Estee Bridal is by far the best experience my bride could've ever had when going wedding dress shopping. While the wedding dress experience could of been overwhelming, Suzanne was a dream and made it the easiest part in planning a wedding. My bride had been scouring online for different styles and designers and fell in love with the Pronovias line. Seeing that Estee Bridal carried them, she immediately booked an appointment. Upon arriving she and her bridesmaids received a warm welcome, she shut the store down just for them, and her bridesmaids were given water bottles and homemade macaroons while my bride tried on different wedding dresses. Knowing her style and body type, the second dress she tried on was perfect. She received so many compliments and felt gorgeous. My daughter is getting married next spring, and we'd been to a number of places but this elegant salon was by far the best! Suzanne is so personable and accommodating. She knew exactly which dress to show my daughter. We loved the first one she showed us and while my daughter tried on a half dozen others, it was the first one that was "the one." There are no gimmicks here. No bells to ring. Just a beautiful show room with comfortable furniture, water, and splits of champagne for the crew while the bride models the choices. Oh, and try the macaroons! Suzanne makes them herself and while I didn't have one, when we went to pick up the dress, my husband gobbled them all! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Estee Bridal, and the owner, Suzanne! The store is immaculate; it's clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. When you schedule an appointment you have the entire place to yourself. There is a comfortable couch and chairs for your family and friends to sit in. The quality of the mirrors are great. Suzanne made me, and my mother and grandmother feel immediately at home. She is warm, accessible, and very knowledgable. Unlike other places I went to try on dresses, she wasn't the least bit pushy. The appointments are scheduled for 1.5 hours, instead of an hour, so at no point did I feel rushed. She has a beautiful collection of dresses in a good variety of prices. My price range was mid-level and she had a lot of options for me to try. Estee was the first store I tried dresses on at. I fell in love with a dress there, but didn't want to buy it before I was able to check out a few other places. After visiting other shops, none of them held a candle to the dress as Estee, and none of the shop owners and saleswomen were as amazing as Suzanne. My mom was visiting from out of town and was leaving Sunday afternoon. So, Suzanne opened the store for me on a Sunday to come back to try on the dress again (and, of course, I bought it!). Suzanne is extremely personable, generous and warm. I am confident that in her hands, things will go smoothly! I just purchased my wedding dress from Suzanne at Estee Bridal. Suzanne made it a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She served me and my mother tea and macaroons (that she made herself!), talked to me about what I was looking for, helped me pull dresses and offered helpful feedback. She is so sweet and accommodating, and was able to recommend a seamstress for alterations and and having my mothers wedding veil restored. When I purchased my dress, she gave me champagne and a gift. Nine bridal shops... Count 'em....Nine... That's how many we (my daughter, the soon-to-be bride, and I) visited. Estee was the ninth, though - and last! Oh, how we wished it had been the first! Then again, visiting all the others only helped to educate us and solidify our impressions, fortitude and success in this fun, amazing, yet, sometimes frustrating and disappointing dress-searching experience! Admittedly, one should expect a bit of a "learning curve" when looking for THE dress. What a girl is CERTAIN is THE style, structure and fit she wants does not always play out as she expected - so be adventurous! And if Suzanne pulls a dress for consideration (after listening carefully to your preferences) hey, give it a shot! About Suzanne and her lovely salon. The place exudes taste, elegance and class upon entering, but without pretension. It has the air of a high-end salon, but we found the prices to be on-par with the other dresses and shops we'd seen. She has an extensive selection to choose from, as well as a "Sample Sale" section at dramatically reduced prices, especially for designer dresses. Suzanne is/was as gracious a proprietor as one could hope for. She listened patiently to my daughter's ideas and budget limitations and allowed her to pull several dresses of her choice. But Suzanne also made some gentle dress suggestions, herself - some which were declined (to which Suzanne took no offense) - but some that were accepted. And, thankfully so, as one of the suggestions did, in fact, turn out to be THE ONE! What joy for all of us! However, had that final choice not been the one made, I am confident that Suzanne would not have made us feel at all uncomfortable. Never once did we sense any pressure to choose a dress at Estee. And upon departure, my daughter was presented with a thoughtful little gift bag in celebration of her dress success. I cannot say enough about the whole experience with Suzanne at Estee - it was the one my daughter had been yearning for (but sadly lacking) at all the other places we visited. I can not say enough positive things about Estee. I went very unsure of what type of dress I would want and Suzanne was very helpful with guiding us through the process. We went through the racks and I pointed to a few dresses I thought I might like and Suzanne picked out a number of gowns she thought would fit me as well. Every gown she picked for me was perfect. I was referred to Estee Bridal from my best friend, who purchased her wedding dress there. I knew from the moment we walked in, it was going to be a great experience. The store is modern, clean, and tasteful. I love that Suzanne only does private appointments. She listened to everything I said. She offered suggestions and pulled dresses, but wasn't pushy in any way. I loved, the dresses but felt I needed to go to a couple more places. My mother and I felt very special when we arrived - there was reserved seating for us as well as homemade (delicious I may add) macaroons.
