Never came to pick up matress to be returned to Walmart since it was defective. Walmart set up time and place. April 6th 12-4 pm. Local office has no paper work. Corporate said they were coming today after a 40 minute hold after emailing all the info to correspond with them where to pick it up and that yes it is wrapped in plastic. Called them today after an hour still on hold with estes customer service. Literally the worst company ever . Time of delivery was 12 to 4 . Showed up 5 hours later at 9pm with no updates that it would be late . Was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday and didn't get it until Thursday . On hold for hours just to not get through to anyone . I would advice anyone that plans on using this company to think twice. I ordered a grill through Walmart on 3/15 the grill was supposed to arrive on 3/23. That was fine with me. Then I get notification that the delivery will be delayed and that an appointment has been set for 3/26 12-4 pm delivery. Not only did no one show up but they didn't call. I called the company several times and was on hold for excess of 30 min before the call ended without speaking with anyone. Finally on 3/27 after holding for 45 min someone answered the phone and the only thing he said was that I should receive a call within 24-48 hours. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was scheduled and confirmed to receive my shipment on 6/1 between 7-11 per email with text updates. Never received any updates so I called only to be left on hold for 45 minutes then hit the option to be called back. I was never called back so I then called again as the shipment did not arrive. The voice machine said it would arrive by 4. I then waited to talk to someone and they informed me it would not arrive on 6/1. After long discussion they confirmed for delivery on 6/2, today but then this morning I was contacted via voicemail saying it would not arrive till Thursday and I needed to confirm. Again this was confirmed three separate times for 6/1. Then in calling back today there has been nothing but runaround and putting me on hold. Do they expect people to sit at home all day everyday until they decide to show up. This is poor business practice and there should be some way to receive compensation for services not provided. After Posting this and speaking with management the company was very accommodating and I did receive the delivery today. My entire experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. Walmart scheduled EFW to pick up my return. I have now had 3 separate pickup appointments with this company and they never show up! If you aren't scheduled to be in my area on a certain day, fine, but don't let me schedule an appointment for that day, confirm that you are coming, and then just not show up! After they didn't show up the first time, I made a second appointment then called in the day before to confirm. I waited 30 minutes just to speak to someone and they said yes they are coming. Then 10 minutes after I get off the phone, I get an email saying they're not coming and the dispatcher will call to reschedule. Never received a call. So then I responded to that email asking how I can get ahold of the dispatcher, no response. I call customer service again, wait 30 mins AGAIN and schedule another appointment. The rep calls the dispatcher while I'm on the phone to confirm they will in fact be in my area that day and says they will call me the day before the scheduled pickup to confirm again. Guess what, no call!! So I call in AGAIN wait 30 mins AGAIN and AGAIN they tell me they're not coming! I can't even believe that a business could be run this poorly. If I had any other options I would cancel this entire process, but I for sure will NEVER use this company for anything again. 3/25/21 Update: As you can see I received a response from the company below, I sent an email with my information as requested... no response. I have since spoken with a customer service supervisor who assured me my item would be picked up today. I was told he would call 24 hours in advance... he didn't of course. I called him and he did confirm my pickup for today. Then this morning I get a message asking me to confirm my pickup for tomorrow!! I have now drug a queen sized mattress outside (as required) 4 times now!!! If they do not show tomorrow I will be calling Walmart and requesting a new carrier. My furniture has been in their possession for three days delivery was set up for today no one showed. Shipped quick. The delivery guys were nice and friendly. They did a good job. The boxes were a little beat up, but there was no damage to my table and it's hard to distinguish where along the line the damage happened. My delivery window was from 8am to 1pm according to the text updates I received and they didn't arrive until around 5:30-6:00pm, but on the other hand I was under the assumption that it wasn't arriving for 4 more days so they were early. I call it a wash. All in all it was a positive experience and the drivers were great. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a treadmill with Horizon fitness and was made aware that EFW received my package on 10/09/20 and that someone would contact me to schedule a delivery date. NO ONE contacted me and when I went to check the order status it said my delivery was scheduled on a day where I would not be home to sign. How do you schedule a delivery that requires a signature without communicating to the buyer? Makes NO sense to me. I spoke with three different agents on the phone to try and schedule a date and it has been an atrocious process. If you know the item you ordered will be shipped with EFW, expect a headache and rough delivery process or just avoid purchasing the item. My delivery of a huge pallet which contained a queen/queen bunk bed was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I received two phone calls (one the evening before delivery, and one the next morning) giving me a time frame of delivery. Package was delivered within the specified time frame. The delivery driver was extremely courteous and helpful, and was more than willing to bring the pallet all the way into my garage for me. I am extremely happy with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future. read more

The man that delivered our treadmill refused to help at all. We live on the first floor of our building with nothing in the way of a smooth delivery. He was an older man and set in his ways, he claimed that he wasn't helping go any further than the lot and kept that promise. He had a dolly to make the smooth transition from door to door and chose not too simply because he did not feel like it. My bf had to push the treadmill to our apartment door on carpeted floor alone, and this item is huge. A dolly would have gotten it to our door in 2 minutes flat. Never again. read more

