So nice again, I am impressed with these apartments. My water heater went out at three in the afternoon the same day by 5 PM. I had a new water heater. The staff was on it quickly. The maintenance guy and his helper got it put in within an hour, I think they have extra water heaters laying around that I am impressed. Anything that has gone wrong. Here has gotten fixed the same day most apartments don't do that this Apartment does it definitely feels like family here I recommend this apartment and I rate it of a 10 and a above 10 read more

It's a nice place to live not perfect, but I haven't had too many issues and if so the maintenance staff has been superb. I only had an issue with 1 guy but he doesn't respond much so I haven't complained but once as far as the job being done correctly the 1st time. I have had bug issues after living here 3 years, that was quickly resolved. Security has been better regarding vehicle break-ins. Less poop atleast around my area. It's quiet and the grounds are cleaned and maintained every Wed. My biggest issue has been lazy people throwing their trash on the ground instead of the dumpster and it's unfair ALL tenants are paying for that. Could have been better. Yeah. That's true. But it could have been worse too. This is an actual (trying to be neutral) review from a tenant who has lived here for coming up on almost 1 full year. We are moving this month so will have lived here 11 months total. First moving in, we loved it. I especially love how much greenery there is around the complex and my two pups enjoy it alot too. The pool is AWESOME but only when it's open. Which so far....is late to open this summer. It was supposed to open April 1st, then May 1st, and now it should be (crossing my fingers) open this Monday. Umm, yeah there are some issues here to be aware of. I think 100% the people are defintely kind and friendly here. I love love love the entire maintenance team who are professionals and super helpful. But we had to move out from out first apartment twice due to broken pipes and leaking. After the second time, I negotiated to live in another apartment. Unfortunately, mangament was going to at first charge me with all new deposits and starting rent fees. We were going to move out then. Shitwater was literally was filling our bathtub and outside the apartment. However, after considerable efforts, I was able to convince Sherry that since my whole family was without a home due to their emergency repairs that it was their responsibility to make the situation right so she called her boss who approved it immediately. We moved to a new apartment on the second floor. I think that ground level apartments are having a lot of issues with tree roots causing leaks and breaks in the pipes so careful with that and try to get a second floor if you can manage the steps. There is also a very loud electrical noise humming that has been constant in both our apartments, when the power switch is on. I turn it off generally because it must be giving off some crazy radiation. Something I love about it here: The balconies! They are sacred and beautiful and spacious. I also really like being able to walk to Albertsons for groceries and coffee. And there are lots of hummingbirds. There are definite issues (including plenty of dog shit that SOME people don't pick up -- gross) and apparently there's someone who is sucker punching people here? According to this last yelp review. I don't think I have met them but I can verify that people leave their POS cars in open spaces and make it harder to find parking. True....can be hard. Anyway, I made a lot of friends here. So...yeah. I am not going to keep living here for the foresaid issues. But-if you've got a tight budget and you do choose to rent here - be sure to check the rent they are charging you, keep your living space crumb-free to avoid the cockroaches and buggies, and keep your eyes peeled for mold, leaky pipes, and dog shit, and be open to making new friends. Beautiful apartment inside as well as the property. Super quiet too. Maintenance is very quick and friendly. I put in a "non-urgent"maintenance request in the morning and he responded at my door in just a few hours and was done in like 5 minutes. The office staff is also friendly. Don't waste your time considering estancia as a place to call home. I've been here for nearly two years. The pool is beautiful but sadly all I can do with it is look. Since I've been here it has been closed for "renovation" or shut down by the health department. They did open the pool for about two months last summer, but they waited till it was 100 degrees outside and for the children of the complex to be on their summer break /: Our front door lock has broke more then once since being here, one time we had to sleep over night with our front door lock broken ( thank god it was not windy that night) The sink in the kitchen has a constant rotten smell no matter how many times we bleach or draino it. Our garbage disposal has broke on us 3 times. They shut off the water with out any warning around 4pm one day I went to wash my hands and there was no water. When you call for maintenance they say they will be there that day and end up not showing up for days often we have to call the office to remind them about it. Overall it has been a pretty awful experience living here if it wasn't so expensive to break our lease we would be out of here! If you chose to live here just know that you will be paying for way way more than what you will get. read more

I pay all this money every month and can't even park my car past 9pm every spot is taken. Often times I have to park outside of the gated complex and walk far just to get to my apartment. The pool is ALWAYS closed for the best part of the year. It's like they wait until it's 110 and when the kids are out of school to open the pool. Can't enjoy it while it's 80-90 degrees, only 115. A month ago they shut off everyone's water with no warning. I was literally in the shower with shampoo on my head getting ready for work. Whenever you need to talk to the office they seem to be on break. They eat lunch from like 11-3 it's ridiculous. And then when you do get ahold of them the lady Kim has the audacity to be rude and short with you. I can't wait to move out of this place. It couldn't come sooner. read more

