This company is AWFUL !!! Monday they were supposed to be deliver, they delayed it to Tuesday 1-5 PM window. We made sure one of us were home Tuesday from 1-5 to sign for the TV, no one came and when I called they said it would probably be delivered that evening, still no TV. Wednesday morning I called and complained and was told the tv would again be delivered today (Wednesday) 1-5 pm. I couldn't put my life on hold for a 3rd day so I requested to have the signature requirement waived and to just leave the TV. The company refused and said if I couldn't be home to sign, we'd have to reschedule. I called Walmart and cancelled my order today and ordered with a different store who doesnt use this terrible company. This was the first time I have used EFW for shipping. I ordered patio furniture and paid for the freight shipping. I received an email with tracking and the item was to be delivered on Sept 2. I watched the tracking as the item moved and then on the 2nd was marked 'out for delivery'. Well the item never showed up. When I contacted them they said they would have to open an internal investigation to see what happened. Never heard back. When I looked at the tracking it now is marked 'not delivered'. When I contacted them again a week later to see what they have found out, all they could say was it was marked as lost in transit and I would have to contact the company I purchased the item through for further assistance. Poor customer service in my opinion. Sadly this will be my first and last experience with this company. I find it hard to believe a large box with patio furniture can just disappear. This is the worst delivery company that Walmart and Target choose to partner with. I ordered a pool almost a month ago. I had an original delivery date of June 28th, then went to July 2nd, to July3rd today. Now it's not gonna get delivered until the 9th. They have specific rules for delivering and a time frame, to which I made myself available today and now they are not coming for another week. I called customer service and the young lady couldn't get a hold of dispatch to find out what was going on. I doubt I will get a return phone call. Awesome. My package didn't arrive on the arrival date and based on the reviews I found here I was mortified when I was told that they were opening an inquiry and did not know where my package was. I received it the next day and the driver called to let me know when he was almost there. He even helped me bring the package inside even though I didn't pay for it and have stairs. Not sure why it took 5 days of being in my city for me to receive it or why their system doesn't track where the package is. The truck brought was totally empty except my package which seems like a waste of a box truck. Their corporate policy and system is totally ineffective. Left a 200+ pound couch delivered outside my door without even knocking, let alone bringing it in the doorway. It was extremely heavy and blocking my entire door. I as a 5'2 female had to rotate this and push that thing inside on my own just so my neighbors could pass through. Pretty lame that they couldn't even knock and bring it in the doorway. read more

I ordered a tv from Walmart and they contracted with Estes to deliver it. On the Walmart's website it's said my order would be delivered 2/15/2020. It's 2/19/2020 and I still haven't received my order. In order to deliver it, my signature is required (which I have no issue with) so they scheduled a delivery time that did not work with my schedule. I responded and told them that I wouldn't be home during the delivery time due to working full time and living alone. Then I decided to call them because it's faster than email. I explained my problem and I asked if they could deliver in the evening or on saturday and they said that it wasn't possible. I then asked how am I supposed to receive my order, the person on the phone told me that they can deliver in the evening at an additional charge but I have to contact Walmart to schedule and they would be able to tell me the cost. So then I called Walmart and they told me that they could not schedule the delivery and they didn't have the cost. So then walmart called me and called Estes at the same time, and then all of a sudden there was no additional cost to get it delivered but they still couldn't deliver it at night or weekend. Then after I get off the phone, I got an email that suggested I have it delivered without a signature but I wouldn't want my brand new tv sitting on my front porch in the era of porch pirates. The other suggestion was to have it left on the side of my home or the back (which isn't possible because I live in an apartment). I have never had an issue with delivery before this company. In order to be a big competitor with Fedex and UPS, they need to expand their delivery options to 8:00 pm. We will see when I get my tv and after reading everyone else's reviews who had ordered a tv that was shipped with this company, I'm terrified that it will come shattered. My neighbor got home an hour earlier than I did so I asked him to put it in his place until I got home. It's a miracle no one stole it since it was sitting on my porch from 10 am until 4 pm. I scheduled the pick up of Casper mattress I purchased from Target with EFW. They quoted a pick up day of September 2nd. On the day of pick up, I called the number given around 4 p.m. I got an automated response which told me that pick up was already dispatched. The mattress was not picked up that evening. I called back on Thursday morning, and I was informed by the representative that the pick up was actually scheduled for that day and that it would be picked up between 9 am and 5 pm. No pick up Thursday either. I called again on Friday morning, and was informed that now the mattress could not be picked up any earlier than Wednesday , September 9th. This is an unacceptable response to a botched pick up. I hope that Target chooses to no longer use this company in the future. read more

