Essentials of Trinity is a find. It is large, well staffed, and clean. The facials are fantastic. The desk staff is friendly and very good. They have very good Groupon specials. The massages are just so so. After three of us (girls day out) asked for deep tissue and a firm massage, we were told that they only do a relaxing light rub. They did use a back scrub, jasmine oil, and hot stones which were all nice. It was relaxing but not really a massage. Note, the facials technicians receive a cut from selling very expensive lotions. One of us was convinced to pay $36 for 1 ounce of lotion. We would go back. read more

She answered some questions I had about some products and offered a few suggestions. It was truly one of the best massages I have had. My daughter and I went for a facial. It was amazing to say the least . My skin felt like a million bucks. The Esthetician asked questions about my skin and my skin routine ... she examined my skin and recommended the micro dermabrasion. She also performed a neck and shoulder massage . Great place for a massage. Tucked away off the road so there was minimal traffic noise coming in. Perfect to relax. Therapist did a great job with a relaxation message and facial. Next trip I think I'll get a rougher massage. There was a few things that felt a little unorganized that sorta hurt my spa day but they were minor. I scheduled an hour relaxation massage and let them know my daughter had purchased a GC for my birthday they confirmed this on the phone I showed up for my massage which was honestly below average and at the most 40 minutes long my therapist talked the entire time and I feel like she skipped around to different parts of my body but never really got into my massage then when I went to check out they couldn't find my GC so I ended up paying for my massage. My daughter called and they found it and now I have to drive 45 minutes back to be refunded not a good experience at all. Normally I see a different therapist who was unavailable during the timeframe I needed today. I haven't had much luck if I ended up with someone that I don't know. I've been coming here for years. Today I ended up taking a chance on Jessica. I went in for a relaxation massage. She was very pleasant when greeting me as well as professional. She took me back to her room in a timely manner and gave me direction to undress to my comfort level and how she wanted me laying on the table to start. She didn't make me wait long which was a plus. Kudos to her for some Key things she did that a experienced client would know that a inexperienced massage therapist could easily overlook. Prior to starting she dimmed the lights to make the experience more relaxing, she asked me first if I liked the smell of lavender. Which many massage therapist don't even inquire about. certain smells potentially may be a huge turn off if it is something that might possibly stuff me up. Bad sinuses. She always had a hand on me. A good massage therapist will always have one hand on you while working which makes the experience feel very fluent. There was no fumbling about. Pressure was perfect for a relaxation. It was a full hour and how she started it which was working on my face, neck and scalp was fantastic. Most never even touch the face. Lastly so I'm not going on and on she greeted me at the door and walked me completely out. What made me happy was that she recommended deeper tissue work on two areas of my body these are areas that I know need deeper tissue work. Went today for an hour and half deep tissue massage. This was probably the worst massage that I have ever had... I requested deep tissue and it was more like light touch. The therapist never asked how the pressure was and she sat on a stool the majority of the time which is probably part of the reason the massage was so bad. On top of it she had a cold which I know is not her fault but if you work as a therapist you should probably take the day off if you're sick. This was probably the first time I have ever wished a massage was over due to coughing and phlegm and not complained that they shorted my time. I pretty sure I won't go back again. It's sad because I have had a good experience at the Essential in Wesley Chapel and I thought this one would be the same. read more

Today my husband and I decided to use a gift card that we had gotten from our kids for Christmas. We opted for the couples massage. When we first arrived we checked in and we were told to be seated and just get comfy and relax, to be honest the couch we sat on was so comfortable I could've fallen asleep right then. Not before long we were greeted By Genna and Heather and we followed them into the treatment room, they explained what we needed to do and before long we were in relaxation heaven. I'm going to be honest I've had many massages in the past and I have to say this was in the top three. The pressure was perfect the lighting in the room was perfect the temperature excellent if it wasn't for my husband who fell asleep and started snoring ( yes he did) and made me laugh out loud because he was so comfortable he was snoring, I would say it was a perfect experience and I honestly will be going back. Went for pedicure which was mediocre at best. No exfoliation and a 2 min massage for $35. Massage chair is good. Its a 15$ mall pedicure. Not at spa pedicure. The worst part was i had to listen to the receptionist argue with someone on the phone for half the time i was in there. I dont want office drama in a spa. And i shouldnt have to hear it. I booked a 90 minute massage deep tissue. I was told on the phone I would have a male therapist but when I arrived I received a female therapist. I like a very rough massage, and most females cannot handle it. Well the massage began and the first 20 minutes were very good, I especially liked the neck massage. Unfortunately I made a couple comments to the therapist and she talked NON-STOP through the rest of my massage about sad things- not relaxing at all- I am not your therapist. I was very sorry I opted for the longer massage at this point, something I never do. She stayed on one area too long and the pressure was not deep enough. I went in for back issues and the next day they were already bothering me again. I hate to give bad reviews but I spent a lot for a terrible massage. A little annoyed I paid for a massage that for the majority of my massage a massage gun was used. If I wanted to use a machine I could of stayed at home and got a free massage. I went for deep tissue/relaxation an I felt more tense leaving then before I went in. Went in and let them know what spot is causing issues. That spot wasn't even worked on.
