That first visit she was very nice but very straight forward with me, asking me why I was there. I left asking myself that very same question and realizing that I wanted help to break the grip of sugar on my life. I know she thought I was never coming back. But I knew I needed to come back even though I didn't want to stop sugar. She has been working with me over the past 7 months, and for the past 4 months I no longer need a caramel latte in the morning to get me going. I have changed the way I eat but I'm not hungry or starving. I don't count anything. I have lost 22 pounds with less excercise than I was doing before, my husband has lost 35 pounds and we both feel so much better. My asthma is no longer keeping me up at night. My period is no longer irregular, and while I am not pregnant yet, I do feel my body is healthier and in a good place for when that does happen. I also like that my skin has cleared up and I can tell a difference with my hair. I don't eat "perfectly" but the changes Karyn has helped me make are very sustainable.
