Most unprofessional company I've ever done business with. My treadmill has been in my home city for over a week. I waited and waited for a call to set up a delivery time. Every time I'd try to call I'd be on hold for 20-30 minute. Finally was able to schedule an appointment and they didn't show. Who just doesn't deliver a package when the date and time is set?! Ive since called three days in a row. Long hold times every time and no solution still. Ive been told that someone will contact me but I have zero faith that will ever happen. They have canceled pick up three times after I have confirmed the pick up. I wait on hold for an hour and half to reach a person and they just say that they didn't have a driver in my area. I am waiting to get an item picked up, so I offered to bring it to the warehouse myself and they said I couldn't do that because of liability reasons, they wouldn't even give me the address of the warehouse. What a mess.. My package was supposed to arrive 2/10 and by 2/18, I hadn't received a phone call/email, nothing. I tried to call their customer support number and got a message saying the number had been deactivated. It took multiple different transfers and phone numbers to get support, and then I was told they couldn't verify my order because I gave them the wrong telephone number. On 2/26 I called to cancel my order and they said "Oh, the delivery guy is out with your package. Should be there soon." Waited two days, called again and was told they couldn't deliver until 3/5. I ordered a treadmill on 2/11/21, it reached Portland, Or on 2/22 was to be delivered 2/26 but never made it. I called EFW at 4:50pm on 2/26 to find out if I was going to get that night. This girl tells me yes but it could be any time by 8pm. They gave me a 4 hr window 1-5 then tell me 8pm? You dont make deliveries at night in the country, in the rain. This company has horrible customer service. They were supposed to call me but never have & they don't update any thing. Useless. I just want my order & in good condition. I ordered a 5 piece patio set that was all contained in one box. I was a little apprehensive because my shipment weighted 273 lbs, but the guys were great and showed care in unloading my package. Update: So I had some things to do today so I called in to Estes again and was on a lengthy hold just to ask an ETA for the package so I didn't miss it. They guy told me he would call and see when it will arrive. He gets back on the line and says, the package is not due to ship today at all. I started to say "are you kidding me? After everything they lied to me AGAIN?!" Unfortunately in the middle of that sentence, the guy hung up on me so I still got no answers. Called walmart back and they said they will ship me a different tv and it will be here in 5 days. I made sure to ask if it was through this company again and they assured me it was not. So another 5 day wait, thanks Estes. Your company is worthless, and your customer support is even worse. I hope I never have to deal with y'all again. On a side note, walmart gave me a $20 credit for the inconvenience, which I thought was nice. Better than what this company offers, they can't even offer the truth. This company is crap. Their customer service is crap. I was due to receive a package I have been waiting on for over a week today. When tracking it, the package was an hour away for 4 days. It was due to arrive today between 1 and 5. Never came so I called in...was on hold for, no joke, over an hour. The guy gets on the line and says he is going to call the people who are supposed to be delivering my package. 25 minutes go by and he gets back on the line and says "I'm sorry but I cannot get ahold of those people, I have no idea where your package is, we should be able to locate it within the next 24 hrs and give you an update. I said " so I called off work to be here for a package that was never getting delivered, which I was not notified of, and no one knows where it's at or when it will be delivered so I guess I'll just have to call off another day of work whenever y'all decide you wanna give me my package." No joke, the guy replied "yes ma'am." I paid alot of money for my item, and it isn't too much to ask to have it delivered when it was scheduled to be. If there was an issue, maybe because it's snowing here, have some courtesy to call and let someone know. I wouldn't trust shipping a turd with this company. I went as far as calling the company I purchased the item from (Walmart), and trying to do anything I could to avoid having to deal with this place. They called in apparently to Estes which I was just on hold with for over an hour and gave me literally no information and they say within 15 minutes they got through. Estes told them the weather isn't good so the package was delayed and will be here tomorrow sometime before the end of the day. Why couldn't I get that info? I ordered a table from Target that the EFW tracking said was out for delivery three days ago. Here we are, end of day three and no table. When I call customer service, each day they have had a different excuse. I wouldn't even be upset if their tracking was correct, but it is not. When competing with companies like UPS, FedEx, Amazon etc, they really need to step up their game. Customer service and service in general is terrible. My table didn't fit on the truck today, I wonder what tomorrow's excuse will be. Target should explore other options for shipping. I will never purchase furniture from Target again. read more

