I feel like I am being quietly judged when I go to a nail salon. This is far from that. It doesn't look like much on the outside but this place is nice and very clean and well kept. The rooms are quiet and relaxing. The staff are very professional and friendly. I got the 5 minute head, neck, and leg massage and it comes with a 20 or 30 minute foot treatment. My friend and I walked in to inquire a session for a massage and pedicure. We understand that we did not call ahead and it was a Saturday so we were just hoping for the best. However, when we walked in the gentleman looked at us with such an annoyed look, like we were such a burden automatically. He did not greet us whatsoever and he did not ask how he could help us. It was so awkward and it was just terrible customer service. We got turned away because we did not make an appointment, which was fine, but when he told us he could not take us for that day he was very rude about it. I don't think I've ever had to wait and times that I thought I might've I just called and made an appointment. I've had my toes painted a few times with no problems. They add it on and so it's conveniently done as a part of your foot massage. Last week I decided to have my (hand) nails painted in addition to my feet. I was short on time but the man in charge assured he could get my massage hand and foot nails done and he did! Well in less than a week my pink hand gel nail polish peeling and chipping. I called the other day to see if they could see three of us on short notice and the kind woman on the phone told us they had an appointment at 7 but could see the three of us right away !! I brought my sister and my mom here for a 30 minute foot reflexology appointment. They sat the three of us in a dim room that had three big, reclinable chairs. We were immediately brought foot soaks and to our surprise, we were given head and neck massages by staff! It was very relaxing. After that, they started the massage for our feet and calves, and even incorporated hot stones which was a very nice touch! This was a first for me but I am really excited to come back more. This is a great place for foot massage! It's very clean. Unlike many Asian massage places, they specialize in foot treatment, offering pedicures with polish and foot massage but not whole body massage. That being said, the standard 60 min "foot treatment" includes scalp and shoulder/arm massage with foot soak, exfoliation, hot stones, and a generous foot and calf massage. We usually get "#2" treatment for a few dollars more, which includes herbal foot soak and a minty lower leg wrap which feels great and makes my skin sooo soft! Currently they are still having opening specials where the standard treatment is $36 and #2 is $40, but I believe the usual prices ($45 and $50) start in Dec 2018. This is a great place for anyone who has sore, stressed feet. The owners are very friendly, and the space is very clean and welcoming. We'll definitely be back! read more

The owner perfectly shaped my nails, and although I was indecisive he perfectly and patiently waited for me as I switched colors...and when I couldn't find the color I was looking for he literally created it from other polishes. I LOVE my nails! I'm so grateful they were done so nicely. When you go in you should for sure ask for Kubo to do your gel set. He's so awesome! I did a girls day out one hour basic pedicure and was amazed how wonderful the service was! Everything was so clean and we were in a wonderful low lit room all to ourselves while getting a pedicure, massage of our feet, legs, head, neck, arms and hands! I called late on Saturday and was immediatly booked the following Sunday. Yes they are open on Sunday's! Arrived and was immediately shown to my private room for the pedicure. A full hour of peaceful bliss. I have had numerous pedicures but this was by the far the best. I got the herbal pedi which included a massage of my head, neck, shoulders, arms, legs and of course, those tired feet of mine. I didn't want to leave the chair. I was a walk-in back in May. The excellent reviews are what attracted me to the salon. So first things first the young lady was very kind. Took care of my mani right away. I received a French gel set. Half of my white tips were crooked and my gel set only lasted two weeks. Then I received a pedicure. The ambiance of the room was amazing. Nice soft music playing, private area with big comfy seats to lay back and relax on. Now the cons, the gentleman who gave me the massage was very rough even after the young lady as well as myself told him to be more gentle. He reeked if cigarette smoke and I felt so dirty through it all. He did a good job on the pedicure. Lastly I got my lashes done. This time it was a younger gentleman. He was very kind and social and gave great vibes. But he also reeked if cigarette smoke. My lashes also began coming out after only a week. Massage was GREAT but the pedicure was very half done. I understand that sometimes they're understaffed and there's 2 people who are only in there at times, but there should be more organization. I had an appointment for 5. Was not seated or seen until 5:30. (Why make an appointment if you're going to be seen the order you arrive anyway). Once my session started she clipped my toenails and had my feet soak and wait for my massage I got a WONDERFUL massage but was never tended to again about my feet. No foot scrub no mask application for my feet or any nail polish. AT ALL. And after being there for roughly 2 hours, and my massage was over I told them don't worry about the polish I was already irritated and ready to go home. And they STILL charged me full price because "they still clipped my toenails". I wish this experience was as great as my first 2 experiences.
