The cone on one of my Sonus Faber Cremona M woofer drivers was dented, and the butyl surround was torn. I went to this repair shop to have a surround speaker repaired. Mike quoted $125.00. I agreed. He said he would call when it was ready. Several days later he texted asking saying he told me the speaker would be ready the the next day and why I hadn't I paid him by belle because he had sent an invoice which he never did. He kept texting trying bring the speaker to me and always mentioned that he wanted his money. Since I'm busy and work at night I wanted to wait until a Monday which is my day off. He was insistent. I had to get up early to go pick up the speaker. When I arrived there, he behaved in a sheepish manner and called me "brother". I recently changed the Paradigm Studio 100 to the beryllium tweeters and they sounded very harsh and bright due to the difference in impedance.
