We were far from home when our car became an experience pice of useless metal. We called AAA and waited for a tow. In that time my mother in law had reached out to some of our family that lived "realativly" close. Since we had to wait like an hour and a half for our tow (it was a Sunday) our family arrived shortly before they did. When figuring out where to get our car towed to that was near by Rebers was recommended by a family member as to where we should send it. Not knowing the area at all we took the recommendation. So a day or so later they informed us that we would need a new engine :( . We were a bit prepared since our car savvy family had looked it over and made the same determination. They had found a new engine for us but also told us the car wasn't worth as much as it would be to buy the specific equipment and have it shipped to Indiana. They also offered to arrange for a junk yard to come look at it. It pains me to even write that!! They were so helpful considering we lived 3hrs away. Today we went up to empty my poor car and transfer the title. They guy who helped us was super nice and wouldn't take any money for his troubles. My husband tried to even just leave cash on the counter and he refused, told us to put it towards our new car because he knew we weren't in the best situation at the moment. I am so glad they were recommended and I would highly recommend them to anyone else!! I know it can be unnerving sometimes dealing with auto repair shops, but they truly made us feel comfortable. They came across as a very trustworthy business.
