Sometimes they give you a little massage around the eyes, too! Cons: Inconsistent skills I suggest if you find someone you like to find out what days they work, so you get them every time. I've come maybe 5-6 times, serviced by 4 different staff. Only one of the staff has been a good fit for me so far, and others butchered my eyebrows. I don't expect eyebrows to look identical, but one comes out thick and other comes out thin, that just will not look right.

Upon reaching the place, I was told that my appointment was "cancelled automatically by their booking system". How does this even happen? The lady at the store that if I chose to continue with the appointment and if someone came in, they'd leave my service mid-way and attend to the new client. How is this place even working with such shoddy business practices??? Why provide reservation options when the place will cancel an hour before?? Or why not have enough staff to ensure bookings are fulfilled? Found a much better and honest salon in this area.

In the past, they had a sign outside stating threading is $4, you get inside it's a diff price, wouldn't honor price of the outside sign. That was there for a few months just to lead customers in. The overall place isn't very clean. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore after today's incident. Spend a little more and go to a more sanitized place that also welcomes you more kindly.
