This is literally my first time writing a review for anything, but I felt like I needed to share. The shuttle arrived an hour late to pick us up to take us to the airport. Luckily we had given ourselves a lot of extra time before our flight, but it would have been an issue for anyone who didn't build in that buffer. The driver barely said hello to us, and spent much of the drive trying to open packages of food and cans of soda...this led to her swerving and not keeping her eyes on the road. Additionally, they crammed several more people onto the shuttle than it could comfortably hold - my sister was crammed into a back seat with five people, with her shoulders and legs right against the men sitting next to her because there was quite literally no extra space between them. The women on the ends of that row has to sit with their legs scrunched up because of no leg space due to the wheels. Also, because of how closely everyone was packed in, seatbelts couldn't be worn. Not safe, particularly with the driver's swerving! I would never recommend this shuttle service to anyone. Do yourself a favor and either rent a car or take a cab!! I would give zero stars if I could. read more

I guess it's all perspective. A shuttle service that picks up and delivers to your home or hotel, located in a mountain community (think every weather hazard that exists), ferries thousands of folks, safely, every day of every year. Call me crazy, but I think its a darn good service. Have I ever had to wait longer than expected? Yes. But have I been delivered safely and on time each time I have used them (at least 1/2 dozen this year alone)? Absolutely. The cost is very fair, contrasted with rental car, airport parking, private car, etc. And the cost of worry free transfer? Priceless. read more

Used Estes Park Shuttle for my wedding in Estes on the 25th and they were amazing! We got married at a family members house up in the mountain where there was no parking. We had all our guests park at a nearby church and the shuttle transported everyone back and forth all night. They even showed up early which I requested just hours before the wedding. They were reasonably priced and I really couldn't reccomend them more. read more

I hired Estes Park Shuttles for a safe ride for my guests at my wedding. The driver was great and we were able to pay for extra time! The shuttle picked up guests from the reception venue and would drive them to their own hotel or cabin. He also drove guest to and from our after party! read more

Avoid them if you can. The worst airport ride experience in years. First, they told us to wait for them at the pick up site 30 min prior to the scheduled time and the shuttle only came 5 min before that time. Really disrespectful of passenger time not to say that in YMCA the pick up spot has no shade or place to seat. But the worst is yet to come... Half of the people in our group were not on the driver's list. After 20 min of calls they apparently put us on the wrong time. It took another 3 calls to get them to honor it, then another 20 min waiting for a shuttle and finally had to switch to another van on the side of the freeway. Just recently we used Estes Park Shuttles as the shuttle for our wedding. We were about 20 min outside of estes. They were absolutely incredible. Midway through our reception there was a crash between our venue and estes park that closed the road which turned the shuttle ride from 20 min into over an hour. They were nothing but accommodating sending more shuttles than our contract stated in the attempt to get everyone home safely and in as short of time as possible. They didn't charge us for the extra incurred time and we're very communicative with our day of coordinator always trying to figure out numbers and timing, well into the night. Some terrible things happen like that crash, at the worst time and they could have tried to take advantage of us by charging more for the increased time usage but they were amazing about it and I got an email the next day saying how apologetic they were that that happened on our wedding day. In addition, many of our guests used them as a shuttle from DIA to estes park and all had good things to say about them. Thank you Estes Park Shuttle!! read more

I have never written any sort of review before, but I had to write something about how AWFUL this service was so that no one else makes the same mistake as us! Not only was the shuttle almost an hour late, but they crammed 11 people on to a very small bus where maybe 6 people would have been able to fit comfortably. I am a young female and had to sit in the middle of two men where our legs and shoulders were touching the entire trip to the airport. I couldn't even put my arms down at my side because that's how tight it was. I paid $55 dollars to sit like this for close to two hours to the airport! On top of the major space issue the shuttle smelled and the driver was constantly trying to eat and drink and wasn't paying attention to the road. I would have much rather paid the extra money for the cab then suffer through this HORRIBLE experience. I will be calling this company continuously until I receive a refund. Please do not use this service!!!!! I wish I could give this company negative stars because one is too many! read more

