I asked one simple question, can you mail it too my house, I have a card on file it can be paid for and mailed. He says he doesn't know and puts me on hold which actually put me back in the back of the line this was 3:15pm, 5:09pm after the first 45 minutes I am hung up on and I call back and talk to a operator who cannot help me and than puts me back on hold for Pharmacy which puts me back in the end of the Line. I wait another 1 hour and 10 minutes I believe later and finally get to my turn after listening to that horrible music(I know I could have cut it off) All of sudden two times it rings no one answers and now I am hung up again by the system. In Oakbrook I never have to deal with this blatant disrespect but want everyone to shop at Walgreens. 3) I would hope I am respected enough for at least an email response back because I lost 2 hours of my time for absolutely nothing.. It is sad how it is our fault you are closing stores but don't have the decency to at least come back and act like you care. Plus the store on East 92nd was just as disrespectful. Their pharmacy service is absolutely horrible, especially now that the other stores are being…read moreclosed nearby. When waiting on hold, I've been repeatedly hung up on. They pick up, then hang up. It often takes days for my needed prescriptions to be delivered to them. Just ridiculous!
