Estes Fowarding Worldwide is an absolute scam of a business. They were late and offered terrible communication throughout my waiting period. During the scheduled delivery day, they were supposed to deliver to my door with a signature. They never made it to my door, never delivered my items to my door, yet somehow I received a delivery receipt WITH MY NAME SIGNED ON IT. I never even saw a delivery person yet they signed my name without permission. When I contacted them multiple times regarding my order, I was unable to get a hold of them on the phone. I am very happy with my delivery. It took a little time to get to me but it was delivered within my time window. Delivery was perfect. 225# box with a massage chair in it. No dings or tears. Box in mint condition! I watched the 2 men unload it on my cameras and they were working together as a great team! Right to my door under my carport. It was ordered o December 15, 2021 and it said I would receive January 3, 2022. I knew it would be after Christmas. I checked the tracking number every day after and it continued to say being delivered on that day (the date I would look up the tracking number) by 5:00 PM. The date kept changing to whatever day I was inquiring on. I finally called a representative and spoke with a Supervisor that assured me my pkg. would be delivered that week, which was the week of January 10, 2022. I was given the Supervisors name and direct line and called twice this week and left voicemails (IMAGINE, no call back) As of today, January 21, 2022 I still have not received my pkg. I received a phone call Wednesday the 19th stating my pkg. would be delivered Thursday the 20th. I also received a text Thursday morning stating my pkg. was out for delivery. Yesterday came and went and no Skeeball Machine. I called AGAIN and was told that it would not fit in the delivery truck. WTH??? They called and text and said it was being delivered and as of today I still have no resolution. I called again today and was told the Supervisor was calling to check on the status and would call me back. YEAH RIGHT!! I would not use this company for anything. Their tracking website is a disaster with incomplete information and confusing verbage. My TV is a week late from the estimated delivery date. It is FINALLY in my city and they "scheduled" (told me) it will be delivered in 3 more days. So I guess it just sits in a wearhouse till then. Can I reschedule? Nope. WORST customer service & delivery company EVER. My boyfriend and I ordered a TV off of Walmart.com and it shipped through EFW. We were GUARANTEED delivery by June 25, 2019. We kept our eye on tracking and it soon said June 26, 2019 between 11am-3pm so my boyfriend called considering it's the middle of the week and we have jobs. So he asked if there was any way he could reschedule or authorize it so it didn't need to be signed for and they were extremely rude and told him no that he couldn't reschedule and they would do that for him. No one ever contacted us to reschedule so we were expecting delivery 6/26 like it STILL stated on tracking. So, here we are 6/26 my boyfriend took time off from work and the package never delivered so he calls and they tell him they can't help him because they're computers aren't working. I got in touch with them and they told me they rescheduled it for 6/27 between 11-3 and they spoke with someone to confirm this. They didn't speak with either of us. I've received multiple calls and emails from them with their apologies and their claim that they are conducting dock searches for my item. I've chatted with them online twice. The 1st chat ended with no information other than "there was a delay picking up your shipment from the sorting facility" and then they ended the chat. The second chat ended with an updated delivery estimate. Also, I signed up for text updates and their system didn't even acknowledge that I signed up until 2 days later. I wish I could give them less than one star because the nightmare I've had with them isn't worth a full star. I purchased an above ground pool and have had it delivered twice. First time they came outside of the4 hour window and left a destroyed box in the middle of my driveway. The torn up pool liner could easily be seen. The second they dropped off without an appointment. They left it in the rain and put it in a pile of mason sand in my back yard. Again torn up but next to impossible to move the soaked 300lb box with a dolly in the sand. Now waiting on the third. Told them I wanted to pick it up myself when it got into MA. They set me up to do so tomorrow morning, got a call today and they have no clue where it is and said I should here back from them sometime next week. Two months and still no pool here. We purchased a treadmill and had it delivered through this delivery service and had no problems whatsoever.