This company is a joke. Ordered an item from target, and never received anything. Delayed 3 times, and no one with EFW Could give me an answer on its status, and I was told on separate occasions to wait 24-48 hours. Target then resent the item, and once it arrived to the destination city I was told I could not even go and pick it up, and that I needed to wait for an update. I understand there are delays in the shipping process due to the shortage of drivers and what not, but the fact that this company cannot forecast deliveries with the workforce they have is really unbelievable. When I even called the local office they could not even look up my tracking on there system, and told me nothing was showing on there end. I'm not blaming there frontline employees for my situation, cause it is clearly due to poor upper management. I would like to heavily caution anyone who before they decide to do business with EFW - My experience with them has been frustrating, and unprofessional. My contact in the company was Mr. Ashley Danny, and the communication with him and his team was frustrating. Through this company, we broke new records on losing money due to EFW failure to communicate to us before approving a large unauthorized payment to a 3rd company freight forwarder that we did not know about, and holding our cargo hostage until we paid. I understand mistakes, but they also misread our factory invoice that was in Indian Rupee and not US dollars, so the government taxes were 4x what we were supposed to pay, they asked us to pay it, and they will file a refund request that would take 6-12 months to process if you are lucky. The experience was overall terrible. The reason for this review is so I can spread awareness to other companies and ventures about what truly happens behind the closed doors of this company, and to give other people a heads up so they did not have to go through the experience that I did. read more

If I could give a zero I would!! Terrible service on all ends! They sent three emails with all their rules for delivery along with time and date for the item to be delivered. They will not deliver up steps even if they are to the front porch, so they deliver to the first dry spot, my front yard. The item never arrived so I called customer service. I was told the item will be arriving the next day even after I received an email that the item was out for delivery at 9 am that morning. I explained I received three emails that the item was out for delivery, the very rude woman replied, "I didn't send you nothing". Well a day wasted day off of work. I ordered a Treadmill on 01/07/22 and on 01/12/22 it was at "Arrived at Destination" I contacted EFW chat asking how/when they would contact me. They said they would get in contact with me within 48hrs so I waited. Then contacted them through chat asking what number I should be looking out for they respond and instantly end the conversation. I end up calling the phone number that was at the bottom of the page. I find out there's an option where you can schedule your delivery date... but they ask for your phone number and send you a link to the chat room. So I go into the chat room I immediately say that the phone number said that I could setup a delivery date. They gave me two options... Tuesday or Thursday. I pick Tuesday... the delivery window was 12-4. So 01/12/22 comes. I'm waiting for a phone call no phone call comes in. It's one hour until the end of the delivery window. I contact efw asking if my shipment was still being delivered today. They responded with I confirmed Tuesday 12-4 on Friday. I say I just want to make sure it's still being delivered today. After that message they just end the conversation. It's past the delivery window I again contact EFW through chat. They tell me the driver is running late and I would get my shipment with in two hours. I was like I hope so. If not I will get back in touch with you. And then I wait an hour and a half. I end up calling the phone number. I speak to the representative which happened to be the first person I spoke to today through chat. Who told me it would be delivered and ended the chat on me. I tell them I haven't gotten my treadmill. They look into it. Come to find out the driver has Covid and it won't get delivered today. Why couldn't anyone tell me this sooner. I've contacted them multiple times that day. She tell me it will be delivered on Thursday 01/20/22. She couldn't give me a delivery window and tells me I won't have to sign. But that's what I paid for. Will I get my money back? I'm really losing faith in this company. Especially after reading all the bad reviews. I'll update this once 01/20/22 comes around. read more

