I bought patio furniture from Walmant.com and they contracted EFWCS to deliver it. EFWCS emailed me to select a delivery date and time and I did. After a couple of clicks on their site, my furniture was set for delivery on a Friday between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (took time off from work to receive it). As you may have already guessed by now, I was still waiting on my delivery at 4:00 PM. I called their customer service and was promised a delivery by 6:00 PM an arrangement I reluctantly agreed to. If you know where this is going by now, you know that I did not receive my delivery at the newly arranged time. I called them back at around 6:30 only to be told that the delivery company they had made arrangements with was closed and wouldn't be till Monday before I heard anything. It was very frustrating to hear the agents tell me that even after I did everything to schedule delivery as they requested someone - not them but the people they had contracted had dropped the ball. Not once did they take blame only telling me that I did my part in arranging for the delivery but it was someone else who had messed up. Long story short, I cancelled my delivery and requested a full refund from Walmart. read more

I think when they get an irate call, they will tell you anything to calm you down. It has been to many states already, after being in my state on 7/5. 7/11 says in destination city, my city? And oh, by the way, you have to make an appointment to get delivery, and the first available delivery after calling on 7/11 is 7/22. After making numerous calls to the shipper, I FINALLY called the help number for Walmart.com orders, and after checking with EFW he said my TV was lost! LOST...a HUGE box and its contents that weigh at least 75 pounds. He immediately took the matter seriously and has another TV on the way to me and, at my request, it will be another carrier. I can wait 4 more days, I guess. Walmart did what they had to do to keep me from totally canceling the order, and I am thankful for that. Called them and put on hold for more than 1 hour with no pick up. Contacted retail company, and had to start conversation for order cancellation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a 24v ride-on toy for my little girl for her birthday. Wal-Mart subcontracts out heavier items for delivery. Over a month and a half went by without the package being delivered! This is after 3 different scheduled delivery time with no shows, no messages, nothing! The tracking shows it arrived in a warehouse in a nearby city, and then nothing. Customer service is a JOKE. They don't answer their phones or online chats. E-Mail no response either. Im rating this awful company one star only because I can't rate it with zero. They lost my package, a 58" 4k UHD TV, that was supposed to be delivered to me 4 days ago. I had to track them down myself in order for them to tell me I needed to wait an additional 72 hours just so they could figure out what had happened. Turns out it was left in the facility then returned to its origin after it was found. I have NO idea why. I was ultimately refunded by Target, where I made the purchase, but the process was a HUGE inconvenience and after 11 days since the purchase, I'm having to wait for the refund to hit my account and re purchase the TV. If you order something that says it will be delivered by a specific date, in my case by the 23rd of December, there are apparently no appointments available to schedule a pick up until the 28th. Ordered on the 30th of November, did not ship until the 11th of December, delivery date changed after purchase. Upon speaking with customer service, there was nothing they could do. I had seen several negative reviews, but my experience with the local delivery team in metro Detroit was great. I got a notification over the weekend that my delivery could be scheduled, but was unable to schedule it online. I reached out to customer service via emal, who responded and was going to help but the local delivery team called that following Monday to schedule delivery. They were friendly and asked if a particular window would work, which it did. The day of the delivery, the driver called within the agreed time and let me know they were 30 minutes out. My treadmill was delivered without any issues and the box was in perfect condition Overalll, it was a very smooth process with the local team in metro Detroit. read more

I have emailed twice, called once and been given some BS about how it may or may not be in my city. Target couldn't get an update from them and the update I got made no sense. If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. Had a delivery scheduled for 12/2/2020 between 10 am and 2 pm. Called at 2:30 p.m. to see why my product still had not been delivered. I was told driver was running behind and it would be another 30 minutes. Called at 3:40 p.m. and was told they were still running behind and it would be another 40 minutes. Asked to speak to a supervisor as I had to take the day off to be here for the delivery. Had to argue with the agent for 10 minutes before being connected to the supervisor. Supervisor basically said "oh well" and if I wanted any compensation I had to contact the company I ordered the product from. This is absurd. Had never heard of them in the past, but if I have a choice I would never use them in the future. Extremely poor customer service. HORRIBLE experience with this company. Ordered an item from Target.com and only received two of the three boxes. After almost a week, the company is still unable to find the third box. In speaking with the Target representative, they are aware of the issues with this company and have received thousands of complaints. However, Target is contractually obligated to use EFS and have a variety of conditions that make it difficult for the customer to get their product. Word of advice: If you are able to get through to the customer service line, and they state they are "opening an inquiry" or performing a "sweep" you are better off cancelling the order and going somewhere else. read more

So Let's tell everyone what has happened since I wrote this review. TLDR? nothing good. I received a VM the next day (Tuesday the 12th) saying that they "found" the item, and the local delivery team would call me to schedule a delivery. I gave it a day, and no phone call. I called the 800# the afternoon of Weds the 13th and their automated system let me set up my own delivery window, which was for today, Friday May 15th, from 1-5pm. Welp, it's Friday 5pm, no item has been delivered, and my husband has been on hold with EFW for an entire hour, after calling them earlier and being hung up on. Plus, if I go to the "tracking" page on their website for their item, I see a lot of conflicting information. On the same tracking page, it says that the item is out for delivery today, also says that the item passed through a city in CA today (I'm in AZ), plus it says that the item "arrived at destination city" on 5/12, even though it says it was "out for delivery" on 5/5. None of this makes any sense. This item shipped two weeks ago, and was promised to be delivered 8 days ago. read more

