I chose them because the services they offer were exactly what I needed, and my initial meeting with the owner was very positive. I did not find her to be unprofessional at all. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. After my mother passed away, my stepfather moved into an independent living community, and once he had moved, the task of figuring out what to do with the rest of the "stuff" accumulated over a lifetime was overwhelming. I don't live in Gainesville, and couldn't just go for days or weeks to manage it - even if I knew where to start. Providence (Everything Goes's owner's name is Providence, and it certainly was appropriate) literally rescued me. She was sensitive to my family's grief and sense of loss - while at the same time, she capably organized, cataloged, researched, priced, and staged an estate sale, finding value in what I saw simply as chaos. The sale was run smoothly with her competent, friendly staff. When I think of all of the dusty hard work that they did (and that I didn't have to do), and on top of that, to have derived funds that will help with the upkeep of the house, etc., I am just incredibly thankful.
