Warning !! Defective , overpriced , horrible customer service ! I stopped in because my screen broke and needed a quick fix HUGE MISTAKE ! The owner had to install the screen Protection twice and it kept bubbling and sold me an aftermarket faulty screen for $250 after I returned not only did he refuse to reimburse me he refused to fix it and told me to take him to court . I will be reporting this business , horrible customer service and I received horrible faulty parts ! BEWARE !!!! As soon as you pay he offers a discount for a positive yelp review , it may be the only way he can get a positive review after experiencing his workmanship and lack of business skills . read more

Everyone I have spoken and worked with at CIR provides knowledgeable and courteous service. Thank you for saving me not only hundreds of dollars, but also my data that sometimes doesn't get backed up and under gets lost when upgrading to a new phone. I needed to replace a keyboard for an HP Laptop. I found/bought the part and sought help to install it from Mr. Fixit. The repair/Installation is very complicated and was completed by Mr. Fixit quickly and efficiently. If you are in this situation, give serious thought to buying a keyboard with a palm rest attached.