This was by far the worst experience of our wedding. It started out with poor communication. It took a week to get a response back on my initial inquiry, but there are not many options in Estes Park. After finally getting a response, we set up the shuttle service from a few different hotels to our wedding and back again after the reception. He sent me a contract and I sent it back. After two months of not hearing anything back and periodically calling to question why, with no response, I finally got a call back from the owner stating that they had lost the contract and that I would have to re-submit it. I did so with some reservations, but like I said, there are not many options in Estes Park for such a service. The week of the wedding, I tried to contact them several times (both the main office and the owner). The office kept re-routing me to the owner, yet the owner would not contact me back. I was just trying to see the schedule of when he would be at which hotel and when. On the day of the wedding, both my fiancé and I tried calling a total of 23 times to no avail. Finally, 20 minutes before my wedding was to start, a driver comes to the venue and asks me, what and where he needs to be. I was floored and fired them on the spot. Luckily I had warned my guests that I was having problems communicating with the shuttle driver and they all made it on time, but the lack of professionalism and communication was rage-inducing. To add insult on top of injury, two months later, I looked at my credit card statement and they had charged me for the full amount that we had contracted them for. I called them to inform them of the displeasure I had at them charging me not only in the first place, but especially because it was TWO MONTHS after the date of the wedding. What really made me irate though, was when I questioned the owner about why he charged me when he didn't follow through with his side of the contract, he said "WELL, ITS YOUR WORD AGAINST MINE". I work in the service industry and know what good customer service is. This shuttle service company is the farthest thing from it!!! I know there are not many options in Estes Park for this service, but my advice is that it is better to not have a shuttle service than to enter into business with this one. read more

The website is extremely confusing and lists two locations for pick up at the Denver Airport. We called several times from the airport to try to figure out where they would be getting us and no one answered or returned our messages. We ended up just renting a car because we didn't want to wait around to see if they were going to show up or not. read more

I paid Estes Park Shuttle for transportation from Denver International to Estes Park CO. The shuttle was to depart Denver airport at 7 p.m. Estes Park shuttle contract specifically states that they will wait no more then 15 minutes for late passengers. We were told that we needed to wait for 6 foreign passengers to get through customs. I mentioned to the driver that the contract specifically states they will wait no longer then 15 minutes. The driver was very rude and informed me that he could do as he pleased. All of the passengers were upset and Estes Park Shuttle had absolutely no regard for those of us who paid and were on time. One hour and 15 minutes later the shuttle left. The 6 passengers we waited for got on the shuttle and began yelling Islam remarks. I contacted my parents who contacted the Estes Park police department. I highly suggest that any person who has experienced this with Estes Park Shuttle contact Estes Park Chamber of Commerce, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, file a complaint with the Colorado State Attorney General Dept. of Consumer Protection, leave negative feedback on all social media. read more

The shuttle from the airport was excellent (only 5 mins. late). Great driver. On July 17, our return date, we received a call to be ready at 6:30 a.m. We were. The driver was 10 mins. late. We then picked up 3 others, and the last one was near the top of Longs Peak. Finally we headed to Denver, but the driver drove 60 mph. while all around her drove 70 to 75 mph. We could see the speedometer. We were to board our plane at 9:30. We arrived at the airport at 8:50 or 8:55. (2hrs. 15 mins. after pick up). We had to run through the airport to check 2 bags, and go through pre-screened security. Ran to our gate, w/o time to even use the restroom. We ran to the attendant at 9 mins. before departure. We were informed we were the last 2 on the plane. We could not sit together as planned. (We had insured we checked in early enough to be in an early boarding position, but b/c we were so late, we had no choice in seating. Thank goodness we were pre-screened for security or we'd have missed our flight and been out the money. 100% stressed to make our flight. 100% unhappy we both had the least attractive seats on the airplane. Driver cut us way to close. 2 hrs. 15 mins. in a hot van, followed by a 3 hr. 15 min. flight with only a fast run and stress in between was disappointing to say the least. read more

Gregg and his team were instrumental in making our wedding a complete success. He was very reasonably priced, and extremely flexible. We had a great time hanging out with him, and he put up with our "go here, wait here" as corralling people is always a tough job...not for Gregg and Estes Park Shuttle. Great service! Worst company ever! I don't even think I can explain how awful the service is. I hired them for my wedding, and needed to confirm locations and departure times. Over the course of a month, I had called over 4 times and left several emails, for which nobody called me back once. I finally decided to forfeit my deposit that I had already paid because i could take the chance of them not showing up. When I went to cancel my reservation, they couldn't find it. They asked what my name and date of reservation was over 5 times in the same call. Seriously, awful experience. read more