This is a beautiful apartment but the two in the front office makes it a nightmare to live here. They are constantly threatening you with emails saying people are complaining on you with no proof of anything and to top it off. They feel that they can just walk into your house whenever they feel like it. We have only been living here for a few months and a few weeks ago one of the ladies in the office came to my house and just walked into my house did not lock on the door or anything. A few weeks ago I had surgery and my mom was here taking care me the ladies in the front office came to my door and when I didn't answer they proceeded to try and open my door with their key. I had to change my locks I even called and filed a complaint on them. I don't know why they are allowed to do this read more

Starting to not be happy here. I loved being on third floor. But due to medical reasons had to transfer to 1st floor. The apt we saw was amazing clean and liveable. The apt we are given has been a nightmare. Unclean, insects roaches spiders little bugs coming up the sinks and toilets. Shrubs and leaves flying in our cooridor all the time. Ive asked to have it cleaned its still not done. The fron door cooridor is always dirty w leaves falling. Asked to be cleaned and to trim the shrubs... still waiting. So fyi before you move in. Check and make sure the apt you see and the apt you get are the same quality and standards. Lesson learned. read more

ZERO STARS! APT 2092. I moved into this complex with my two daughters in March just to find an infestation of bed bugs in the apartment. Had to trash EVERYTHING because those bugs were EVERYWHERE!!! Management laughed at me when I told them about the bugs and they took a week to get it addressed. Terminated my lease. My youngest daughter was covered head to toe in bite marks from these bugs. The apartment was officially treated on 6/21 and per pest control protocol has to be retreated on 7/5. However!!! The apartment is already available to be leased. Beware people, stay the hell away from this complex! I lost all my furniture, clothes, toys, EVERYTHING + work hours and time with my kids bc of this issue! Beautiful place to live! I don't regret moving here! The property is overall very well maintained! The 2 bedroom I'm in is a very good size, and my Balcony is huge!! The layout of the apartment is perfect and I couldn't be happier with the staff. They are amazing and always willing to help. I've lived here for 4 years 7/13/16 & absolutely loved the staff before pinnacle took over, meaning Ellen retired & Kim came in as an asst. Kim is always rude & talks down to you for anything... I just recently lost my job never been late once& all of a sudden the sweet Mgr has been threatening me & then e-mailing me about she's concerned for the welfare of my 14 year old son I just stated it in a nicer way... I was planning on moving anyway but the way they're ending things is very unprofessional.. 1 year ago I would had recommended this place but if Kim wasn't there then yes I would but I agree with the very top person that it's always quiet hardly loud, no section 8... The pool has been in repairs since before Christmas and here it is Memorial day weekend and it's still closed. If something is broken management needs to call in a professional not a jack leg who makes motions to fix things 5 times and they still do not work right. Overall positive about Estancia. Quiet and well kept. The pool area is very nice. If there is an issue, management is quick to resolve it. My only issue is the number of non resident cars parked in the lot for long periods of time. Without resident decals and enforcement, it kinda defeats the purpose of a gated complex. read more

No hard sell or pressure regarding price. Of course, if we delayed too long, we may have lost out as 1st come 1st serve. Accommodating, pleasant, professional. A well kept and secure complex with drugstore, groceries, several restaurants, phone retailer, beauty shop and barber only a 5 minute walk through a private pedestrian gate. Fueling station only 100 yards from the gate. A beautiful western mountain view. YMCA and park also within walking distance. Pleased. read more

I only lived in estancia for little over a year, but I have to say.. What a great little apartment complex. It might not be in the best ideal location, but it is gated 24/7 so you always feel safe. Kim and sherry are always a treat to see when you go into the office. Always happy, welcoming and understanding. Whenever I had any problems with my apartment, the maintenance crew was always quick to hurry over. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. The water is included! My furry friends rent was very reasonable. The only downfall is the hot tub/pool closes at 10. (I worked late hours and would come home sore and all I could think about was relaxing in the jacuzzi for half an hour).. Overall I was sad to have to say goodbye as my boyfriend and I had to suddenly move across country. They don't skimp you on your deposit too like most places (cough cough -- Camden properties). Terrible management. I've been asking them for a year now not to accept my mail in their office, yet they keep taking in my packages without my permission. I'm planning on calling the owner. They discriminated on my daughter and her son just because he was 2. Which is against the law. They stopped once we contacted the fair housing board. I went without a/c in the middle of July for 3 days because the manager refused to call someone over a holiday weekend. this is in Vegas!!!! You'll stay away from this place if your smart! read more

I have lived here 4 months now and absolutely love it! Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The complex is quiet, peaceful, clean and well maintained. Sherry and Kim at the office are awesome and the maintenance staff are terrific! If anything needs to be fixed they take care of it right away and do a great job. Security patrols the premises every night. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is huge, and the kitchen has a ton of counter and cabinet space. Beautiful views of the mountains from my covered patio. Assigned covered parking spaces and can add a garage space if desired. Great location near shopping centers and gas stations, with easy freeway access. Even so, it feels as if you are away from it all when you enter the complex. If you are looking for a quiet, safe place to live where you will feel at home and well taken care of, look no further. read more
