Ordered a pool from Walmart for my young son and the delivery date was scheduled for 6/14/21. The efwtrack.com/track stopped posting updates since 6/11/21 and currently states delivery delayed with no further updates. The all-around worst customer service I have ever encountered. They do not respond to emails they do not respond to phone calls and when you actually do get someone on the phone they are so incompetent he can't get any answers. They ran me round and round for over two weeks before passing me off to a different shipper. They rescheduled my appointment several times but didn't tell me and they never showed up when they were supposed to. The people that answer the phones and the customer service agents including the supervisors just don't care. In fact, when one of them realize they had made an error that caused me a lot of trouble he backpedaled and started becoming verbally abusive. Whatever you do do not use this company. read more

Wow, I wish I had read these reviews before my nightmare experience. I ordered a dresser from Overstock.com and everything seemed to go well until 1. my delivery window came and went and 2. only one guy showed up to deliver the dresser AND deliver it to room of choice (I paid extra to have it brought upstairs). Clearly, that was not happening. So he put it in my dining room and said he'd be back later that day. A week and a half later, the dresser is still sitting in my dining room. Neither Overstock now EFW has been helpful in this situation. EFW keeps saying they're "looking into it" or "someone will call to schedule a time to finish the delivery". I even tried to return the dresser through Overstock yet they're CHARGING me to return it (but oh, we'll give you a discount). It's totally ridiculous that they would charge me when it's all the delivery company's fault, not mine and they can't get anyone to deliver it. Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering from Overstock again and since EFW delivers for a lot of companies, I'll be watching out for them again. read more