This company is complete and utter garbage. I ordered a TV from Walmart nearly two weeks ago with an ETA for delivery in 1 week. I called them last week on Friday to see where my stuff was. Turns out it had been sitting in Chicago for 4 days and "might be leaving soon". I was told to expect it to arrive by Tuesday. Well here it is Wednesday so I call them again and am put on hold forever. The person comes back on the phone and says they have no further information because the item is in transit. I live an hour and a half from the last known city it was in. It arrived there 3 days ago. What possible excuse is there for it to not be here yet? And of course you have to have the thing scheduled in a 4 hour window and they don't deliver on weekends. I have a job, so even if it comes this week I will have to wait until next Wednesday when I'm off work to get it. I'm hoping when it finally gets to my town they will just let me go to their location and pick it up, because who has time for their 4 hour delivery window bs when you have a job. I would have gladly paid a $100 or more to not have this company involved and just used Fedex or UPS. Unfortunately Walmart does not give you that option. I will never order anything online again that uses this trash company. Nobody ever has any information and they don't keep in contact with you. Walmart and Target are cheap and greedy for using such an awful company. So help me god if my order is damaged when it gets here. UPDATE: After digging a little I found a tracker on their website that gives more information than the one they email to you. My delivery is listed as OHD, meaning it is still sitting in Denver and in fact not in transit. Meaning the customer service rep lied to me about its status, and likely meaning it will take even longer for me to get than she claimed. Fedex would have had my item delivered in like 3 days. So why does Walmart use this company? They're cheap because they suck, that's why. UPDATE #2: I checked the tracking info on Friday and it says the TV was delivered even thought it hasn't been, and they never contacted me to schedule my delivery window. The guy I talked to was actually really nice and said it was probably still sitting at the terminal in Denver and got closed out on accident and said I should call back Saturday. Here it is Saturday and I'm being told they have no idea what is going on whatsoever and that the Denver terminal is closed so I will need to call back on Monday. UPDATE #3: Called them back on Monday and now instead of saying my order was misplaced this trash company is trying to claim that they already delivered my TV and that they have "proof it was signed for". I asked them to produce the alleged signature and they sent me a photo of an illegible signature that does not belong to me or the other person I live with. Their tracking system also still shows that a hour delivery window was never setup. It's not clear what happened, if they delivered it to the wrong person and they were dishonest or if someone that works there stole it or what, but what is clear is they don't care whatsoever that I didn't get what I paid for. I was livid when they told me there was nothing they could do to fix the situation. I was even considering suing them since I thought I was out $850. Luckily I contacted Walmart and they were willing to make it right and send out a replacement. They were even willing to use a different freight company when I told them what awful trash EFW is. Let's hope this company is better than EFW which should be pretty easy if they do their job and bring me what I ordered. I will never buy anything that is sent with EFW again. If you want to go with a tracking system that doesn't actually tell you where your package is, then by all means, use this shitty company. I received an email stating that my 65" TV would be delivered on Wednesday between 1:00 and 5:00 pm so I made arrangements with my work to be home then. I travel with a healthcare company. My husband works locally but still can't take off for 4 hours waiting on a delivery truck. I received a day or two later a second email asking me to contact Jason for delivery arrangements. I called him and he told me that his delivery driver would be there between 10:00 and 2:00. I told him that wouldn't work. I had already made arrangements to be home before 1:00 pm and at 10:30 am, I was scheduled to be with a patient disconnecting them from our EEG equipment and that was over an hour and a half drive from my home. Then Jason says they can just deliver it another day. I told him that I work 6 or 7 days most weeks and my husband works 5 days so that was going to be the same senerio almost every day! He told me that they would try to make the delivery work. I showed up about 15 minutes early to my appointment that morning, hurried through the process, and was actually going to make it home by 11:45 am. I called Jason shortly after leaving my patients house and told him. He told me that he would contact his delivery driver. I received a phone call a few minutes later from Jason. He said that his delivery driver was in my home town and had just delivered his last delivery and was ready to head home. He again told me they could just try another day and I said NO. I told him I would call my husband and see if he could run home from work for a few minutes. I was told that the driver could hang around for about 30 minutes. My husband was able to go home. The next phone call I received was from the delivery driver. I live in a small, rural, lake town of about 1,800 people. The driver said he was out around a marina from his last delivery and his GPS wasn't working at that moment so he asked me how far my home was from there. I told him that he was about 15 minutes from my town. So I was basically lied to from Jason, the driver wasn't in my town, he was out around the lake several miles away. Then the driver asked me a very stupid question. He asked me if I wanted to just meet him out several miles from my town where he was at that moment and pick up my delivery. Now, first, I was about 45 minutes from getting home, second, how many people can just fit a 65" TV with it's box and styrofoam packing in their car?!? Was he really that stupid?? I drive a Kia Soul. The dang box was almost as big as my car but still, the average car won't fit a 65" TV in it!! Last, I selected a delivery to my home instead of picking it up to avoid the mess of cleaning out the back of my husband's Jeep Commander and transporting it home so NO, I do NOT want to meet the driver several miles from my home and pick up the item that was scheduled to BE DELIVERED!! The item was dropped off with my husband (someone had to be there to sign for it) and the box didn't look damaged other than some strap marks on it. When I got home, I removed the TV from the box and to my surprise, the screen was shattered and protruding in outward "spider webbing" patterns in several places. Someone had strapped the TV way too tight from side to side (width) and had caused such pressure on the screen that it had destroyed it. After all of the BS and headaches of trying to work out the delivery, in the end, my husband had to clean out the back of his Jeep, we loaded our destroyed TV in the back, drove 25 miles, had to do a refund which can take between 1-5 days because it was ordered on Walmart.com and then purchase a different but similar 65" LG TV that they had in stock. By the way, this $$ amount had to be taken out of our bank account in addition to the original amount that was already out for our purchase of the first TV because Walmart couldn't just trade the 2 TVs and refund the few dollars difference. They couldn't refund me for the broken TV and then let me pay for the good TV from my refund. They couldn't even put the refund on a gift card. The only option that their register would allow was a refund back to my bank card which was 1-5 days to be back in my account. So......this was a HORRIBLE experience and I'm not sure what shipping company destroyed my TV but my experience with EFW was not a positive one. They need to get a clue that most large, big ticket items are purchased by WORKING class customers. We can't just sit on our lazy butts while the government/tax payers are supporting them and wait for a delivery. This company needs to work with the customer's schedule better and not just have a "you'll get it when it's convenient for them" attitude. read more

