Warning !! Defective , overpriced , horrible customer service ! I stopped in because my screen broke and needed a quick fix HUGE MISTAKE ! The owner had to install the screen Protection twice and it kept bubbling and sold me an aftermarket faulty screen for $250 after I returned not only did he refuse to reimburse me he refused to fix it and told me to take him to court . I will be reporting this business , horrible customer service and I received horrible faulty parts ! BEWARE !!!! As soon as you pay he offers a discount for a positive yelp review , it may be the only way he can get a positive review after experiencing his workmanship and lack of business skills . read more

My son's iPad screen was really badly cracked. Found this place and was kinda skeptical as we've never been to a repair shop for any of our electronics besides the APPLE store. To my surprise, the gentlemen was very helpful and stated he would be able to replace the screen for a reasonable price. He did an excellent job and my son was thrilled it was fixed! I called CIR and they said since the camera lenses were intact, it would be $110. Jose worked on it for me. When I went to pick it up, he explained to me how he fixed it. I showed up with a new case and he put it on for me. Jose is professional, thorough, and is a nice young man. Everyone I have spoken and worked with at CIR provides knowledgeable and courteous service. Thank you for saving me not only hundreds of dollars, but also my data that sometimes doesn't get backed up and under gets lost when upgrading to a new phone. CIR is my go to electronics repair business - highly recommended!

The employee helping me asked for my phone passcode. I've had my phones repaired by the same company before at a different location, and they have never asked for my password. I normally just turn off Find My iPhone, hand them the phone, and they complete the repair without needing access to my personal data. I'm not accusing anyone of having bad intentions, but I couldn't understand why my passcode was necessary. To be safe, I left and went to the Cerritos location instead. They repaired my phone without asking for my passcode, and when I mentioned what happened, the employee there also said it was unusual. My advice is to be cautious and protect your privacy. If someone asks for your phone passcode, don't feel pressured to give it out. Ask why it's needed and whether there's another way to complete the repair. Your personal information is important, and it's okay to be careful.

I needed to replace a keyboard for an HP Laptop. I found/bought the part and sought help to install it from Mr. Fixit. The repair/Installation is very complicated and was completed by Mr. Fixit quickly and efficiently. If you are in this situation, give serious thought to buying a keyboard with a palm rest attached. From what I have heard, (and I'm no expert) the repair will be easier to complete and may provide a better result. This business was just what I was looking for. Prices were very reasonable.