Do not order from Target! This is a horrible company! They delivered my refrigerator from a Uhaul. They messed my refrigerator up. It wouldn't work. It has been 2 months since they came to pick up order. Then they lied and said they tried to call me. Never did!!! I was able to get a time slot for pick up. Guess what! No pick up! I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been trying to return a mattress since 1/25/22. It is now 3/1/22 and the mattress is still at my house. I have had 4 or 6 appointments, taken off work early, just for the carrier to not show up or contact me. They called me this past sunday 2/27 to schedule the pickup for 3/1/22 and I called to make sure they were still on track and they aren't even showing my order number in the system. I ordered a stationary bike to stay sane during quarantine and EFW was engaged and wonderful every step of the way. They notified me of my item's arrival to their warehouse, the soonest delivery date (next day), and we're communicative day-of delivery. Someone at their office even texted me when they were 10 minutes out. I have had many things delivered from various providers and have never had an experience good enough to write a yelp review. Seriously a this shipping company is a cruel joke. I ordered two pergolas. The tracking numbers were useless and provided false information. The first one I ordered the box was completely torn and dumped in my driveway with all the hardware scattered. I had a second one on the way and after this I didn't want it. I called Target to have the shipper return it to them and they still delivered it two weeks later but the box tore so they just removed everything from the box and stacked it nicely in my driveway but didn't leave me half of the pieces. This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I was given inconsistent information over and over again as to when my couch would be delivered. When the delivery driver did arrive, he was not wearing a mask. He then told me the couch wouldn't fit in the elevator and that it was my problem now. He left without bringing the couch up to my apartment, and I had to pay same-day movers to come and bring the couch to my apartment, which they did with no problem. I read the reviews and researched the history and approach of Estes Forwarding Worldwide. What I read prepared me for the worst---and the worst did come true. If the retailer you are buying a TV from uses Estes Forwarding Worldwide to deliver it, you should just forget about it, and buy your TV locally instead. Don't even waste your time. Assume the TV will arrive broken into multiple pieces and that you will have to return it. Estes does not care about you. Horrible company. In my opinion, they don't care about how they handle items when they ship. It is honestly just a mean spirited and cruel approach. Pretend that they care, but as you can see from the numerous reviews, they beat the crap out of what they ship. No pride, no processes in place to handle items appropriately. It seems intentional, as if they don't care to provide the basic service that justifies why they exist. They are either unwilling or unable to ship items without destroying them. It is likely a combination of horrible logistics infrastructure, combined with employees who don't care, and or, think that it is funny to destroy people's items, while in transit. I ordered an item from Overstock and it was shipped from manufacturer as drop shipment through EFW. I waited and was called to make an appointment for delivery between 10 am to 2 pm. Item didn't arrive but as I was calling Overstock regarding item not being delivered they must have delivered it without calling, knocking, or even having me assess box for damages before leaving it on my doorstep. Item is damaged in multiple locations and I called Overstock to replace unit and not use EFW or item will be refused. EFW is a joke of a company and I hope they go out of business. When I contacted the company they said they were "too busy" and had "no availability. They told me to find another company to pick up the TV. WASTED MY TIME AD MONEY AND CREATED ILL WILL. ordered a toilet from Walmart. delivery was promised in 7 days, so i scheduled a plumber and took time off work. after 7 days the item didn't arrive. i called and it arrived at the local terminal. it should be here in 1 or 2 days and it needs a signature. 5 days later no tracking updates, no phone calls. i lose a days work and plumber is charging be standby time because he cant work either. i emailed the EFS social media team with my concerns, no reply i get a call, it will arrive on the 14th day, bet 10 and 2pm. I call the plumber and take a half day off. i get another call, it will arrive between 1 and 5, i call the plumber, he is not happy and is charging me for lost time, i take the day off and wait. i call EFW, they confirm it's 1-4 pm but no signature needed, i ask her to check because I was told 10 to 2 pm and signature needed. She comes back after a long delay and says it will be 10-2pm, no signature. I call the plumber, I can't repeat what he said to me. Driver arrives on time, helps me carry it in, nice guy, he asks me to sign, i said no signature needed, he says, i wish i knew that i could have rerouted and saved an hour. They absolutely did not have my permission to do this. Thankfully Target was able to get in touch with them about it and get my order un-cancelled. Date came and went, I wanted until May 30 to reach out via email. Never got a response. A few days later I did a live chat and was told "it is at your local facility but delivery is delayed, we can't confirm a date, keep watching the tracking" Days went by, no update whatsoever. Started another live chat and received the exact same scripted response. Emailed them again....then again...then AGAIN asking where my order was and why I was being ignored. Days later, they responded with a scripted answer and asked for my tracking information, which I provided immediately. A week later, still nothing. I sent a few more emails and continued to be ignored. My furniture was finally delivered June 16 and still not a word from them, or an update on the tracking which I was told to keep watching. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not sure if you can even call it service. I can understand delivery delays, I am not mad at ALL for that. Item arrived in city around 3 weeks back. I had been waiting for a while. First the tracking site said appointment scheduled on 7/3 and it just stayed there for 5 days since. I'm not the type of person who posts reviews online-especially negative ones but I'm SO upset and I feel like I have to. I got a Horizon treadmill delivered today, 1/22/21. Today was literally MY WORST NIGHTMARE. I'm getting married this year and got this treadmill to start working out from home during COVID, especially while it's winter & snowing. I have been anxiously awaiting its arrival. DO NOT sign for the delivery before the delivery is unloaded. I made the stupid mistake of signing for the treadmill before it was unloaded from the truck. The treadmill fell off the pallet and off the back of the truck while the delivery man was trying to unload it. At one point the packaged treadmill was vertical to the truck before falling off the truck & pallet into the street. The pallet broke into multiple pieces, and as I was helping the man try to get the treadmill back onto the pallet, the man was pulling on the yellow packing that keeps the box together, it ripped, and he fell backwards into the street. Luckily, he was ok, and didn't hit his head. My neighbor saw us struggling to get the treadmill back onto the pallet and saw the gentleman delivering the treadmill fall into the street. My neighbor offered to help- and we were able to get the treadmill back onto the pallet and into my garage. If I hadn't already signed the delivery invoice I would not have accepted the treadmill in the condition it was delivered. Before the delivery man left, after we got the treadmill into my garage, I noticed the arrow on the treadmill packaging was upside down. I asked the delivery man if my treadmill would be ok upside down and he said yes- it will be days/maybe a week or two before I can get help assembling it. He then commented on how much his elbow hurt- making it seem like he wouldn't be able to flip it over. He left without it being flipped over. The treadmill is now sitting in my garage in a damaged box (which happened when the treadmill fell off the truck into the street), with a broken pallet, and is sitting upside down. I am unable to turn the treadmill over by myself. I AM SO UPSET. I have been looking forward to this delivery for two weeks. I have no choice but to return this treadmill after the beating it took during delivery and try and exchange it with a new treadmill. I will be refusing the treadmill if there are not 2 people during the next delivery. I am so disappointed. read more

AVOID EFW scheduled my delivery for today (1/22/21) between 1pm and 5pm with EFW. I took the day off of work to receive this delivery. A scheduler just called me and is trying to schedule it for Monday, so I will have to take another day off of work. I am very, very, very upset I am now loosing 2 vacation days and the time over the weekend to set up my home gym. This is not acceptable. I've set aside work and my EMT classes today and this entire weekend to deal with setting up the home gym. I am only giving one star because I have to! This is the WORST delivery company that I have EVER dealt with. I bought a bookcase from Hayneedle, and was told it would be delivered by Estes Forwarding when I bought it. After fighting with EFW for two weeks to find a dispatcher to deliver my 300 lb bookcase into a room and unbox it (they wanted to leave it at the front door even though I paid extra for room delivery + unboxing), I finally was called by a dispatcher (prerecorded message BTW) that it would be delivered Mon 12/20 between 11a-3p. Yep, you guessed it... no one showed up and the best part... no one even called to tell me. I finally reached out to EFW at 3:30 to hear that dispatch had gone home for the day and they would call me tomorrow to schedule new delivery! Oh .... wonderful! I don't have other plans!