It took over a month to get a shipment. It took 2 weeks to get from Chicago to Delaware. I could've driven out there and gotten it myself. The website offers very few details as to the progress of the shipment. For the first two weeks, it didn't have any updates, just "shipped." Just when I thought it was lost, "package passed through Chicago" popped up. OK, it will be here in two days. Two weeks later, I was still waiting. What a terrible company. What a horrible freight company. Ordered a play set in June from Target. I was notified that it shipped June 22. I was provided tracking from EFW themselves that barely updated. When it did it showed delivery was to be on July 6. I waited all day- nothing. I tried calling them and could not get ahold of anyone. Next day I tried calling to speak with someone and it prompted me to schedule my delivery so I did for Wednesday the 8th 1-5. That day came and went. I called them again and spoke to a gentleman who informed me it was at their terminal and not ready for delivery. Said I should be contacted soon. I asked if he knew where it was and he couldn't tell me. Said he would escalate. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told he would have one contact me. They never did. A couple days later I tried another person at Estes. They still could not tell me where my $1800 play set was. I had to get Target involved. When I spoke with Target Customer Service I was told that they've heard speaking to the "number provided to customers" is nearly useless and she would contact them for me. It still took them a couple days. It was JUST delivered today July 15th. Over a week past when their own tracking said it was delivered. Tracking never did update and I never heard from EFW. The poor guy they sent to deliver an 800lb playset (Marked with team lift all over it) was on his first day of work and provided only a manual pallet jack BY HIMSELF. Bless his heart if my husband didn't step into help there was no way he could have done that. Horrible overall experience with them. Target needs to jump ship and get a new carrier. read more

