I've had the same experience as many other reviewers. Like others, I was extremely excited for my new treadmill to arrive and I religiously watched the tracker. When it finally arrived in my hometown, I expected to receive a call from EFW within the next day or two to set up an appointment. A few days passed and I finally got an email from Horizon saying my treadmill was in the destination city and EFW would reach out to me in 5-7 days to set up a delivery appointment. 7 days after that email from Horizon and no update on the EFW tracker, I emailed EFW to inquire about the status. No response. I emailed them again 3 days later and finally decided to give them a call. Upon calling I realized I could set up an appointment which I did happily. EFW was supposed to deliver the treadmill today between 1 - 5pm. Its now over an hour past 5pm and other than a confirmation email this morning I have received no communication from EFW as to where my treadmill is. I've been on hold with EFW for the past 30 mins and haven't been able to reach a representative yet. Do yourself a favor and don't order from Horizon or EFW. read more

I tracked my $3500 worth of furniture and confirmed it arrived to the warehouse of Estes Forwarding Worldwide 2 days after I ordered it. 12 days later Estes Forwarding World lied to me and said my furniture literally just arrived to their warehouse. They then lied to me and said that because my furniture just arrived and missed being loaded on to the delivery truck, I'd have to wait an additional 7 days for delivery. After speaking to a supervisor, I found out that Estes Forwarding Worldwide lost my furniture inside their own warehouse and are literally looking around the warehouse for my furniture. This is the worst delivery company I have ever experienced, Do Not put yourself through the stress of having products delivered through Estes Forwarding Worldwide!!!!! read more

I bought an air conditioner, it was due to arrive in 9 days. Acceptable, received confirmation of the delivery date. They have not delivered the product. I waited 20 minutes to speak to an agent, who put me on hold for now an 1 hr and 15 minutes, no answers as to when my package would get here. I dont know how low of a rating I can give but it would be a negative number. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a rug that I ordered and made sure to call ahead to make sure it would arrive before moving to a new state. I was told 3 different times that my rug was going to be delivered on three different dates. Every time I spoke with a rep they told me that something had happened and they were sure it would be delivered on that new date. Then, the date came and nothing was delivered. I was told I would get a call from a supervisor and have yet to receive one 3 days after I was told. I have had a poor customer service experience and have still not received my rug. ZERO stars!! Folks, these people don't seem to care about the reputation of their business or the repercussions they could face in civil court. I ordered my fire pit on March 17, 2020 for around $500. That's a big chunk of money for me! I went ahead and ordered it because it was slated to arrive before Easter Sunday, which is a day we are having a few guests over. My order with Target said my package would arrive between March 30-April 1. I was happy to see that the item shipped the next day after I ordered. The shipping "updates" showed that my package passed through Denver on March 23. That made me happy that I may get my package early, or AT LEAST on time. Phone number rings and rings. I called Target and they asked EFW where the package was. EFW said the package hadn't been delivered due to inclement weather in Denver, which was a BLATANT lie. It was 73 degrees that day! Target seemed nonchalant about it, as well. They said if the package wasn't, delivered that I should request a refund. They made it seem like this happens often with this company. April 2- NOTHING- live chat doesn't work. Called their one phone number and waited 20 minutes before someone answered. An hour later, I was told they weren't sure why it hadn't been delivered yet, but to give them until April 5. What?! NO! There is no excuse why it hadn't been delivered. It's been sitting here in my city for 10 days! April 3- NOTHING APRIL 4- NOTHING April 5- cal from EFW asking if I still wanted my time shipped. OF COURSE! OMG read these reviews, and if you have a choice, do NOT pick this company to deliver ANYTHING! I did not choose them, but the retailer I bought a piece of furniture from sadly did. Same thing as all the other bad reviews (and there are many!)...I set up a delivery window; nobody showed up; waited all day; nobody answered the phone at EFW, and I held for over 35 minutes; retailer also tried to call, no answer. No answer on the "live chat" on their website either, big surprise. One star review is too good for them...if I could give zero, I would! I ordered a Kayak through Academy Sports, found out that EFW would be shipping it, and oh boy I learned my lesson and am going to check which shipping company is delivering my order in the future. It took almost a week longer than they said it would arrive and when it did it was absolutely filthy and scratched all to hell. It genuinely looked like when they finally got it here they just threw it off the truck and drove off. I found pieces of a car tire on my kayak as well. My hands turned black just from turning it over. Tracking information was absolutely useless, I opted in for text updates. Turns out the text updates would sometimes be up to 12 HOURS in delay between when I got the text and where the package actually was. I genuinely believe they just have some poor intern sending out the text updates, because it was so delayed there is no way it can be automated. read more

