Scheduling a deposition (or arbitration, mediation, settlement conference) is very easy and painless to accomplish. The court reporters (CSR's) are very cordial, timely and do a great job during the depositions, especially when, as is very often the situation in Worker's Compensation cases, an interpreter is used during the deposition. Transcripts are produced timely, as well. The staff is welcoming and makes sure that if you need Wi-Fi access or a copy of the document made, that they take care of it right away. Many attorneys, like myself appreciate the ability to take a deposition in a neutral location. Also, having a good variety of beverages and snacks available adds to the comfort of the attorneys and others present but the deponents, as well. The "settlement lounge" is a very nice area to relax during breaks or to get some extra work done on your laptop if you happen to arrive early. Lunch is provided if you're going to be continuing on into the afternoon. I should also mention that the fact that this is in an office park with a street level parking lot means that you not have to pay for parking nor do you have to go up and down stairs and elevators, etc. either in the parking lot or getting in and out of the building. That is a big plus not only for time but also for the lack of hassle from going into a traditional office building setting.

Originally I am supposed to complete this project in early March, 2026, due to health reasons, it has to push out till June beginning. Due to inmobility issue, the notary must be in-house and only on Sat (CR Abrams's term). I cannot schedule it for two weeks (notary has to move), so it was arranged on last Sat. Immediately a problem was spotted in the papers, the two real estate properties was listed as owner occupied/primary residents and now I have two houses under owner occupied. I cannot complete its notary bcs of this issue and its Mktg Manager shall provide what to do next. I need her attention to this matter and resolve it asap - provide new Quitdeed and re-notarize it. But I get no answers to her feedback after two phone messages were left. Can C R Abrams please get back to me and bring resolution this week ? I don't recommend this service bcs no one answer his/her call on business days (not to mention about non-working day), and no one takes my situation seriously.