A few days later, I received tracking update that shows that it passed through a town 4 hours or so away from my house - on time for delivery. Two days later, the package is "lost" and according to the shipper, "they never received it". So after several days of being tracked by their system, suddenly, they never received it? Obviously, somebody working for EFW stole it from the truck or depot. After reading all of the other similar complaints about this outfit, I can't believe the stores still use them to ship stuff - they've got to be losing big money! Pathetic. Your incompetence at delivering merchandise is unrivaled. Ordered from Walmart on 12/22/18. Stated invoice wouldn't charge until delivered. Walmart took my money on 12/23/18, same day Walmart emailed that it would be delivered on 1/4/19 between 12-5 pm ??? Took afternoon off from work because it has to be signed for when delivered. It didn't show up, even though my tracking said you received it at the warehouse on the 31st and was now scheduled to be delivered today. Called EFW shipping tower, and was told that the email doesn't mean anything if you haven't been contacted by driver. Nice to know. Earliest you could reschedule was for 11th. I called on the 11th to confirm and was told oh no, not til next week, when would you like it? Well....how about Monday the 14th between 8-12 am. Called 11:30 am today(14th) and was told "not today, driver called out." And just how was I supposed to know that? After I let out a tirade of unmentionables, she got back on the phone and said she had a driver after all, and it will come shortly. The driver called and showed up at 2:30. He was the only good part of this whole experience, he even helped carry item onto the porch. Never again will I ever, ever, ever purchase from Walmart or use Estes shipping. Worst shipping company ever; my New Years resolution is to put this company out of business because they ruined my holiday! First they just scheduled my delivery date and time without consulting me; then they didn't show up for that shipping window and did not even call me. I spent a total of 2 hours trying to get a human being on the phone to even speak to and check on my delivery; finally had to call the corporate office. When I did get someone on the phone she assured me my items would be delivered by 5 then 6pm rolls around only to find out that my guys truck broke down and it will need to be delivered the next day, fine. Today I waited all day for delivery and went through the same process and shocker, no delivery! It won't be delivered now until after Christmas! After multiple calls of being on hold for very long periods I finally got in touch with someone and a scheduled deliver date on 7/1 between 1-5. Took the afternoon off and got a call after 2 telling me that it would be delivered on 7/2 between 1-5. Told them that I had it set for 7/1 and had an email verifying it. He said since i didn't know who I talked to there's nothing they could do about it. So 5pm has passed, no basketball hoop / pole and they aren't answering the phone. I ordered a TV from Walmart, which gave me a delivery date of November 27th, explaining I would need to be home for a 4 hour window of time in the middle of standard work hours. Luckily, my wife had that day off for an appointment and was able to be home, the day before however they sent me a new email, saying it would now arrive on the 28th. No big deal, stuff happens. My wife traded her day shift for a night shift, despite the lack of sleep she will have, we'll make it work! Just kidding, we receive another email, rescheduled again. Our shipment would now arrive on the 30th. How convenient, although my wife had a ton of errands to run that day, she wouldn't be at work. So she scheduled her to-do list around this four hour window, waking up early to get stuff done. But as you may have guessed based on the endless list of terrible reviews, they didn't show up. Explaining this to me my wife asked if I might have read the date or time wrong, so I hopped in my emails to check, at which time I see a new email (an hour ago) from the delivery company "We are at your apartment complex but don't know which apartment number it is.". Obviously they are no longer there at this point because it was AN EMAIL.. Finally getting frustrated I contact them and ask how I can ensure I get the product next time around. We update my contact and address info on the order (and by the way I checked the initial order, it was all on there), and set up a delivery date for Tuesday, December 4th. A week late, hours and hours of wasted time, but who cares let's just get this thing here and move on. They give me the timeframe of 11am - 3pm, literally the exact middle of the workday so no use in trying to "have a half day" or come in late or leave early or anything like that, full blown vacation day it is. As you probably guessed from my 1 star review, they did not deliver the TV, yet again. 4 rescheduled delivery dates, a rescheduled work shift, a vacation day wasted, and 2 days of working around the supposed delivery timeframe and still no package. I've never written a negative or unsolicited review in my entire life until now, that is the experience I've had with this company, and to top it all off, it still isn't resolved. read more

I ordered a 318 lb pergola from Target who uses EFW for freight. Delivery was fine but the issue came when I needed to return it. I called Target who put me in touch with EFW to schedule return. They emailed a form which I completed and scheduled a pick-up date. They said there was a 2 hour pick-up window and someone would need to be home to sign. On the date of pick-up, my husband and I dragged the 318 lb pergola out from our garage to the driveway and waited. No one came. I called EFW and they said there was a paperwork error on their end and scheduled a new date. We moved the pergola back into the garage and out again on the new date. No one came. I called and they re-scheduled a third time. This time, the pergola was successfully picked up although it was several hours out of the pick-up window. Luckily I was home. They gave me a paper waybill documenting the pick-up. Time passed and we did not receive our refund from Target. I called Target. They investigated and said EFW claimed to have made three pick-up attempts. On the third attempt they said I told them some other company had already picked it up, so they never received it. What?? This claim makes no sense considering they gave me a waybill on the day they picked it up. Pick-up by any other company would have been arranged by Target, so it was obvious to Target that that did not happen. Luckily Target is amazing and refunded the $1000 purchase anyway and will now have to investigate internally. This seems like a blatant scam by EFW and/or their employee. Horrible experience. Got the wrong item from Wal Mart and for the SECOND time after I scheduled a pickup this company was a no show to pick up the item. If I had a choice I would someone else but I am at the mercy of Wal Mart. Been on hold for 30 minutes and I don't think I will get to talk to anyone. read more

