workers provide a friendly service. We just moved here and it quickly became our go to coffee spot. The view is beautiful on a clear day, and it's a decent spot where you won't get trapped by any businesses or street traffic. My go to order is an iced americano with half&half and a pump of vanilla, it's perfect every time. Sometimes we'll get their sandwiches, our favorite is the French dip! A must try for the bread alone. read more

My nephews love this place for blended drinks, so I tried a blended peanut butter mocha. It was great, made with real peanut butter and not overly sweet. I haven't had their hot drinks. I gave it 4 stars because my sister gota hot drink once and the wax in the cup separated into her drink. Hopefully they replaced those cups. But great blended drinks ! read more

We were driving through after camping at nearby Sunset Bay State Campground and picked Espresso Mill & Bakery because I saw they had bagels. I was surprised to find that they had tons of breakfast items. I had the croissant sandwich with sausage and it was delicious. The staff was also super sweet and made my coffee (au lait with steamed half and half) just the way I like it. The coffee is great. The food is great. The service is awesome. I'm just glad I don't live nearby or I'd be here every day! read more

We stayed down the road at the Bay Point resort for a few days, and this was our typical morning coffee shop. It is just a drive through, but one morning I walked my dog down (about 30 mins), and they were happy to serve us as a walk-up. The coffee quality was good, and our requests were accommodated. The breakfast sandwich was also good. I wasn't that impressed with the cinnamon roll (a bit dry), but everything else was solid. The staff were friendly. read more

This place is amazing and affordable for your morning coffee and breakfast. The guys that work there are super friendly and welcoming and always seem cheerful. It's in a nice location on Cape Arago and the building is exactly what a cute little coffee shop should be. Would recommend to anyone!! All of their morning treats are amazing. read more

Absolutely delicious! We were rolling out of town and I wanted a breakfast sandwich, this place DELIVERED! It's a drive through style and it was fast, the guys inside were great! As someone who eats breakfast sandwiches frequently, this was one of the best! So much cheese and the bagel was beautifully toasted. We went to the coast on a Sunday and decided to stop here as the reviews were high and we needed something to drink on the way home. We ordered two white chocolate steamers. My first clue that the order was wrong should've been when they charged me $14. The second clue should've been when the gal making the drinks asked if we wanted them iced or hot. I said ""hot, they are steamers." We got a block down the road and realized we were given lattes. We went back to the shop and when I told the young guy we were given lattes instead of steamers he said " that's weird." That was after looking at me totally clueless. I have never given anyone a one star review but that was my experience here. read more

Absolutely love this place! Amazing prices for the products they offer, and even though they have more than bakery items (which the scones were soft and not crumbly, YUM) that take a little longer to prepare, the wait isn't as long as you would suspect. They were friendly and personal, which customer service these days doesn't seem so friendly. Definitely one of my new favorites! read more

The perfect little coffee shop with so many choices. Everyone was beyond nice and helpful. We had the everything bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon. There was tons of bacon chopped up that was pouring out of the sandwich. To drink we had the americano and peanut butter mocha. Everything was delicious!!! Really great little drive through coffee shop in a the tiny town of coos bay. They make good coffee and have a few breakfast items such as wraps/ bagel sandwiches / donuts. I got a jalapeño cheddar bagel w/ ham egg & cheese. Perfect fuel for a day on the dunes. Prices are very reasonable, and the service is friendly & efficient. Wow. Had an iced Americano and grilled tortilla wrap. (Seasoned to absolute perfection) Husband had a blended coffee, biscuits and gravy and cinnamon roll. All to die for. Easily one of the best of not the best coffee/espresso drinks I've had. Was in town for a week and spent every morning here grabbing a drink. My husband and daughter loved their shakes. I loved it so much I even purchased a custom 6 pack for home. Their biscuits are as light as air and the gravy tastes home made. Their brownies were out of this world! The staff was super nice and accommodating. Any time I ever go back I am getting my morning drink and breakfast here. read more

I wish I would have taken a pic but let me tell you, order the Everything muffin top immediately! They offered to warm it but I declined and it came chilled which to me was delicious paired with a hot shots in the dark. ‍ The barista was amazing too, even though they were busy he still made a point to talk with us as he was working. The food was amazing, we got a bagel breakfast sandwich, the sausage breakfast wrap thing, and a cinnamon raisin bagel. We also got coffee, the Irishman coffee and the s'mores coffee and they were very sweet, but good! The people at the window were very patient and had super quick service! I ordered hash browns and gravy, sausage wrap, a French toast blended coffee and a donut for the daughter. Don't let the size fool you it may seem small but it fills you up. My daughter said her donut was fresh yummy and the sprinkles had glitter! Finally took the plunge into buisness ownership and look forward to all the challenges and potential success this endevor may lead to. The only way to grow is to challenge yourself and continue to evolve the ways you think, live your life, and do business in the world. I heard some people complaining about the service at the bakery/specialty coffee area, but I didn't have any issues. From what I heard there was no communication on who was going to blend the specialty coffees. Another nice perk is you can get free drinks here. Coffee, tea, sodas, etc.

I had high hopes for this place, especially when I saw the strawberry croissant French toast on the…read moremenu. Unfortunately, the flavors completely missed the mark for me. The French toast was a bit soggy and piled up with preserved strawberries that tasted kind of old. Would have been much better with fresh strawberries. We also had to ask for whipped cream despite the menu stating it was included. We also had the Italian sausage and cheddar omelette with hash browns and both of those items tasted bland. Even after salting it, it was disappointing how flavorless they were. Portions were huge, which meant we wasted a lot of our meal. It wasn't even worth taking it to go! The service was fine and ambiance was pretty average for a breakfast joint. I'd pick a different spot if I were to return to the area!

My Omelette was kinda like a whole skillet of scrambled eggs cooked well done, fillings added and folded over. Weird way to do it.. but it was good. Want crab melt, get this creamy beauty that is soft melty perfection. But you really want the best get the Avocado toast brucietta style. I cannot put words to the wonder of this item. Bring a tip and some friends. Books they have something for most. Kids to critics they got you. It is best to check if room small place with big food.