I ordered an electric fireplace media console from Sam's club on 12/28/2022, EFW is the freight handler. I check my tracking number and it said it was delivered on 1/5/2023. I never received anything turns out they provided me the wrong tracking number. So on 1/9/2023 I finally had my correct tracking information and checked on my delivery. It was at the facility in my city. It gave me the option to schedule an appointment for delivery(this was also the 2nd time I put my phone number to receive text messages of the status of my order) never received any msgs. Set my appointment date to 1/16/2023. It was confirmed online. Waited all day-nothing arrived. When calling EFW they told me the dispatch facility will be contacting me to schedule appt to deliver-although I did this a week prior online?? I still have yet to hear from the facility that is holding my item. When I spoke to a supervisor she hung up on me. TWICE. this is the worst freight delivery service and I will never recommend to anyone. read more

Updated update: Today, 15 days after we called and CANCELLED this order with Wal-Mart and received a full refund (drum roll) they called to deliver our order. A full 6 weeks after the order was placed, a month after the initial delivery appointment set up at their request, and two weeks after the order was cancelled, they called to set up delivery from the local dispatch. We told them we cancelled it and not to bother, but lo and behold, someone shows up and leaves a delivery attempt notice on our door. They really, really need to get their communication together. I had made two appointments for a return to Walmart, and the truck did not show either time. Each time, I waited for 4 hours. First time, after the no show, I called them and I was put on hold for 25 minutes. Today, the second time after a rescheduled pickup, again they didn't call or show up for the second time! So, I took a timestamp photo after 4:00 p.m., when they were supposed to show up. Now, I'm left with no other choice, but to dispute the charge to my credit card company! This company is the worst company to use if you have to return an item. I've been trying to return something for 2 months and they've strung me along this whole time and not been accommodating of me. I've been told they couldn't pick it up and I've called ten thousand times only for nothing in response. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I purchased an item from Target on 3/26/22. EFW was tasked with delivering the item to me. EFW picked up the item from Target and the package arrived at the destination city on 3/31/22. According to Target, the item was supposed to be delivered to me on 4/6/22 but no one from EFW delivered the item on that day. I reached out to EFW to obtain a status on delivery and the rep stated that the item was sitting at their warehouse to be delivered (for reference, here we are 21 days later and the item is still at this "warehouse"). Every time I contact EFW (I have contacted them on at least 5-6 occasions), I am given the run-around or lied to. I get messages such as "you''ll receive the item tomorrow", "you'll get an email in the next day or two about delivery", "we have escalated the issue to corporate and they'll contact you in the next day or two"...no one ever ends up following up or communicating with me on the delivery of my item. At this point, I believe EFW has stolen the package. The level of customer service, the continual lies and misleading behavior, and lack of communication is truly beyond unacceptable. This delivery/shipping company is completely awful. I ordered a treadmill via Lifespan and for some reason they use EFW as the shipping company. They had my treadmill for over a week in the same location before I could even schedule a day and time for delivery. So far I scheduled delivery and time twice and they were a no show. Now imagine you had taken off work every time for them for basically nothing. Isabella from EFW chat support was completely useless and when I complained and told her my frustrations she only said she would "set up the feedback" and basically got rid of me as fast as she could. The tracking information on their website is all over the place and inaccurate. She also let me know it was scheduled for Monday. So basically they let you schedule day and time but just don't show up because they have made their own schedule plans and don't care whether you take off work or anything in the like. What's the whole point of even letting people choose a delivery date and hour if you're going to completely ignore it?! This has been beyond frustrating and I can only hope that my treadmill is going to finally be delivered Monday in the time frame they say it will AND will not be damaged. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had the worst service I've ever received in all my years in retail. This company was tasked to deliver a sofa I ordered from Target. It was for a "To The Door" delivery. EFW's email stated that my shipment would be brought to my apartment door. It also said that my delivery was estimated for 4/20-4/22. On 4/14 I was notified that my delivery was left in the apartment leasing office. A 144lb 8ft box was not delivered to my door. When I called the service rep was unhelpful and transferred me to a supervisor who YELLED at me to talk to Target as it is they who set the service level and then hung up on me! Absolutely no attempt was made by the supervisor to be of any aid and when I quoted their delivery policy direct from their email I got hung up on. I called Target who stated that their service level was set "To The Door". When they contacted EFW they were told TO THE DOOR means "the first dry area". What does that even mean?? I had no idea TO THE DOOR was open to interpretation. I told Target to sever their ties with this delivery company. I know I will not order any more furniture from Target if its possible this company may deliver it. HORRENDOUS!!! read more

How is this company still in business? Ordered a 65" tv from Walmart. First one, I knew I was in trouble when I saw how the delivery guy took it off the truck. The box was open, he tossed it around like it was a comforter, not a $1600 television. The box looked trashed. Opened it to find the back of the tv was punctured in two places. Had to return that one. The second tv was delivered with a massive hole in the box, and beyond that, massive damage to the television. I am now waiting for my 3rd television delivery despite my opposition to the use of the company. I have zero hope that I will get an undamaged television. The phone system is terrible. The tracking number never goes through, the reps are not knowledgeable. Because of this company, I have wasted 6 days of my life, soon to be 7, waiting around for deliveries that never happen, deliveries that are damaged, and pick ups of damaged goods. Not to mention the fact that I have waited almost a month now for a freaking television. The guy who picks up my broken tvs literally told me, "see you in a couple of weeks when they deliver another damaged one." Learn to do your job, people. read more

Furniture was delivered within the expected timeframe as previously discussed, and with a 1 hour and 5 minute heads up from the crew prior to arrival.