Literally the WORST delivery company! Ordered an item from Walmart that was to be delivered on July 2. My item was noted in tracking to have been received at the delivery company on June 27th. On July 1 I receive an email that my item will be delivered on July 3rd. Not the date I was expecting, but I need the item for July 4th so no big deal. So I sat today-earlier than my delivery window (1-5) just in case they came early. At 5 I called to check on the status and was told they were probably just running late but the item would be delivered. At 8:30 I used live chat and was told my item was not even on the truck!! In fact, they don't even think they have it to be delivered. So the ENTIRE tracking was fabricated!! Even though it shows when the item was received, when it was out for delivery-none of it is true!!! Of course they are closed tomorrow and I am unavailable until next week. All they could say was, "sorry". I know we have no choice when we are ordering from stores, but if you have a choice, WALK AWAY! read more

This is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I have now taken two days off work for a scheduled delivery time where no one has showed up. The cost of my patio furniture has now doubled with me missing work so much. I am currently on hold with hayneedle because Estes, who you are supposed to call, never picks up. If I could leave 0 stars for this company I would, I ordered a swimming pool from Walmart and now they claim to have lost a 300 lb swimming pool and I have been going back and forth with them for almost 2 weeks. Everyone claims they will call you back and never do. I had to keep reaching out to them. I never want to deal with company again. Placed an order through Target back on Mach 30, 2021. Item made it to a neighboring city (Denver) on June 6th and website tracking said it would be delivered June 10th. That date came and went. I have made calls and complaints to EFW and Target to try to get my order without luck. One representative said my furniture sat at the central station in Denver for 10 days before the warehouse finally picked it up...that was over a week ago and still my items have not been delivered. My items are sitting in a warehouse 15 minutes from my home for weeks. I have NEVER received a call or email from EFW to update me on status. The tracking said a delivery date had been schedule for June 23rd over the weekend but now that date has been changed again to June 24th (appointment set by Na, Na whatever that means...probably means Never Ever going to happen). I seriously doubt I will receive my items and if I do I have zero faith my furniture will not be damaged. I spoke with a representative at Target this morning and she said they get dozens of calls complaining about EFW shipping and she spends 90% of her day trying to help customers with EFW complaints. I received a notification from Estes a few days to make an appointment for delivery. I selected Friday and a 4-hour window (10am-2pm). The delivery driver arrived at 10am and delivered my big executive desk in a perfect condition. I am really happy with the service. read more

Proving to be an extremely terrible company with even worse customer service. Our package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. We have been put on hold & then ignored. Walmart doesn't even know where the truck is that is supposed to be delivering our sofa/loveseat. The tracking update says it was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY between 12pm & 4pm. We have called multiple times and never get a hold of an agent. On the live chat, the agent said she would get back to us, but NEVER did! I am starting to get really frustrated. We have over $1K of furniture on a truck somewhere & no one knows where it's at or when it will actually be delivered! read more

I placed an order online at Target.com. The shipping method Target used was Estes Forwarding Worldwide. My order was scheduled to be delivered today between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm PST by the delivery company. I received a confirmation email the day before confirming the delivery date and time(s) directly from Estes. It is now past 8:00 pm PST and I have not received my package, any type of notification, or phone call regarding the delay of my delivery. I attempted to contact the number provided in the confirmation email at 5:50 pm with no success of talking to a live person nor the ability to leave a message. That number was 855-633-9669. Additional attempts to find more information about the status of my delivery on their website is not very helpful. There is no possible way to chat with a live person or get any useful tracking information. I am very disappointed with this entire experience and will voice my negative experience to anyone who will listen. DO NOT USE! read more

The deliver time was between 1 ~ 5pm, but now it's 8pm and still no sign of the driver. We called twice and each time the spoke person said that the driver is on his way and should be there soon, but here we are. We had places to go, but now we end up waiting for the driver still. This company is a zero out of ten. Everything we ordered from Target came damaged in one way or another, and two shipments were even returned by the company before they were delivered to us because the damage was so severe. The online tracking is wildly inaccurate, as well. I don't know how to avoid using them since it's up to Target, but do whatever you can to live your life Estes Forwarding Worldwide-free. read more

Ordered a pool from Walmart that was supposed to be delivered 7/1/2016. The day came and went. Got a call that night for me to call and make delivery arrangments. Called and they said they were now closed and would be through the 4th of July, but would deliver today. Waited a half day, no call so I called them. No delivery today, but they will call 30 min before coming tomorrow, which is a repeat of the previous delivery that did not happen. Betting it won't be delivered tomorrow. Not a good way to do business and I would urge Walmart, Target and any other company not to use them for their deliveries because your customers deserve better. In a good mind to return to Walmart or refuse delivery when and if it comes to get my money back. read more
