I knew the Belle Point location would be ideal because I lived in the BWI region, so I decided to book an appointment with Renee. After reading Renee's bio, I knew she was the stylist I wanted based on the look and creativity I was looking for with my hair. Let me just tell y'all, this team did NOT disappoint me. In both cases I booked my appointment early enough to cover my events and both appts were cancelled on the DAY of the scheduled appointment which left me no time to book another appointment. My son has braids so the day of or the night before we're removing the braids and detangling his hair into a bush, just for our appt to be cancelled? ALL OF THIS is OK, but when I asked for my deposit back so I can book another appt with another stylist I was told NO it's non-refundable. I feel that was unjust and I didn't cancel, we were not late, we just are choosing to go another route going forward.