This is BY FAR the absolute WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If I could give them -5 stars, I would. We ordered a TV from Target (like most of these reviews.) They claimed they delivered the package to our house at the back door. Interesting, considering the address was for an apartment, and was even given the CODE to get INTO the building. When it said "delivered" we called EFW. They claimed there was nothing they could do for us since "Reggie claims he delivered to the door" & "had to wait to speak to him." Apparently, Reggie is missing because it's been TWO DAYS and they still have not been able to get in touch with him. Target claims they have no proof of the delivery from EFW. If you want what you order, don't purchase something online that works with this company. They are trash. read more

This company is the absolute worst. Its equally a shame that Target works with them. Never order large items with Target. I barely know if I want to go to their stores. I might take some items I just purchased back. I am so done. The first order was placed before Christmas in December. It was supposed to be delivered the first week of January. As the item was originally backordered before finally becoming available just prior to my order, I was patient when the shipping deadline was first missed. To make a long story short, it wasn't until the end of January when the table was finally marked as lost. This was after many mixed signals from EFW. Once I was emailed that the shipment was ready and I needed to schedule a window. When the website didn't work, I called only to be told the shipment wasn't at the destination city yet and that they would call me to schedule a time. The email I received, they said, was an error. Then I got a voicemail that seemed to indicate the shipment was lost. An email I received a little later confirmed that. Finally, I received another email telling me the window and day that the item would be delivered. I took off work and waited until the end of the given timeframe. NOTHING. I called and asked to speak to a manager because there was even more confusion from the person I spoke to. The manager, Mr. Steven Ma***a, gave me his number and email. He was supposed to get to the bottom of it as it seemed suspicious to him. That made me wonder how many packages turn up missing and what's happening to them? He offered to have another company deliver the package to make up for all of my trouble, missed days at work, so on and so forth. Eventually, I received communication that the package was lost. At this point, I called Target back to let them know. I had called them a day after I spoke to Steven to let them in on all the trouble I had been through since the shipment was missing. Target finally offered a refund and $20 or $15 gift card for the ordeal. The first time I called, they wanted me to wait and see what would happen. Like I said, this was a month after the original order. My mother warned me about ordering with Target again, but at this point, I had matched the table with other décor and so I waited until mid Feb to place the order again. As soon as I received the tracking number, I forwarded the message to Steven, hoping he could step in as he offered before to make sure this package came on time. He was responsive to my first email, but then disappeared and never responded to additional emails and calls. I had received an email with a day and window for delivery (its always 8am to 6pm or so anyway, so not much of a window). I called to confirm this time. I was told AGAIN the email was an error and that the item had not made it to its destination city. I just so happened to stay home today and when I opened the door to walk my dog this evening, what do you know. The package is here. I was supposed to have upgraded service for inside delivery. There was no door knock, door bell, phone call... NOTHING. I called and really let Target know what I think of their service and treatment of customers, which is pretty uncharacteristic of me. It's a shame that they do business with such a shady and untrustworthy enterprise. I then called EFW and the young lady told me my package would be on the way soon. According to her, they just scanned it into the terminal at noon. I said, "What I'm telling you is the package is outside of my house right now." Surprised, she put me on hold and called over to the delivery team. Because they were gone for the evening, the best they could do was send someone in the morning to bring it inside. Both Target and EFW confirmed that I was supposed to be upgraded to inside delivery. I have a very important meeting tomorrow that I need to prepare for and now I'm over here waiting on a neighbor who can potentially come help me or waiting to see what tomorrow holds for EFW. I was not even