I took this shuttle on June 1 and June 5. On June 1, the shuttle was to be at the airport at 1:00. It was 19 minute late. The driver opens the back door for you (I am a 61 year old woman), but does not help to load and unload luggage. I turned out to be the last drop off in Estes Park. The young man who got off the van just before me, got off at the YMCA. He took his 2 suitcases off, so the only suitcase left in the van was mine. I was in the back seat and saw the driver take out my suitcase and leave it in the road. I thought maybe he was going to put it up front to make it easier to get out next, but he got back in the van and started to drive off. I told him my suitcase was out there and he said he had a "senior moment". He went back and loaded it. It would have been disastrous for me to not have my suitcase all week, if I hadn't looked back and seen him leaving it out. It surely would have disappeared because it was just out in the road. On my pick up on June 5, he picked me up at 9:30. My pick up time was 10:00, but I knew I was to be out 30 minutes early. There was already one passenger in the van. I got in the van and asked how many would be in the van that day. He said 5. We picked up 2 more, then he said we were going to the airport. I asked him, "I thought we had 5?". No, he said, I miscounted. We started to head out to the airport. He called the office who confirmed he had 5 on his list. We had to go back to Estes Park to pick up the one he forgot. He did have it on his list and again said " senior moment". I spent 45 minutes riding around before heading to the airport. I don't mind that if there are many to pick up, but this was an unnecessary waste of time. I honestly think this driver should not be driving if his memory is that bad, and he displays not an ounce of friendliness, helpfulness, or customer service. I am looking into other travel options to recommend. I will at least direct my referrals to ask to not have my driver as a driver if they do use your service. It could be an excellent service, but this was not acceptable. Also, the vans do need care. They rattle and shimmy so violently, and the windows have huge cracks across them. There were also rotten apples on the floor in the back floor, which leads me to believe they do not clean them. read more

I was recently in Colorado for a friend's wedding. The entire trip was great, except for the last day. I had booked my flight home the morning after the wedding & due to poor planning & some bad luck I was stuck in Estes Park with no ride to Denver Int'l Airport. My flight was at 11:48 am & it was already 8:30 am. Everyone I knew was in Allenspark, where the wedding had been, with no reception. I called Estes Park Shuttle & was told the next shuttle to the airport was at 10 am, which wouldn't have gotten me there in time. I started to panic, went to the hotel lobby & asked the guy at the desk if he had any suggestions. He gave me the numbers for a taxi company & a different shuttle service (or that's what he led me to believe anyways). I called the shuttle service & the woman informed me it was the same one I had called earlier. I apologized & was about to hang up when she told me they also have private shuttles that you can rent. There weren't any there at that time but she offered to call & see if any of the drivers were available & willing to drive me to the airport right away, it was going to cost more, but it was still cheaper than buying another plane ticket, so I agreed. She called me back several minutes later & told me they'd be outside in 5 minutes! It turned out none of the regular drivers were available, but the owner of the company came and picked me up himself! He was very friendly and nice. We were in a hurry, so he drove fast, but not TOO fast! & was a very safe driver! Luckily, I made it to the airport in time to catch my flight, but I wouldn't have without Estes Park Shuttles. I'm very grateful that they cared enough to go the extra mile & helped me out! read more

Very disappointing and disorganized. They give an hour window for pickup (+/- 30 min), and still managed to be 45 min past that. This was apparently due to being late leaving the airport, and making a number of wrong turns (which for a shuttle driver in the age of GPS is frankly inexcusable). Though the company had my phone number, there was no communication at all until I called wondering if they'd forgotten. When the van finally arrived the driver grumbled about how 'Boulder is always annoying, and it's hard to find people there' -- even though there's just 2 possible pickup points, and I was waiting in plain view at the downtown transit center. Finally, I was dissatisfied with the route on arrival in Estes Park: much more circuitous than necessary, and didn't drop off the closest people first. Van was clean and fairly new, which was the only real positive. Too bad there's not many shuttle options. Rent a car instead if you can. read more
