I asked her to not cut my daughter's hair so short, that we just wanted a trim. She became noticeably upset and began to speak to me aggressively and loud. She didn't provide a towel to dry my daughter's hair. I understand that I scheduled a wash and cut but geesh, common decency is to provide a towel to dry off her back. Please do not schedule with this lady, she has no business working in customer service industry.

Soft grays, pinks and a lil bling made me feel like my hair was going to match the sass! The receptionist was super professional, offering those waiting coffee, tea, or wine (heeeyy!). My stylist, Bre, was finishing up her client so I had a chance to sit and observe (inspection glasses on, notepad out!). All employees were dressed in black which lends itself to a uniform appearance (plus!). The place was clean and organized. The coat hooks were these adorable scissor shaped - very cool. The music in the salon was on point...a nice R&B blend. Bre did an awesome job on my braids. I LOVE that her service includes shampoo, blow dry AND the braiding hair. Those of us who get braids know that we usually have to come prepped (shampooed) and sometimes have to bring the hair. They are exclusively offering laser treatment to combat hair loss and increase hair growth, in the Greenbelt area. If you are coming in from out of town - call ahead for recommended places to stay. While Hair Fantasy specializes in Hair Replacement technology and Hair units they also know how to whip up some fantastic hair styles. Frankly, this is my go to hair spot and I do not have a hair loss issue so even if you don't, you should still give them a call. They won't talk you to death unless you want them to.