I ordered a patio set through Target. We were super excited because this is our first house and we finally were able to get the one we wanted on sale. I was watching the tracking information daily. The package went past the delivery date, which I thought was normal because of Covid-19, I just thought it was running a little behind. Finally, I called because the tracking information had said "out for delivery" for 4 days. After waiting forever to get through to a person, they tell me the package was delivered 5 days ago. I told them there was no way I have 3 cameras out front and they have nothing, plus I have been home the whole time. I asked them if they had a picture of it so I could tell them it wasn't my doorstep. They said no because "the package didn't require a signature." Which Amazon takes pictures of my 99 cent package, so the fact that they didn't take a picture of my package that a few hundred dollars, is just crazy to me. I also asked them why my package didn't say "delivered." They told me they would look into it and let me know within 24-48 hours. After calling them back, they said they looked into it and the package was delivered on Tuesday the 7th. Which is impossible because according to my tracking updates it was in another city on Wednesday the 8th. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and asked him to explain to me how this was possible and he said, "I don't know it was placed on your door step on the 7th." I finally gave up explaining how that wasn't possible and said, "Thanks for nothing." He replied, "You're welcome." Absolutely HORRIBLE. This was the worst delivery experience but I can see from other reviews I am not alone. We watched our package (treadmill) as it shipped from Seattle to Phoenix. When it arrived in Phoenix I was notified that EWF would contact me to arrange a window of time to deliver the package. I waited three days with no call. I contacted them and held for almost an hour trying to reach someone. The customer Service contact that I got in touch with called the local facility and then came back to the line and informed me that they would be delivering the treadmill the next day. He informed me that they could not provide a window of time as to when it would be delivered because of short notice. I told him that was fine and that we would be home all day. In hearing that the treadmill was going to be delivered I contacted a gym equipment facility that agreed to come put the treadmill together and move it upstairs for me. we agreed on a specific time and date for them to come put the treadmill together with the understanding that I would have the treadmill by then. The day that the treadmill was supposed to be delivered was almost over so I decided to call EWF to find out the status. Again I held for over an hour this time to talk to somebody. When I finally got through to someone they put me on hold for another about 20 minutes while they tried to contact the local delivery center. when he came back to the line he informed me that the treadmill made it onto the truck but they had a limited window into which the driver could deliver and they would not be making it to my home. We asked to speak to a manager and I held for almost another hour waiting for someone to come on the line. Basically that manager could do nothing for me and as a result I had to rearrange my plans with the gym set up facility and delay getting our treadmill set up. No one ever called us back to tell us when it would officially be delivered I finally just got an email that said it would be coming on this Tuesday. The treadmill was delivered on Tuesday but not in the window that was communicated and he was one individual that was trying to get the treadmill into our garage. The box is terribly beat up, there are holes in it in which you can see the treadmill without having open the box. We have no idea based on the box if the treadmill has been damaged. I have taken pictures just in case there is damage so that when we do have the treadmill set up up we can come back to Horizon Fitness and ask what our next steps are. This was single-handedly the worst customer experience I have ever had and I would never recommend this shipping facility. I will be sharing this feedback with Horizon Fitness as well. read more

I ordered a Grill from Walmart and the Grill was shipped to Estes Forwarding Worldwide. I then got an email that it arrived thirty minutes from my home but I had to schedule a delivery. When I went to tracking I was shocked to see that they had no delivery available for 5 days(really). Payed a bunch of money and you are not available to deliver? I scheduled delivery with a delivery window of 10-2 pm. Called at 3:30 to see what the hold up was just to find out they dropped it at another company to deliver. 4:30 I get a call from someone that tells me they don't have a driver to deliver today. So far my frustration lies with the communication from EFW. I tracked my shipment from Pennsylvania to Seattle, which happened quickly, but now that it's close to me, no one can seem to tell me where the freight is. I've spent 3 hours of time on hold with customer service reps who place me on hold, have a canned response for everything, and refuse to give me the phone # for the terminal that should have my treadmill. I'm even willing to pick it up myself. The product arrived in Seattle on 1/03/21 and here it is 1/14/21 and still no delivery or schedule call. I'm about to just cancel the order. read more