I ordered an electric fireplace media console from Sam's club on 12/28/2022, EFW is the freight handler. I check my tracking number and it said it was delivered on 1/5/2023. I never received anything turns out they provided me the wrong tracking number. So on 1/9/2023 I finally had my correct tracking information and checked on my delivery. It was at the facility in my city. It gave me the option to schedule an appointment for delivery(this was also the 2nd time I put my phone number to receive text messages of the status of my order) never received any msgs. Set my appointment date to 1/16/2023. It was confirmed online. Waited all day-nothing arrived. When calling EFW they told me the dispatch facility will be contacting me to schedule appt to deliver-although I did this a week prior online?? I still have yet to hear from the facility that is holding my item. When I spoke to a supervisor she hung up on me. December 6: No delivery. Wasted day off of work. Call Walmart as well as Estes. Walmart offers nothing but a replacement order which will take an additional 2 weeks. Estes is not any better - both are completely apathetic - no explanation for "missing delivery" other than "never made it on truck." "Darryl" calls back and promises delivery for 7:00 pm the same evening. 7:00 pm 12/6: - No TV - Call BACK to Estes - "Darryl" is gone for the day (naturally). "Billy" confirms TV is "lost." Long story short -- I ordered two items from Target on the same day. One was delivered early by UPS, the other was delivered to the wrong address down the street from my house roughly a week and a half later by this terrible company. My neighbor and BF had to play detective searching for my package around the neighborhood while I was at work. It had been sitting at a house down the street for three hours. The delivery person literally placed the 5 ft. x 2 ft. package right in front of the wrong address numbers of the house. Yes, you read that correctly. They placed the package right below the address numbers of the wrong house. I called the company to track down my package, but she said the delivery was confirmed. I told her I have two people at my house right now and there is no package -- kind of hard to miss a box the size of a love seat. She told me to call Target to have them send me a new one. I wrote an email to EFW and CC'd Target. I have yet to hear from EFW, but I did receive a $20 gift card from Target the next morning. Kudos to Target. Boo to EFW. Failed to deliver twice. They shipped on behalf of Academy Sports!. After the purchase they never followed through to contact me about delivery, they closed it out without any notice. It wasn't until I contacted them that I found out there was a problem acquiring the item from Academy so they closed out the shipment. I guess the Academy/EFW arrangement is to just blow off the customer at this stage in the game. I have never written a bad review. Worth the effort if it saves someone the hassle I've experienced. I ordered a large piece of furniture on 12/7. EFW notified me that it shipped 12/11. I'm an ICU nurse. I completely understand short staffing during covid. 12/31 I decided to call EFW to check in. They said they never picked up the package & I needed to contact the vendor. I did & they dealt with EFW for me. 1/4. I was called by EFW to schedule the delivery. Delivery day, 1/7, came & went. Called EFW again, they apologized & rescheduled me for 1/9. 8am on 1/9 I was called and told they couldn't find my item and someone would call me 1/11. She then got real snippy when I explained to her that this was the second delivery cancellation. No one wants to stir a pot at 8am on a Saturday so I let it go. No call from EFW on 1/11 so I called the vendor back (large company, very helpful) who contacted a supervisor at EFW on my behalf. (Sir, be happy I'm excluding your name from this review). He assured my vendor/advocate he'd call me with an update by 5pm today. No call, so I called. I was just on hold for 47 minutes. The hold music stopped, there was a click, and I was disconnected. Then after lengthy hold times we are informed the treadmill is not even ready to be delivered, apparently it's not in the queue a the hub. Meanwhile, per their shipping updates, it's been sitting in the destination city for 17 days. I was told give them until early next week and we have a better chance of receiving our shipment. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!! I ordered a chest freezer from Target. Tracking shows it arrived 5 days ago at the delivery terminal 20 minutes from my house. I have called 3 times & was told someone would call me to set up a delivery. Haven't heard from them, & now the tracking page says it just passed through Cincinnati. I'm in Missouri & it was here until today! I called yet again, & was told it's still at the terminal, but since I'm 4 hours away they need to find a route to put me on. I could drive to the terminal and back 10 times in 4 hours! So they apparently have no idea where I am even though my address is correct on the order. TV delivery appointment was scheduled. Multiple emails and a telephone confirmation for the delivery. Appointment was missed. Called them to find out where it was. Was told it was impossible that it was scheduled as no delivery appointment was scheduled. I have proof otherwise. No further updates or status was given. Assuming package was lost or stolen. I bought patio furniture from Walmant.com and they contracted EFWCS to deliver it. EFWCS emailed me to select a delivery date and time and I did. After a couple of clicks on their site, my furniture was set for delivery on a Friday between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (took time off from work to receive it). As you may have already guessed by now, I was still waiting on my delivery at 4:00 PM. I called their customer service and was promised a delivery by 6:00 PM an arrangement I reluctantly agreed to. If you know where this is going by now, you know that I did not receive my delivery at the newly arranged time. I called them back at around 6:30 only to be told that the delivery company they had made arrangements with was closed and wouldn't be till Monday before I heard anything. It was very frustrating to hear the agents tell me that even after I did everything to schedule delivery as they requested someone - not them but the people they had contracted had dropped the ball. Not once did they take blame only telling me that I did my part in arranging for the delivery but it was someone else who had messed up.
