Ashiatsu sounded new and different and I gotta tell ya it rocked my world. Nicole is a total pro at what she does. You can tell how an RMT touches you their level of experience. Nicole is the real deal. Her feet worked out kinks , knots and crooks at a deeper level than any other standard massage. I feel like one ashiatsu massage equals 3 regular massages. I was so happy when I left to be free of aches and pains. . I cannot recommend Nicole enough. But good luck getting an appt she is in high demand :)

Then I found this place and all the reviews were great, which made me a little suspicious. However, I discovered that these reviews for here were true. This is a no games, no funny-business place. Anna was my masseuse and did a fantastic job. She was not only respectful and professional but her technique was incredible. This was the best massage I've had in a long time. Additionally, the receptionist was sweet and friendly, and the place was very clean. I will definitely return if I'm ever in Ottawa. Enjoy!

Poor girl also arrived sick and was coughing/sneezing all over our entire session (and myself), and when I came home from my appointment I shortly got sick as well. I now am recovering but I really wish she didn't come to the appointment sick--you risk getting your patients sick too.

I have back pain and my colleague suggested I get acupuncture here. Usually I will get a massage…read morebut decided to try something different and see if it would be beneficial long-term. This clinic is also a 10 minute walk from my work which is great. At this facility you can get acupuncture or a massage. I was greeted by the Acupuncturist and she made me fill out a few papers. After that I was promptly brought to her room. She took the time to ask me about my concerns and proceeded with needles, cupping and a massage. Personally I did not feel a big difference but keep in mind it was my first appointment. I have a follow up. Let see how that goes.

First visit today for a back spasm. Love the calm atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.read more