Really frustrated. Ordered through Hayneedle. Scheduled a delivery for Monday. They called me Monday to say it couldn't be delivered and to reschedule. I rescheduled for Thursday. I get a call at the end of the day that it's not going to be delivered but is Friday okay? It's 4:15 on Friday and nothing yet. I'll update once it gets here but don't understand the point of scheduling a delivery if it can't be honored. We ordered a chair from Target, we were not able to get it shipped to the store so we had to go through EFW.. such a bad experience! We received an email saying it would be delivered by 6/3/2020, we then received two more emails saying it would be delivered by 6/4/2020. So I waited around for both days just in case. By end of day on 6/4/2020 tracking said it was delivered 6/3/2020 @ 5:30. This was not true! I waited on my balcony all day (for both days) to be sure not to miss the delivery person, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Called the company immediately and was serviced by a women that could not be bothered and did not help at all. She said they would call me back when they have information as to where my (80 pound) package would be, I'm not holding my breathe! Immediately called Target to make a complaint about this crappy delivery service and hoping they will be able to resolve it. EFW is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. P.S. If you live in a place with stairs and/or a front main entrance where they need to be buzzed in, expect your package to sit on the side walk for some one to take.. after supposedly being delivered, the confirmation said they don't accommodate stairs and will leave it outside main entrance without a signature. read more

I ordered 4 large items through Walmart.com. 3 items shipped together, 1 item shipped separate. All items were ordered Nov. 30 and due December 10. The 1 item shipped separately hasn't moved locations since Dec 3. No one can explain to me why. After calling several times, they assure me that my package is in good hands. The 3 items shipped together. I did receive 1 item of the package. The freight company said that was all they were to pick up. Their invoice shows only 1 item. I show them my shipping label, which reads 3 items. They tell me to talk to Walmart. After spending a week on and off the phone with Walmart, they discover that this company assigned the same shipping number to all 3 items. And they should still all arrive. I call this company back, they assure me that this did not happen. If anyone messes up it was walmart. And they do not have anymore packages for me. Walmart can't do anything because it shows I have received the items. After determining I only received one item, Walmart reissued 1 of the items. While the other is out of stock now. So I can repurchase the item at original ($200 more) price. This company is not professional at all. Every time you call, it's at least a 2 hour hold time. And now my kids will not received their big Christmas Presents. read more

This was the first time I have used EFW for shipping. I ordered patio furniture and paid for the freight shipping. I received an email with tracking and the item was to be delivered on Sept 2. I watched the tracking as the item moved and then on the 2nd was marked 'out for delivery'. Well the item never showed up. When I contacted them they said they would have to open an internal investigation to see what happened. Never heard back. When I looked at the tracking it now is marked 'not delivered'. When I contacted them again a week later to see what they have found out, all they could say was it was marked as lost in transit and I would have to contact the company I purchased the item through for further assistance. Poor customer service in my opinion. Sadly this will be my first and last experience with this company. I find it hard to believe a large box with patio furniture can just disappear. Terrible service. I ordered 32x16 pool from Walmart. Confirmation said someone would call me to set up appointment. Of course nobody called but I received email today morning that it will be delivered 12noon-4pm. I called and requested, and was promised that driver would call me before arrival so I could go home, as they needed an adult for signature and my kids are young teens. Of course he did not call and just dropped 3 huge boxes in middle of driveway. When I saw through my webcam I had one of my kids run after him. This company is AWFUL !!! Monday they were supposed to be deliver, they delayed it to Tuesday 1-5 PM window. We made sure one of us were home Tuesday from 1-5 to sign for the TV, no one came and when I called they said it would probably be delivered that evening, still no TV. Wednesday morning I called and complained and was told the tv would again be delivered today (Wednesday) 1-5 pm. I couldn't put my life on hold for a 3rd day so I requested to have the signature requirement waived and to just leave the TV. The company refused and said if I couldn't be home to sign, we'd have to reschedule. I called Walmart and cancelled my order today and ordered with a different store who doesnt use this terrible company. This is the worst delivery company that Walmart and Target choose to partner with. I ordered a pool almost a month ago. I had an original delivery date of June 28th, then went to July 2nd, to July3rd today. Now it's not gonna get delivered until the 9th. They have specific rules for delivering and a time frame, to which I made myself available today and now they are not coming for another week. I called customer service and the young lady couldn't get a hold of dispatch to find out what was going on. I doubt I will get a return phone call. Awesome. I would give less than a whole star for this service. Now I have to rearrange my schedule again to meet their time frame for next week. Thanks EFW and thanks Walmart, lesson learned. read more