I ordered a bed from Target on April 28 and was delivered by EFW on May 17. Tracking was never updated so I never had an estimated delivery date. When it eventually arrived, there were footprints ALL over the box and it was bent. My husband and I opened the box and lifted the headboard and it completely collapsed into pieces. The box was on a palette and they had walked all over it and broke the headboard AND STILL DELIVERED IT THAT WAY. Called Target and they ordered a new one.. it's now JUNE 8 and the broken bed IS STILL SITTING MY DRIVEWAY because EFW refuses to pick it up. They have sent me SEVERAL "tentative" and "confirmed" dates to pick it up and never show up. They have also sent me several dates to deliver the new bed and I have taken days off of work to be available because I want to make sure it's not broken but I'm still sleeping on the floor because it hasn't shown up. My new bed was supposed to arrive on 6/3 between 8am and 6pm. I called that day to get a better idea and they said 4pm. That time came and went, so I called and they said they are behind and will be at my house at 7pm. Mind you they sent me NO email NO text NO phone call to tell me. No surprise that 7pm came around and no bed. They never showed up and never sent ANY type of communication. I called the next day and the rep couldn't get a hold of dispatch, couldn't find my order and said that I was not on their route for that day. He sent me his "personal" email which was in fact an EFW email (???). I emailed him yesterday for an update - no response. Currently sitting on hold waiting to speak to someone to see WHERE ON EARTH my bed is! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is abysmal and their "delivery" service is even worse. I ordered an item online on May 22. Delivery was for the 31st. It was delayed with no updates. Finally i emailed them and finally someone emailed me and said on Fri the 7th between 10am and 2pm it will be delivered. I waited all day and finally 8:20pm they call and ask if they can still deliver it, that they are 15 mins away. After a half hour they show up at 9pm! They try and give us a wicker set that had our number on it and we told them that wasn't ours. He asked what it was and then said it was in the back of the truck and we would have to wait until tomorrow!!! I get a call from them a few minuets later telling me they usually don't deliever on weekends but they will make an exception. Oh thank you so much!!! I had a tight deadline in getting a piece of furniture I ordered from Target before a party, and after reading the reviews here, I was pretty much convinced I either a) wouldn't receive it on time, or b) it would be broken. However, I'm pleased to be an outlier and report that my item showed up both on time & in good condition. However, my one gripe with this company is that they couldn't provide a delivery estimate (despite having reached out to them multiple times) until the evening before my delivery. I was lucky enough to be working from home the day of delivery, but (since it was a no signature required delivery) I would have been really uncomfortable with a giant box sitting in my front yard until 6pm when I got home from work. Some sort of advanced heads up would have been greatly appreciated. read more

The product was delivered on time and the driver went out of his way to help me carry the heavy table top. Unfortunately one of the table tops metal slats had a small dent in it. Because there were no marks on the box where the dent was, we presume the minor damage occurred when packed at the factory. Would, without reservations, recommend this freight hauler. read more

The WORST customer experience I've ever had. Avoid EFW at all costs, if you can. I still haven't received my order from them and truly don't even know what to do next. 1 star is honestly too high. @EFW: The shipment # is 4956201. I sent an email to you as requested but figured I should also explain why my review is 1-star here. Here is everything that has happened so far: 1) I ordered a treadmill from Horizon Fitness on October 16th. 2) It delivered on 10/30, but the frame under the treadmill had damage. The EFW tracking # on that was 4924013. 3) I contacted Horizon and provided photos of the damage, and they approved a replacement frame and started a new shipment. 4) I received a notification about new shipment 4956201 containing the replacement frame. 5) I received an email from EFW on 11/23 at 1PM which said the item would be delivered the next day on 11/24 between 3PM and 5PM. I was not in tow that day, so I immediately texted AND emailed EFW (as directed in EFW's email) within minutes to let you know. I did not get a reply from either one. 6) The morning of 11/24 (delivery day), I called EFW to make sure you saw either my text or my email and make sure the delivery didn't come to my house when I wasn't home. I was able to connect to an agent. I explained that I was out of town. He put me on hold and tried to contact dispatch. After a few minutes he came back on and told me he couldn't get a hold of anyone. He assured me that he would talk to someone and that the driver would skip my house and reschedule. 7) A couple hours later at 11:54 AM (even though the window was 3PM-5PM) the driver calls me directly saying he's on his way. I then explain to him that I contacted EFW 3 different ways to let them know I wasn't home, but he said no one told him. He tells me "Ok I will reschedule you for 11/30". I say ok that works. 8) I never get a confirmation about the 11/30 delivery schedule. 9) In the days leading up to 11/30, I try multiple methods of getting a hold of anyone at EFW to confirm if 11/30 delivery was actually happening. I sent multiple emails and multiple texts, all with no response. I tried the online chat feature, but every time I did that, after the agent would gather the initial details from me and then say "please give me 3-5 minutes to check on your order". After about 10 minutes, the chat would suddenly say "your chat session has ended." No transcript, no buttons for me to click. Just nothing. As if the chat never happened. This literally happened 3 different times. 10) On the morning of 11/30 (the supposed new delivery day), I get through to EFW over the phone. After waiting about 10 minutes for the agent to try and contact dispatch again, he finally comes back on the phone and says "I can't get a hold of the driver. He must be busy or something." He tells me that there is a delivery planned at my address for that day, but he doesn't know the time. He says he will confirm with the driver and that I will get a call later in the day when they're on their way. Of course, that never happens. No call, no delivery. 11) I then scour the EFW website and I find a tool where you can schedule the appointment online. I enter my name and tracking number and schedule it for the earliest available day, 12/2 (today). 12) I receive MULTIPLE confirmation emails reminding me that the delivery will happen between 10:00 and 14:00 (10AM and 2PM) today, 12/2. 13) It is now past 2:30 PM, and I have not gotten a call or text, and no one has shown up to deliver anything. read more

Pretty consistent with other reviews--no communication, terrible follow through, they like to make appointments but not keep them, and just outright lie... "It's on the truck, you're just the last address. " Crickets. An item that was suppose to be delivered more than 2 weeks ago is still sitting around with zero effort or accountability. 4/30/21 My order ( furniture) was to be delivered. I placed my order at the beginning of April. That's a joke. Today 5/11/21 still waiting. They have one piece of furniture but can't seem to find another piece. Their answer: " we have been searching the dock" prior to this it took me 1.5 weeks to get ahold of someone. And to find this out. It's ridiculous! How big is the dock?and how many weeks does it take to search this dock? They are 20 minutes from where I live. I would like to drive over and search for them. They need someone who can run this place and not misplace items. I know it happens however you eventually need to stop looking and replace it on your dime. Poor customer service as well. read more

