I've been getting my nails done here for the last 6 months or so. I usually can walk right in, even on the weekends. I really like them because they have a HUGE selection of gel colors. Gel(Shallac) mani is $25. Sometimes they cut my cuticle too much so if you're sensitive speak up. Other than that they do a good job. The regular pedi is $22...fair price and nice job. They have more expensive and pampering pedi's but I like to get in and out quick. Salon is pretty clean. Never had any issues with sanitation or anything like that. I decided to treat myself to a nice pedicure while this virus has us all cooped up. As soon as I walked in I was asked what was I looking to get done. Once I responded and was told to pick out a color. Mind you I bring my own polish I've done this for many years. The place was sort of busy for a Thursday afternoon 2pm-ish. So I patiently sat in the waiting chairs to be serviced. A female employee finally sat me at a pedicure station then left. Again I waited patiently. A Man came by to ask if my current polish was gel No I say then he walks away. I thought he was my technician...Nope! I waited again remember it's kind of busy. In walks a man and woman together they were immediately seated at the pedicure station by the same guy who questioned me and he turned on their water so they could soak their feet meanwhile I'm still waiting with no water in my foot sink. The man returns to me by thus time I'm pissed off and told him I'm taking my money elsewhere because I was there before this couple and I waited too long for their services. There were two other customers in there who also told the man I waited a long time and it wasn't fair. This place can kick ROCKS!!! Choose an Aroma Spa Therapy pedicure and they bring it out on a platter with a candle plus you get a glass of wine (if you want one...). Today I had the green tea and it was very refreshing! I love the pedicures and manicures here they do a great job. That being said, I will no longer be coming here. It's a poor experience if you come as a social visit. When I come with my grandmother they always seat us apart even if I ask to stick together so we can talk. Most recently, I visited with my friend from out of town and I'd just gotten a pedicure (at this salon) there earlier that week so I didn't need one. Even though the salon was 3/4 empty they made me sit on a wooden stool not by my friend and wouldn't let me sit in the chair next to her. They've relaxed covid restrictions, most of the staff did not have on masks so I know this was not covid related. They are also pretty expensive- $40 for a pedicure. I'm just really disappointed when spending so much money here that they'd be so rude. I'll be finding a new salon, and I'm sad about it. read more

The people are nice but the service was very slow. I don't usually post negative reviews but I had to this time. I was getting the "dip" manicure. When the lady buffed my nails toward the end, she scraped some skin off! I was begging her to stop but she stated that the buffer shouldn't hurt and kept going. I had a mani-pedi the day before my wedding at this location. The pedicure was sincerely the best I've ever had. I chose the milk and honey pedicure and it feared a hot stone massage as well. For the manicure, I did an ombre pink to white tip dip with a few accent stones on both ring fingers. The manicurist took his time and did a superb job. I often come to Tampa to visit relatives but I've never taken a chance on a pedicure for fear of ending up in a dirty place.. I read a few reviews on her and this was my selection. A clean, relaxing spa. They even offer a complementary glass of wine with your pedicure. (even though it was 10am when I went it was 5 o'clock somewhere!) I got the green tea pedi ($35 on that day) she took her time massaging my legs and then to my surprise there was a hot stone massage. I felt so relaxed when I left. The price was cheap for the great service you get. The staff was very friendly from the time I got there until I left. My pedi was done by Jenna. I saw so many good reviews for this place. I was so disappointed. I gave it to tries. The first one was okay. My pedicure girl was not friendly and I wondered why some are offered wine but not all? The second visit was horrible. Same pedicure girl no wine! The polish selection is low and the color I wanted was out. My biggest issue is the cost. This salon is way overpriced! I get the bio seaweed gel on my nails and was charged for polish and since when is glitter polish a design? My bill for a pedi, fill and eyebrows was $90! Way too much! I Had less done this time than last time and paid more? Do the prices change each time? I will never be back at these prices! Stay away huge ripoff! read more

If I could give any less stars I would. Came with my mom for Mothers days mani and pedi. Lady she had was too rough even after she requested not to hard. Also requested no cuticle trimming and it was done anyway followed by harsh scrubbing of a hard bristle brush that ripped the skin off her toe. Her clear coat mani started peeling the next day. My accidental smudge there in salon was disregarded and painted over even after requested to fix. And my mani chipped completely day 1... would never return or recommend to anyone. I have been coming here every couple of months for a few years now, and can only think of one time I wasn't overly thrilled with my pedicure. They typically do a great job, particularly the owner (I think he is the owner?). He is absolutely meticulous! They are immaculately clean and have a good selection of nail polishes. I'm sooooooooo glad I did. I wish I could pack this place up and take it back to DC/MD with me. I've NEVER had a better pedicure!! Not sure what all the hype is about? Salon has changed its name to E-salon and the service was not good at all. On the pedicure they did very little to remove the dead skin and on the manicure they did sloppy cutting and a sloppier job on my wife's nail painting. Won't be going back. read more

Uh oh...a few days after my visit...I had 3 toes get infected from cuts the girl made while doing my pedicure. I was tempted to go up there and show them, but I decided to be calm and give it a few more days. I didn't mention the cut on my big toe in the previous review (because I had an overall good experience) perhaps..it was my company. I've been getting pedicures regularly for years, little cuts happen. This time, it was a first to go home and a few days later have infection and cuts on 3 little toes and one on my big toe that they apologized for at the time of service. I believe the female could've been new. My mothers technician didn't cut or injure her at all. Just be wary. I soo wanted to patronize this place for all my needs. :( read more

I have been to this nail salon a few times now and they do good pedicures and foot rubs depending on who you get. However, I have noticed if your black they will upcharge you in a sneaky way so the next time I go if I can't find a better place that is clean and can do good pedi's I will either not tip or factor in what I'm being upcharged with my tip. I liked this place initially because they can do decent art designs, but so far it has only been one lady that can create the designs I ask for and she is never there now, the other girls do their best and it turns out ok. I also noticed they seem to have an issue with bringing your own tools but they will use them with hesitation. read more

They have the best manicures and pedicures (the milk and honey pedicure is amazing!). They always look perfect regardless of who I get and they actually last! I had heard good things from several people I know about this salon. The first time I went, I got my usual dip powder mani done. It came out great. Came back a week ago or so to get them done again, (same manicurist) not only did they not come out as nice, but a few days later I ended up with a disgusting cuticle infection from the tools they used...I've been getting my nails done at salons for 15 years and have never had an issue. Not only did I pay for the service, but had to make a trip to the doctor and was prescribed antibiotics. I will definitely not be returning nor do I recommend anyone going there. read more

I have never had to wait for a nail tech, and the shellac manicure lasts me at Least 2 weeks. The place is clean & friendly, I highly recommend for pedicures too...the menu is almost appetizing with all the aromatic choices. I have been elsewhere and regretted it. I do not recommend this place for the powder dip nails. They take the short cut using the shellac or gel topcoat under UV rather than the true top coat that dries naturally with these type nails. Chips and cracks galore. Nice shop and nice staff and I liked the way that they took care with the nail prep but inferior product. Back to my old shop that uses SNS with natural drying top coat. read more