given a time for when they might arrive and honestly, it's the last thing I need. But hey! Target sent me a $50 gift card. I asked Target what happens if someone takes the box before I can get it inside and they pretty much told me we'll cross that bridge when it happens. This company is terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible and Target is just as bad for doing business with them. Ordered a rug May 19th, received first notice JUNE 1 that it would be delivered only to receive a phone call later that it was lost. Checked back every other day and it was still lost. When they did locate it, they sent me an automated email stating delivery Saturday 6/13, did not receive it. Received another message today that it will be delivered Tuesday 6/16...stay tuned. I cannot be more clear when I say, DO NOT trust this company with your parcels, it is not worth the time and hassle. This company is literally the worst company I have seen in my entire life. I ordered a treadmill and there were 2 men who were supposed to come and just one came and he asked me to help him to the door which obviously I couldn't, so he took it back. From then on, I have been calling multiple times every day regarding this and my treadmill company upgraded my service to white glove and assembly and said they already sent the information to EFW but they still did not get it. I'm not going to lie, after reading the yelp reviews I was EXTREMELY stressed about my shipment through Target. I ordered an egg chair and was totally excited for it to get in ASAP. The reached out to me email to set up a delivery date sooner than I thought. I tracked it all the time and tracking a was little slow to update but my chair was delivered the day it said it would be and there were no problems with it. The Cincinnati location was on top of things. I even made my husband take a break from work and go check to make sure it was delivered. I was worried because our video doorbell didn't go off so I thought it got delivered somewhere else. Turns out they just dropped it off in front of our garage. The driver was super friendly and helpful upon delivery as well. Having dealt with other delivery companies recently that seemed to go out of their way to make things difficult, it was refreshing to have such a positive experience with EFW. Wow just horrible.. How can a company with such a poor rating stay in business? Let's be honest, no regular customer out there purposely chooses this company over FedEx, UPS, etc.. So most likely you purchased an item thru Target, and in turn Target will over estimate the delivery time so they can save a buck and go with a horrible company like EFW. Once the package is "shipped" EFW will provide you with a tracking number, a delivery date and a time frame of 8am - 6pm. However, this is completely useless because if the item is delayed (as it usually is) they won't update their website even a few days later and if you call their number (855) 633-9669 the agent will just tell you: "Check again tomorrow.." This is extremely concerning specially if you're waiting for an expensive item like a TV, etc.. And in case you're wondering, 2 days later and I still haven't received my package and website still hasn't been updated with new delivery date I HOPE THIS HELP, GOOD LUCK! read more

I was told and given more warnings for my frustration than answers. I took today off knowing I paid for the cheapest delivery option (to your front door of apartment). Wanted to ensure I would be able to grab the delivery as soon as I got any form of notification or heard a big truck. Fortunately i called today for an update and they said the package was damage (domt know when they were planning on informing me). They asked if i still wanted to recieve it, even though i had no photos or other info aside from there was damage. After requesting for a photo they said it could take hours. Anyways, fast forward to apparently its getting delivered tomorrow when I am at work. I guess we will see tomorrow if a 3rd party drivers will actually contact me 30 min before. Don't order from Overstock. The customer service is a joke. I asked what would happen if I don't get a 30 min heads up, and I come home to the package missing. I purchased a treadmill through Horizon around Black Friday. EFW sent me an email with a tracking number. I was updated through the shipping process. Once my item was shipped, I received a phone call and an appointment was made for the following day with a 4 hour window. The next morning I checked the tracking with EFW and it was updated with my appointment and showed the 4 hour window. The truck arrived within an hour and a half of the allotted 4 hour time frame and 2 gentlemen brought my undamaged item up to my door. I am very please with their delivery service! read more