I'm willing to adjust this review, but that depends on how the rest of this week goes. I purchased a bed through another company back on Nov 17th. EFW was contracted out to deliver said product. Product was dropped off at a facility here in my city back on Nov. 23rd. All of this would be fine if the next update hadn't of happened today: Updated today (Nov 25th) to say my delivery will be Dec 5th between 12:00-4:00 and that an appointment has been created. I wasn't contacted for said appointment and reading enough of these reviews I'm already starting to fear the worst. Also, is there any logical reason why the product I've purchased is just sitting in a warehouse for the next 8 business days, 20 miles from my house and not being delivered? Holding deliveries hostage until you can either a.) get the manpower out to deliver or b.) waiting for enough product to come in to maximize your route is terrible business practice. Those first in line to start your route queue are screwed while those that are last to fill up a route benefit with a "quick delivery". The mattress I ordered the following day (that Monday) has been at my house via FedEx since Saturday and traveled further across the country. Like others, I had a bad experience with this company. They initially said my item would be delivered on Friday, which I was happy with because I was having a party on Saturday. Then - It was then unexpectedly moved to a Monday delivery. I called the company on Thursday to ask if they could deliver it sooner. They agreed to deliver it Saturday between 8 and 6. Never showed up. No call. No email. Their tracking shows that it is still to be delivered on 6/2, it is now 6/3. Although it took too many calls to the retailer and EFW in my opinion (EFW told us that the retailer was more likely to help us if we called them, and had them put us on hold while they called EFW), the delivery company over-corrected the problem and ended up delivering our a rug a day before it was originally projected to be delivered. They also called the night before the delivery and the morning of to let us know when they would arrive. While their delivery system may have some major issues, their customer service was top notch. Out for delivery 4/13. 9 days later and several attempts to contact via chat and email later I find a number for them. Have my wife call them as I'm at work and they tell her they lost the pool and they have to give 72 hours for them to find it before refunding the money. Folks this is ridiculous. This company does not deserve to be in business. A 300 lb pool does not just go missing. If its not there it was stolen and needs to be replaced at the delivery companies expense. I am providing you the highest possible rating because I am so impressed by the two delivery professionals who delivered the LG 70" TV ordered from target to my home yesterday on 10/29/2020. I really appreciate their service. I had requested a phone call half hour before they arrived - and true to their promise, at 9:55 AM I got the phone call. Then they arrived on time around 10:30 AM - and thanks to their phone call, I was already waiting downstairs with my building's dolly (wheeled trolley) so they really helped me by unloading it onto that dolly instead of their own. This made it so easy for me - and after then based on my request even though the service was 'to the door' but because the TV was huge and wide - and they could see I cannot easily or safely maneuver the dolly - one of the delivery person quickly helped me roll it into the elevator all the way to my apartment on the 8th floor - all in less than 2-3 minutes!!! That efficient and fast... so while the entire delivery took very few minutes - this extra gesture that cost him 2-3 minutes won my heart because he could have so easily said - sorry, we only deliver till here which is the correct expectation. It is rare to see this above and beyond attitude and I am very thankful for it.I would have struggled if I had maneuver such a wide and heavy TV alone - even with the dolly alone and at my home - it would have taken two people to lift it off the dolly to the floor - so I would have to call my neighbor - this 2-3 extra minutes he spent avoided any of this - so I really appreciate them going ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. Thanks again for your company's professionalism and I am now enjoying the TV you so carefully delivered to my home :-) I wish I wrote both their names down. Shopping online with the major stores means you have no choice but to have your items "shipped" by this "company" because this is who they use. The words "shipped" and "company" are in quotes because neither word really applies to this organization given the deplorable conditions in which my package was delivered. It looked like the "workers" played football with the package and the package both won and lost. Sofa falling out of the box because the top was open, the box was perched on the front steps and half falling down the steps, and the box has rips, tears, and holes all over. I called EFW and judging by the reviews I read, I should be grateful I actually reached a live person, who promptly said "sucks to be you, but we don't do anything further because your package was delivered so go kick rocks." No, that was not verbatim but that was the general attitude, anyway. I learned that this "company" cares nothing about customers or doing a good job, because they get paid by Walmart and Target no matter what and why care about quality or doing a good job if the $$$ comes in. EFW does not have to take accountability for anything. I have never bought furniture online before, and and if I do so again I will ask the store I shop at if they use the fraudulent scam of a "company" for shipping before I place any large item order online. My item arrived in the destination city on 4/1 and I called customer service to schedule an appointment for delivery where someone told me I'd be contacted 24-48 hours later. After not hearing anything I tried to call customer service again and after over an hour on hold I decided to try again the following day- as maybe it was a busy time. That was Monday of this week. I have called everyday since then and waited over an hour just to not get through to someone. I've sent two emails with no response as well.
